Miley helped me with my order and process. My physician had sent in a subscription and she helped me fill my order of supplies and gave me an option on specials for the moment. She explained everything in regards to my order, shipping, and insurance claim information. The sandals are so beautiful and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Do not order from this place! Product is simply trash & customer service is non-existent! My poor mother has been trying to return the JUNK, talk about being sent in circles! Can you rate them less than 1?

O stars - these guys are a rip off. I purchased a tablet for my son to draw on. They advertise it as a way to keep them less interested in your cell phone for young kids. First of all it came in another language so I have no idea how to use it. It's total garbage from China and when I complained to customer service and told them I wanted to return they wrote me back saying... oh you are silly your child will love it, all our American customers do, you just don't know how to use it because it's in another language? Ugh I'm so annoyed and highly recommend you DO NOT ORDER anything from them it's a scam

This is the worst company I've dealt with, and I come with a customer service background. They sold an item that does not meet their advertising and refuse to back their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee statement. I might be able to get 100% refund if I return item to Vietnam which will cost double the amount. The item did not match the pics, cheap and totally unacceptable. Buyer Beware!

I wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchasing these sandals. As I have read the multiple reviews written here, I have fallen into the same trap they did. The sandals took more than a month to arrive. The top material was too large to secure my foot. Consequently, when I walked, my foot/toes slide forward and off the end. They asked me to send pictures of the size of my foot as well as a video of me wearing them. After reviewing my pictures & video, Their comment was that it fit normally! My toes went over the end of the shoe, and they are still brand new! Can you imagine what they will look like if I were to continue to wear them & break them in? My whole foot would be off the end! BAD PURCHASE, Terrible concern for customers.

This company is located somewhere in China--crappy merchandise that takes forever to arrive and then won't stand behind their crappy product. You'll notice that they don't even list an address so you have no idea it's over seas. Keep your money or spend it here in the good ole USA.

Many complaints:
1. No mention of location of company in China (see advertising on Facebook, mainly with non-Asian actors)--only time you notice is when you realize your package isn't coming for months.
2. Unclear "cancellation" policy: they mention clearly that you can cancel within 6 hours, but only after reading other complaints online did I see that they charge a 30% restocking fee if you cancel. Effectively nullifying the cancel.
3. I placed my (re)order, after receiving confirmation of the 30% charge on March 13, when I received an email that "processing"my order will take up to 10 days. According to the tracking information, it took 16 days, and the order is currently still in China (4/2/2019).
4. Avoid this company if you can

I ordered shoes via Facebook. I should know better. Terrible customer service, cant talk to anyone. Customer service voice is computer generated. However, I never received shoes that I ordered. So I disputed with my cr cd company June 8 and money was returned. Low and behold the shoes arrived 30 days later. They are cheap, too big and too wide and sole barely bends. They do not look as good as they look on ad. Now what? I can return but where? I will just place them in the back of my closet and leave until someone calls me to have them returned.

Stole my money and you can't do a thing about it. They ship from Vietnam so it would cost more to return than what it costs to buy. Product was nothing like photo on site. Mine was in Russian! Pay pal won't give your money back unless you mail it back so no resources there, package said value was $5. When it came, first clue!

I ordered a set of 8 little animals that can be converted to make chains. I was not aware at the time I placed my order that it was coming from China and would not arrive until after Christmas so I was forced to buy my niece something else. My order finally arrived after New Years and it is missing 4 of the 8 pieces. I have been back and forth with the company every since. Today they finally said they will submit a ticket for the issue and that it may take several days. Total bull. I will never order anything I see advertised in a game app again. #Amazon always

Ordered bunion sandals and they quickly fell apart. I had worn maybe once or twice and the tie ring came apart! Asked for a refund and they refused... I had them delivered almost two months ago... really? THAT is them standing behind what they sell? Ridiculous customer service. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered sandals but never received them. They came all the way from China which explains the screw up. They told me too late to cancel, but guess what, I reported them.
My bank credit card sent my complaint to their fraud dept. Do not do business with these
Idiots. I learned a lesson. Don't trust aliens.

Been over a month now since they took my money and the order tracker still says not shipped. Try to get someone to respond either by phone or email is a nightmare. Move on and get your product from a reputable company.

I should have read reviews. Took a month to get them, immediately started refund process, looks like I too will need to dispute charge. They wanted me to send back to Vietnam, what a joke. DO NOT buy from this company. Not worthy of 1 star.

This is the worst company ever! I purchased some light blue sandals from their website. Waited a whole month to receive black, cheap smelly, narrow sandals. Mind you they're supposed to help you with bunions, but they're narrow!
Contacted company through email she first tells me to be mindful that the colors might not be the same because of lighting. Yeah from light blue to black? On a second email proceeds to tell me that to get a refund I would have to first mail the sandals back to Asia at MY expense and that she doesn't recommend that due to high shipping cost. She then advised me to donate them to charity. Worst $45 dollars ever spent! Had to contact and dispute the transaction with my bank. Don't ever buy anything from this site! Totally fake! By the way the sandals look like something you'd get from the dollar store. Vinyl cheap material. Don't spend a penny on this site! They're a scam.

