I purchased two Shapermint pieces, size medium. I am only 5'1" and they just barely make it up to my breasts. The back keeps rolling down and doesn't lay flat. I'm disappointed.

I purchased these pants online not knowing what to expect, they are very comfortable and hold their shape well. I found the waist stays in place and doesn't roll down at all!

I ordered a number of items but needed to return about half. The return process was not easy. It was hard to get a response or resolution to my request. I had also somehow been signed up for their Shapermint Club for $4.99 per month. When I tried to have that discontinued they did not want to refund the charge that had already been applied to my account but said they would cancel the membership. Come to find out they have been charging me the same $4.99 for the last 5 months and they are now not responding to my emails. After I left a poor review they reached out and offered to refund 3 mos. Even though they fraudulently charged for 5 mos.
UPDATE:
THEY DID NOT REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT - SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES - BEWARE

The fit it great. Very comfortable too. However the breast pads keep shifting and even wrinkle. So annoying. Trying to decide if I should take them out or just return the bras!

Placed my order 13th February 2021. Credut card transaction on 14th February. Called, emailed, Messenger, Instagram... asked where my order was. Told ur had been sent priority, it was mislead in transit, that I would receive it on 19th March, etc etc. Eventually after posting my dissatisfaction on Social media, I received my order 3/29. What a frustrating, disappointing experience. Incompetency at its best! You cannot treat customers this way. You have plenty of competition and consumers can spend their money elsewhere.

I love the expander. It is perfect for us small breasted wide back ladies. The straps do not cut in. I now own 5 bras because of their fitting and comfort.
