Package arrived with the ice pack melted. Everything in the box was wet. The berries were water soaked and had mold. I received these as a gift and I don't have the heart to tell the senders. I can't believe what the dozen costs. What a waste of money...they ended up in the garbage.

I order 24 strawberries for a boy baby shower the strawberries were not delivered on time they came the day after! Second the strawberries were molded and did Not look like online. The Now waiting on a 10 day refund. I would NOT order from this company!

Strawberries were ordered and to be delivered on a Thursday. It's Saturday morning and they are still "out for delivery". I called and they are sending a replacement doz berries but won't be delivered until Tuesday., unacceptable👎. So much for the celebration on Thursday! The customer service guy was polite and very sorry for the delay and helpful with getting replacement so I'm giving them at least 1 star.

I ordered these for my daughter two weeks ago and tonight on Halloween at 8:30. They told me they attempted. Reached out to my daughter. She never received a phone call or an email when I called the company back they could not tell me how they attempted. Horrible service now I have to wait 10 business days for a refund and my daughter has nothing! Save yourself and do not order from Shari berries.

We couldn't be with our 23 year old daughter on her birthday, so we did the next best thing - we sent her Shari's Berries! She and her friends loved the mermaid themed berries - they raved about the berries' colors, condition, and taste! We loved that we were able to send a personalized video in the add on greeting card we purchased. Overall a 5 star experience for our daughter's first birthday away from home! Thank you!

The best bundt cake so far was the deep choclate one. Tasted like German choclate cake. Rich in intense chocolate flavor. We have had Sherrie's berries before so we expect them to be excellent as always.

The delivery was a disaster. The package was left in the blazing heat, resulting in burnt chocolate-coated strawberries. There was a chair was on the porch which could have been used to conceal the box and protect it from the sun's elements. Additionally, the quantity of flowers received was so minimal that it couldn't even fill a vase. This experience was highly disappointing and felt like a waste of money. We won't be using this service again.

I ordered the multi color roses with a dozen dark chocolate strawberries. The strawberries were great as always but the roses were horrible. All the yellow roses had lost all the pedals upon arrival and the remaining ones were in poor condition.

I used to get Shari's Berries for my birthday every year since 2015 and sometimes on Mother's Day. Last year I told my parents to stop buying them because they had gotten worst. Half the chocolate covered strawberries were rotten and the orders stopped arriving on time and when tried calling them and the customer service sucked. Shari's Berries just became a waste of money. They started out great but now they are just hit or miss,

This company, I believe, lies to customers about delivery practices. When I didn't get my berries, they offered 1/2 a refund! Why should I pay for something I didn't receive? The berries finally arrived, 8 days late - rotten and smelling disgusting. It's sad that they are, I'm sure, knowingly taking money from people for inedible product.

If you enjoy rotten berries, broken, melted and turned upside down then this is the business for you. I have spent five days trying to contact them as they guarantee quality. Nobody answers phone calls nor emails. IM embarrassed to tell the person who sent these to me for a mile stone birthday. Terrible customer service and product.

My girlfriend of 5 years left me after I got this as a gift for her on Valentine's day. It's absolutely unrelated to the gift itself, but 80$ for the girl to leave you was some bs, but she said she liked them, they tasted very good, she didn't like the white chocolate ones, I've never eaten this product but if I had to guess the white chocolate is my favorite flavor. The website is incredibly helpful, and makes purchasing the items incredibly easy. The shipping aspect was a very nice touch, and the what is a gift without a card attached, luckily they absolutely deliver on everything you could want. 3 stars because I have to blame someone for my breakup and I'll be damned if I take responsibility for my actions.

I ordered my mother in law a dozen of mixed chocolate covered strawberries (white and milk chocolate covered). Delivery date was for Saturday 5. 9. 20. Our FedEx delivered on Friday 5. 8. 20. THANK GOD I checked my tracking number and saw it was delivered. Called them late & they found them at a dirt no one uses... STRAWBERRIES DID ARRIVE! And looked great. I had received a dozen Chocolate covered strawberries as a gift. The package came and all the strawberry were sweating and warm. Chocolate melting and turned upside down and a mess. I called and without hesitation they set up to ship me a new order on Tuesday which is my day off. I wanted to be home when they came incase it was really hot out. They did not show up so Wednesday morning I called and they checked Fedex and saw the guarantee delivery date was not met. She reopened my order and let me pick another product that would hold up better for the weather. I would use them again. Great customer service.

Horrible day dealing with customer service on my non-delivered and outrageously expensive garbage they sell. If you're one of the 3/100 happy customers, quit while you're ahead! You've won the Shari's Berries lottery! Wish I read the reviews, including employee's warning of dirty strawberries and fake chocolate known and practiced by corporate! Sleazy! Only way this company stays in business is by ripping people off, i. E. delivery of spoiled product, no delivery, up charge for delivery and charging for a year of delivering product for free "Passport" $20/year, knowing 95% of customers will not reorder again! On your way to "never again"their CS Reps lie and say anything to get you off the phone!
