Predicting a CLASS-ACTION LAW SUIT thats IF you can contact them... very fishy company NO customer service or direct contact ONLY reems of email replies and text messages... but NO results just tie wasting runaround... REALLY pissing me off!

I have 2 camis, high waisted shorts and now the leggings. They all stay in place. No rolling down or riding up. Everything is contained and smooth. Nice quality.

My order has said Unfulfilled for weeks now which means it never shipped but yet I paid for my order and I have tried to contact customer service by calling the customer service number 3 times and left 3 voicemails, sent them facebook messages about it 3 times, and even tried chat support 3 times and NO RESPONSE! They took my money but will not let me know why my order is not being mailed. I will never buy from Shapermint again!

I placed an order on 11/8/2018 totaling $65.90; I was sent 2 different tracking numbers which were both bogus. I even received an email stating that I missed my delivery from the postal service and to contact the post office to follow up on a fake tracking number. The post office has no record of the information and did not leave notice for me to pick up my items. I have reached out to customer service twice by email. YOU CAN NOT CALL THIS COMPANY... BIG RED FLAG! If the company is checking this my Invoice is ******* and my Order ID# SM*******. I would like my items or my money. My next step is to contact the BBB. This has turned out to be a scam. DON'T DO IT! I gave one star because I can't give a ZERO!

LIES LIES LIES! From beginning to end, my experience has been EXTREMELY kind, helpful and encouraging (keep up the great work ladies). My shapewear came on time, very well packaged and went on like a PRO!
I decided to wear to work, to get a full experience under a sun dress, expecting rolling down at waist, rolling up at legs, being uncomfortable, too hot for Texas heat and came away A THOUSAND PERCENT SATISFIED, as all questions were checked in the AWESOME box!
