“Their Layout and Imposition program incorrectly converted...”

Their Layout and Imposition program incorrectly converted my Table of Content and frequently dropped my paragraph punctuation. OK we all make mistakes. But then their so called "Customer Service" blamed it all on me (all my blog entries look perfect) and refused to remedy the errors. Stay away from these unprofessional people.
