I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I absolutely love the customer service. I inadvertantly ordered the incorrect size, and they volunteered to replace it with the correct size... Even if the order wasn't replaced, just the fact that the company acknowledge my review speaks volumes. Keep up the good work

They shipped fast, they are nice quality, I did not feel that they held in my buldges as they show on tv, but they were nice and shiney material, there wasnt any padding to tuck in the tummy like I thought there should be.

I ordered a pair of high waisted pants and was not happy with them. I was offered a replacement pair of a different choice and once I received them, they too were wrong. Since then I was offered yet another pair to which I have not even received as of yet.

I have tried lots of other shapewear and this one is more comfortable, but I couldn't tell much difference in how I looked in it versus without it. My after-baby tummy looks the same with or without it.

I've purchased numerous styles and sizes of other brands of shape wear, Shapermint is by far the best! I recently had reconstructive surgery and since I had to wear this 24/7 the Emuptera high-waist panty was so comfortable!

I bought two bras with the hooks on back. Left comment that they weren't as comfortable as I'd hoped. Customer service contacted me and offered to send two hookless bras to try. Received them and they are great.

I ordered the everyday shaper short in a size smaller than what I actually needed, (order the size you wear, trust me, I couldn't breathe with the smaller size lol). I received a follow up email asking how I liked the shapewear. I emailed back late at night saying it was too small. I received an email next morning with new tracking info and letting me know one was headed my way. Very stressfree!

The first time buying I didnt get the right size for me. It was too small for me that I could hardly breathe in it. Although it really does flatten your belly. It works, but ofcourse youl would like to be comfortable as well while wearing it. I know I had ask for exchange and they asked me to keep the previous order which is really nice of Shapermint. I actually had given it to my sister. Thank you! But the second time choosing the M to L size, it sort of goes down on my belly. I would always have to pull it up that's why I give a 3 stars only.

The pants I ordered didn't fit. All though it was labeled 3X, it didn't fit me. It did fit my friend. She wears a size L-XL. Bra was a different size than what was ordered. IT was supposed to be changed.

I bought two bras and a panty, and now have camisoles on order. Ordering and delivery processes are efficient and professional. Bras are comfortable, and one included a separate extra hook and eye adjustment that works great. Have not tried panty yet.
I also sent message the morning after ordering camisoles and successfully changed color or one. Company responded and changed order before it was shipped.

Once I received the ShaperBra, I put it to the test. 18 hours of continuous active and sedentary wear. At the end of the day, the bra continued to be very comfortable. It passed the wash-n-dry test. I am very pleased.

I bought 2 bras from Shapermint and thought I had ordered the previous order of them but when I received them they were not the ones I wanted. I called and said I would like to exchange them for the ones I got last time and they said no problem. They said they would put them in the mail for me and I was preparing to send back the other two when they wrote me and told me that instead of sending the other two back to give them to someone that might like them. I gave them to my sister in law and her daughter and they just loved them so much that they ordered more two days later and were so happy I gave them to them. They said they were the most comfortable bras they ever wore. So I gave Shapermint two more customers as they were so nice to me, Thank you Shaperming!

I was told I would get a free pair of panties. When I went to messenger to place the order I was told to order w PayPal. If I did t have a paypal Acct I was told to order on Amazon and I would be reimbursed. When I told them I did that they told me I could NOT do that... not cool! Not cool at all! I'm on disability retirement and have to watch my spending very closely. So all the other great thing the company does can be completely ruin w these types of actions. Thoroughly disgusted.

Placed an order May 9 for a black cami and a bra. May 17 am told black is out of stock, do I want brown or wait for black. I reply I will wait for black. On May 19 I get an email black is back in stock. On June 2 get an email saying my order is on the way, with a pic of a black cami. Yesterday I get my order and it's a brown cami I never ordered, and now I'm stuck with hassle of returning b/c of their bait and switch tactics.

Love the material and the stretchyness of these leggings. Unfortunately i am on the short side so they come up a little too high on me which can get a little itchy. I would have returned them but just didnt feel like dealing with the postal service again which covid going on.

I love how it fits and how it is super comfortable! I could literally wear it everyday and won't even realize I have it on! But my shaperwear rolls down and that's what I don't like! And I thought it was meant to not roll down.

Ordered 2 camis and 2 bras. Received the bras but never received the camis. Got an email saying they were out but if I would like a different color or a refund. I requested refund. Didnt get it. Got on chat with someone. I decided to not get refund and try again for the camis since I already paid and wanted to try them out. The customer service rep "processed my request." Never got an email confirming or anything. After a few days I requested a refund again. Never got confirmation. Then I requested ANOTHER time for a refund and got confirmation right away. Moral of the story, wait for your confirmation before stepping away from chat. I did however save every conversation with chat. Just never received my missing items and it was a hassle to get a refund. I do however like the bras but they seem like regular, nothing special. Overpriced and will not be buying anymore.

As soon as I put it on the top rolled down and when I put on my bottom the boy shorts rolled up. It wasn't that I had the wrong size because I've bought the same size at other companies with no problems. They fit the same but less rolling. I tried this from seeing the ad's on Facebook. Now I wish I had just kept my money.
