I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I ordered for the first time trying to use the free delivery offer. There was no place on the site to enter the code. I emailed my displeasure but was just told to enter the code. I ordered Addl bras from another source with a similar issue and received a check from them to correct.

I ordered the high waist leggings and from the picture they have there's a seam where the waist control portion starts that's probably a couple inches below the belly button and that section goes up almost all the way to the bra. The ones they sent me, the seam starts almost 2 inches below my csection scar and just barely covered my belly button. It took a while to figure out how to contact a live person on the chat. The first time they told me I could exchange it for something else and they would add $7 to my total but if I was going to refund, they would take away $7. I contacted them again and they said they would send me a replacement pair. I got that in the mail today and they are the exact same thing! Plus, they are see thru and the ankles aren't tapered enough. I really wanted to like these but all the hassle and false advertising on this particular product is not worth it for me.

Don’t get the leggings.

I was excited when I ordered my shaper. When it came in the mail it was too loose and had NO support. I contacted the return center so I could start the process if returning it. Unfortunately I was told I wouldn't get my full return price. I decided to give it to my daughter. I WILL be ordering again.

I was so excited for my Shapermint that I checked the mailbox daily. As soon as it arrived I ran upstairs to try on the #1 selling Every Day All Day High Waisted Shaper Shorts. I was extremely surprised when the no slip grip didn't stay put as promised. I thought I must need to wear them for a bit and work them in. Still, four hours later, the top would not stay put. These shorts were no different than any other pair of shaper shorts I've owned. Actually, that's not true. I could feel the extra support that was built in, but since they wouldn't stay put, they extra support was extra constricting and extra uncomfortable.

It was way less constrictive than I thought it would be. I may have bought a size too big, though- I don't feel like it did much for my form. I was impressed by the foresight to have an opening in the crotch- I had to laugh when I saw it, but then I gave a big sigh of relief- haha.

Quick delivery from date of order. Shapewear ordered fits, but not the firm hold I was expecting.
I'm a L/XL and ordered the XL to XXL fit. Perhaps having a L/XL fit for in between sizes would have led me to give a better review.

I purchased the Empetua All Day Every Day High-Waisted Shaper Panty. I love this product. It fit as expected and provided the slim appearance I hoped for. I ordered three. At first I ordered what I thought was my size but turns out it was a little on the small side but I can still where it but I was disappointed I didn't get a bigger size because I was going to get it then I changed my mind when I saw the size guide. Then when I gave my feedback on the size they sent me a bigger size free of charge I couldn't believe it. I was so satisfied and impressed. I love the bigger size probably one of my favorite bras and I can still where the smaller size too. Great customer service and customer appreciation. I would definitely recommend thus product and this company very professional and courtesy.

I ordered my size 3x. When it arrived and I tried on the shorts, it was clear that they were too small. I went back to return them and entered my information. I was informed immediately that I could return 'one item and keep the remainder of my order-another pair of of the shaper shorts, and one pair of leggings. Shapermint would send me 'one' new pair of shorts in a larger size. My new shorts arrived in good time, and they fit well. The product is comfortable and gives a great foundation.

I was skeptical but shapermint is currently the best and most comfortable shapewear. You choose your correct size and it's guaranteed not to roll down like many others. I have the high waist Empetua brief in XL and I'm 5'4 212lbs and I love it. Can't wait to try the boy-shorts and tanks!

First of all i ordered 2 shapermint camisoles, when i received these they were too small. I contacted you and instead of returning these you requested that i give them to a friend, which i did for their birthday.
Then i ordered two more and they were still too small even though i ordered much bigger sizes, which i still have.
Now i have ordered some leggings and i am really hoping that they fit.

I ordered in the 19th of July paid extra to have them here sooner and still have not received them 11 days later. When the expedited shipping Is suppose to have them here in 3-5 days. I am not happy as I have emailed and called and got no response from anyone.

I accidentally clicked on the wrong size for a Truekind shaper bra & sent the order before I could change it. I contacted the service department online & within 24 hours heard back from a representative re: this mistake I made. She had me make the correction in size I needed to make & the next say I received an e-mail that the order was corrected. When I received the order (in the same amount of time it usually takes), the order was indeed corrected to the size I really needed. When got last order i had decided to try some of the bottoms two came in the wrong size and when i looked at size i had ordered felt there was no way they would fit i got on line they sent me a ticket number. I responded back i needed to return several items. Ive sent that back to them with verying levels of frustration because they never responded back to me last time ill order from them because i bought 2 bundles of bottoms i can never wear and cant get a response back from them on how to return snd its been a month since i received the order.

I ordered a size large, according to the Shapermint size charts. When the bra arrived, I loved the look & feel of it. Sadly, when I tried it on, it was too small. I generally wear a size 36G or H. It was very easy to reorder the (hopefully) correct size and I'm looking forward to receiving it. I gave the too small one to my daughter who absolutely loves it and says it's very comfortable.

At first this was ok. Come the 2nd time I wore it I noticed it was already getting lose. Maybe I got the wrong size but I followed the sizing chart. It didn't fit as tight as I had hoped. I'm considering trying another type. Maybe this particular garment wasn't for my body shape.

It was known to stay securely in one place and it didn't. Would not stay on it rolled down. I needed it for my wedding day. Not sure what I will use now. Very disappointed. I was very excited to get it and use it. But it didnt work like they say.

I ordered a cami in each color. They all fit, but can be difficult to put on, due to arthritis in my hands. The black cami has a shoulder strap that was sewn backwards at one end but I decided not to return it because it's only a cami, not an evening dress. I do love that, even with my big breasts, I can get away without wearing a bra when I wear the cami because they aren't going to bounce and jiggle when I walk.
