The Shapermint wear is nice and comfortable and does not roll down. I think I order mine one size too big. It does smooth everything out but it is not holding anything in. Otherwise, great product

It's a nice fit however the material could be a little more stretchy to go with the diverse body sizes that come with the various size ranges. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.

The website was easy to use, and had a variety of colors and sizes to pick from. Easy ro order and fast delivery. The bras fit perfect, covering what needs to be covered while being comfortable.

I enjoyed the product, decent fit but didn't not stay up as well as advertised and I do question the quality. One pair got seam rips after one use and it was the size too big

The high waisted panty fits like a glove and stays in place. The fabric is light but sturdy. I have discovered a new staple for my lingerie collection!

Ok so these are my second pair and I love them. Super comfortable and loove the boyshort. Nice to wear with shorts or dresses and surprisingly not hot

I love the products and can't believe I lived so long without them. Everyone online is so helpful. The only thing is that the specials do not automatically apply. I did not find the special pricing until I went through an email and after I had put my second order in, so I paid $60 for two pairs when there was a special price of $42 for two.
The sizing is off though. By the chart, I was to buy a 4x. I checked with the online girls, letting them know that I wear a 20 Levi jeans and they suggested a 3x. I bought both the 3 and the 2x. The 2x fits like a dream and the 3x is roomier but comfortable for lounging and pajamas.

I ordered on June 3rd and it is June 16th and my product was NEVER shipped. The tracking number they gave me was for DHL and 13 days later it was never picked up. I reached out to them via chat and they wanted to send it via priority and refund my shipping, but after I Googled them, I saw their horrible reviews and told the rep to refund my money. Shapewear is good to wear when you are trying to lose weight, but I will go to a local department store to purchase one to help me get back to my size 6.

This is not at all what I expected I heard all these great things on the internet about how great this item was and looking at the videos but its nothing like the advertisements it rolls down and I didn't see a difference when I put it on I'm sorry but not at all what I was hoping for

I placed an order and used a coupon which took my order from $104.00 to $78.00 once I completed the transaction, it charged me $189.00. When I noticed about five mins later I request a cancellation per online chat they keep giving me the run-around. I was transferred from Rachel to Wendy to Lorissa all of who was no help. This has happened to me twice. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!. AND I'M CONTACTING BBB AS WELL AS FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD.

The mission and lifestyle behind the brand is great! The commercials are deceiving, it looks like if you are a size 5x or 6x you can wear their products. The women in the commercials are ALL smaller than a 5x and they don't have any sizes past a 4x. They offer other shapewear brands, and they don't have sizes past a 4x. You get your money back but you are charged a $6.99 processing fee, unless you exchange the item than they add the $6.99 as a credit. Buying shapeware online, and not being able to try it on is a waste of $6.99

We're working on getting more sizes soon, Tracey. The $6.95 charge is what we call the refund fee. And you're right, you don't have to pay anything if it's an exchange request. It's also best if you get your size based on your actual hip and waist measurement in inches. If you need anything else, we're just a DM away.
It is very comfortable to wear all day. It doesn't roll down, it stays where it's supposed to. A very good value for the price and delivery was quick.

Bra is very comfortable and supportive. I love everything except that you can't adjust the straps so they won't slip down, and the material in the straps rolls up.