I ordered the magnetic case for my iphone. I should have looked for reviews of the company before making a purchase. My bad. I saw an advert on Instagram and made the purchase there. Another bad decision, because the web page on Instagram is missing tons of information. I tried to cancel the order but they said it had already been shipped. Highly doubt that. Then in the correspondence their replies were weird. "This is such a sweet deal why would you not want to have this?" Who writes to customers like this? When I received the product, it was missing the glass to protect the screen! No way. What a joke. I am out $26 no big deal, but buyer beware of this site and their product. I reached out to the company and low and behold... they do not reply to my requests.

I realize now what a fool I am. I had the exact experience as others in these reviews. I tried to return a product one day after receiving it and they told me to donate it to someone else and they would give me a 10% discount. I'm sure they won't even do that! Unfortunately, they will catch many others before they read these reviews! Lesson learned, don't buy off pop up ads!

Like one of the other reviewers, I also saw the ad on Facebook and ordered the sandals that looked good. When the sandals arrived the chemical stench was horrible! I left them outside for a few days before even trying them on. I could already tell these were a very poor quality for a $50 sandal - very large stitches and the leather was so thin, it 'folded' down onto the sandal. (See photo) I emailed the company and complained about the bad smell and the lack of quality and comfort. They said they would reduce the price by 15%. I replied I didn't even want them at 50% reduction. They replied I could send them back... to Vietnam! Cost? $36! I decided to put them in my donation box for the poor! I sent them the photo as well and explained that the shoe on the right or top is my 5 year old sandal I purchased at the walking store for $100 and the bottom is their sandal at $50 but they said these two were not comparable! And I couldn't agree more!

I purchased this bra with high expectations but was let down with a thud. Not only did I have to wait almost 4 weeks to receive the bras from China, the bra was nothing as described. I ordered a large because I wear a 10 top/dress. When I got the bra and tried it on, it had absolutely no support, the fabric was cheap, and my back started hurting almost immediately. When I contacted the customer support by e-mail to find out how to return, I was asked to send photos of the measurements I had taken. When I said I just wanted my money back, I was told "Since the international shipping fee is quite high and the shipping time takes up to 3-4 weeks for the individual package so I normally don't recommend the return solution." So I will NOT be returning the items and will have to eat $75 for three bras. Oh, and I just saw the same bra for $9.99 on another site, and not the $24.99 I paid via PayPal. I do not recommend this product or dealing with this company.

So I made the mistake of entering the wrong apartment number to my shipping address. I confused it with my work address suite number which was my fault, but mistakes happen right? We're all human.
I email them and ask if they can refund me since the case was returned to them. The representative "Molly" emails me back and says I should have checked with them sooner and that they can only offer me a 15% discount on another case.
This is what you get when you order from a small sketchy company like this. I am so angry.

Phone cover ordered 6 months & still no undamaged product! First 2 arrived from China after unreasonable delay, damaged each time. After another long delay informed it was stuck in customs! First delay was a religious holiday! I rejected replacement & demanded refund. Was told to accept it & resell or donate & id get a 20% discounts! INSULTING! Demanded full refund again...

Update: After several more emails with "Cindy", I remembered I paid with PayPal and thought they might help. I opened dispute with PayPal and mentioned that fact to "Cindy". I immediately received a full refund! I'm happy about that of course, but what a waste of time. Be persistent, be as polite as humanly possible, and dispute the charges. If enough people do this, they may see the light and stop selling crap.

Saw the cutest sandals on Facebook, an since I've had good luck buying from ads on FB in the past, I ordered them. Big mistake... huge! It took over a month to get them and I was immediately disappointed. They reek of chemicals and do not look like the ad at all. Cheap cheap cheap. I emailed back and forth with "Cindy" in customer service (that's a laugh) and even sent the picture she asked for comparing the real shoes to the shoes in the ad. Even though "Cindy" agreed they were different, she said I could only get a replacement. I do not want any more of their crap products. I'm out $48 and can only warn other to NOT BUY FROM SHARPER DAY!

The sandals arrived in a plastic bag from China about a month from when I placed the order. They are cheap, ugly looking and ill fitting. It's virtually impossible to get any assistance from Sharper Day so they are going in with the trash.
My advise is never buy anything from this company it's a scam!

Company based in Singapore obtaining cheap Chinese products that can be found in any Chinatown in the US for under 10 dollars. Company advertises on Facebook. Credit card company will let you know never to order anything via Facebook. Hard to return since returns are in Singapore. I called my credit card company before receipt of product over a month late so I am getting credit back. I know received product and I am not opening package and returning to Singapore within 15 days of receipt. This company is not real deal
