I can't get the leggings up over my hips and the bra is too tight. I have no way to return these items due to not having a printer and the library is shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I have no way to print the return label to return the items.

I ordered from Shapermint due to the constant positive advertising on Facebook. After receiving my order, I could only fit 2 out of the four items ordered. I looked on the order sheet because it assured the customer that the return was easy and hassle free! SADLY TO SAY, that is not true. I followed "the hassle free" link that's displayed on the sheet for returning. After completing my info, I was told I would receive a return shipping label within 48 hours; that NEVER HAPPENED! I had to pay 8.48 to return to sender. I received an email regarding my replaced item; however, I am still waiting on my refund for the 4th item. You cannot speak to a human. EVERYTHING IS THROUGH A PRE-ANSWERED TEXT PLATFORM AND USELESS EMAIL RESPONSES. The purpose of this company is to make women feel good about their physical being... well that mission was aborted with me. I AM NOT HAPPY! BEWARE FUTURE CONSUMERS...

When the bra csme I was excited but a little disappointed that the cups seem kinda small. Guess that is the compression part but I was not prepared for that compressed. I am learnng to fell comfortable in it aroind home but it is not yet my "church" bra!

Very disappointed. It rolls down at your waist and it is made in China. I Do Not buy any products from the country and the company doesn't inform that to the customer.

I was extremely pleased with my TrueKind bra... the fabric is soft and it provides good lift. I loved it so much that I ordered another bra plus a bralette. I am not as pleased with the bralette as it feels too constrictive, but I absolutely love the bras.

Not sure what is worse - their customer service or their products, but both are horrible!
Their "customer service" is mostly just a bunch of autoreplies, no option to even get a human to help you.
I asked the customer service for help when it was not clear where is the package and what happened to it, and their reply was "Check yourself and get back to us"! Really?! Who is the customer service here?! Aren't they supposed to check what is the problem and get back to me? And then just a bunch of autoreplies. And when the package arrived it turns out that all that hussle is for nothing. Cuts at the bottom so hard that it will stick through clothes and shapes nothing. Completely useless! Defintely the worst ever!

I was sure there is no package at all because of their horrible customer service - when I managed to get a human reply - it was just a bunch lies and no clear detail about my package. After a while I thought this was a scam and was going to solve it through my bank. That was the only then when someone actually responded to my requests and that is the only reason why my request for return and refund was solved so fast. Whith the way their customer service work - I am sure I would have been getting useless autoreplies for a long time, before getting a refund.

Overall I like the product and think it works great, as a smoothet/shaper- however I'm having a hard time getting a proper fit, and I feel like maybe its because I'm petite, and have a shorter torso. So the high waist shaper seems to be a little too long. Going to try a regular shaper instead of a high waist one next. Shapernint has been INCREDIBLE with helping me find the right fit and the right product, sending me new products for free, while telling me to keep or donate the products I wasn't happy with. All they care about is body empowerment and making sure their customers are 100% happy. I love shapermint and I am excited to try some of their other products.

If you are ordering from Canada, even on their "Canada" site. You will have to pay another $40+ to pick it up form Canada Post. Buy another brand that is truly canadian site. Customer service will not help and once again tell you to read the poilicies which are not easy to find and do not fall for the FREE SHIPPING and Free Returns headline

I did send a review on another item that I purchased but I never got a response back I had a little roll on the stomach part but I wouldn't return it because it's underwear, who returns panties. I ordered a extra large and I received an extra large extra extra large I should've ordered a medium large

Love not wearing a wore bra. These bras are comfortable and light. Just need to be a bit shorter on the shoulder as I feel it lets the breasts down a lot more than it should.

I love the fact that this garment does not dig into you. Moves with you & for the most part, stays up. It does roll down a little in the back but still holds everything together

I really like the leggings but they dont fit me well. I got 3 different sizes. 2x, 3x, and 4x. Well the 4 x is huge. The 3x fits but it slides down and is baggy at the lower legs and the 2x I cant get them up period.

I had my first child a little over 2 months ago via C-section, I have lost so much confidence and went up in clothing size obviously. I bought these on a whim, I figured what's the worst that could happen. WELL I AM IN LOVE! I can now wear those cute jeans WITH CONFIDENCE, that my mommy belly shows in, & many more items!
