Miley helped me with my order and process. My physician had sent in a subscription and she helped me fill my order of supplies and gave me an option on specials for the moment. She explained everything in regards to my order, shipping, and insurance claim information. The sandals are so beautiful and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Do not order from this place! Product is simply trash & customer service is non-existent! My poor mother has been trying to return the JUNK, talk about being sent in circles! Can you rate them less than 1?

I wish I had seen all the reviews before I spent $$$. What a waste of $50.! First, they stink, second, they don't fit correctly. And my E mails just get basic answers, such as, take a video to show us how they do not fit. Too smells to take into theh ouse,. So I'll donate or toss out!

I wish I could give them no stars at all. Their ads on Instagram stated that they guaranteed satisfaction and yet there is virtually no refund policy. Only if it arrived damaged. The shoes smell sooooooo bad when you take them out of the package. AND they came all the way from China of course. They told me well it's made of rubber that's why it smells. And I will never put a toxic chemical on my foot. It was a wasted $44 bucks. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and I am disputing the charge on my account.

After ordering a steamer, it started a fire after its initial use. I contacted the company for a replacement or refund. After going back and forth and sending multiple video clips that were requested by the company, they offered my a small percentage off if I wanted to repurchase the item. Absolutely ridiculous.

I emailed them to cancel when the order didn't arrive on time. I also found this site and read all of the negative reviews. Of course, they didn't follow my instructions and cancel... instead they shipped the product. It's a piece of junk and doesn't remotely come close to their claims or accurately depict the performance advertised on their Facebook ad. I opened a complaint with American Express. I'm attempting to return the product, but the only return address is in China. Sharperday customer service (if you can call it that) is unresponsive.
BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered exercise equipment. It took one month for it to arrive, and the product was pure trash. Not at all what was advertised, described or pictured. So flimsy, the mailman was able to fit it in my mailbox! Looks like it came from the dollar store. Customer service (I feel sorry for the employee!) "apologized", saying they never received a complaint before! Offered to give me 15% refund, but I would have to return the product to CHINA at my expense. Never again.

I purchased a hair dryer/styler from this company. It took 8 weeks to be delivered. I loved the product for about 8 weeks and then it started smelling like it was burning, then turned off. I contacted them and they were very short in their reply saying it was past their 15 day warranty. Well it DID work for 15 days, so it's ok not to stand behind your product on day 16? Terrible company, don't trust them. I'm out $70 and they couldn't care less, they got their money.

I will always check reviews in the future before making any purchases. I ordered the sandals June 24th and have yet to receive them. Told 2 to 4 week delivery almost 4 weeks and no sandals.
Also, contacted them within 5 minutes of placing order to cancel and was told there was a 30% restocking fee but the order had not even been filled. Kept order but by time I receive them, it will be winter and not needed. This company will never see another penny from me.

This company is in China! There is no notification on their website that this is an international company. Be prepared to wait close to a month for your order to arrive; but also be prepared for this company to process your payment immediately. I did not find out about shipping time until after I placed the order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift & the order was placed 4 weeks before Christmas. The cell phone case arrived a week after Christmas. Be sure to read their return policy as they claim 100% guarantee but will only accept a return & refund on a damaged product. Terrible disclosure from this company. I too wish I read reviews before ordering. I ended up ordering the same case from Amazon & received in 2 days. I wish I could give less than one star because anything else is too high.

The sandals were too loose around the ankle. Customer service gave me the run around. My options were to keep the sandals for a 15% refund or mail them back to Vietnam. Because I was so mad I sent them back for $25 but the USPS does not track packages to Vietnam. Sharper day won't refund the money without a tracking number. So... I am out even more money.
Terrible customer service and product!. DON'T Buy from this company!

Wow. It takes WEEKS to receive your order - but I didn't actually ever receive mine. Tracking finally said it had been delivered, so I contacted them to let them know I hadn't received it. They are asking for video proof - which is impossible to get. Why would I lie about a $30 phone case? They are refusing to do anything for me and now it's just a loss. Such a mistake to shop with them.

I saw a picture of cute multicolored sandals and ordered them. They arrived 3 weeks later in an envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap; distorted, super cheap, super loose. Nothing like the video! I left on vacation without my vacation shoes and now they say I had 2 weeks to return them for a refund. Total scam company!

I ordered an iphone case. It took over 1 month to arrive and then arrives in some generic box from china. The case does not match the one they show in the fancy adverts. The one I received is just for the back of phone and the ad shows a hinged case with front and back.

It took weeks for my order to arrive and it was missing items. Customer service there was horrible. They didn't respond for days. When they did I was requested to send a video of opening the package to show items were missing. Impossible and unreasonable. I didn't get the missing item or a refund. Whatever you are looking for, don't use this website

The DeepJet "high pressure" power washer that I purchased through Sharper Day turned out to be a poorly constructed hose attachment that produces a low pressure spray. You can purchase a solid brass hose nozzle for $5.00 that will give you equal or better pressure. Sharper Day does not offer a refund if you are not satisfied with this product.

I purchased a hair dryer in February 2019. It's June 4th. My hair dryer caught on fire. I wrote to this company to have then exchange it for a new one.
They responded by saying they couldn't help me because it was past 15 days. Don't purchase from this company, they don't stand behind they're products.

I purchased a beige cover and the color was more orangey/brown. It was unopened and I asked if I could exchange it for the navy. They said I could order the navy at 30% off. They will NOT stand behind their products and could learn a thing or two from Wayfair or Wal-Mart's customer service!

I ordered the monocular because it showed it attached to a phone for a camera and it came with no attachment and no way to buy one. I don't need a monocular when I have binoculars. Junk. Return seems impossible so I'm stuck with this thing. I thought I was smarter than that, also took forever to get. Oh Well.

I purchased a pair of sandals from this company, and after 45 plus weeks received them in the wrong color. I attempted to make arrangements to return them and kindly indicated they were the wrong size when in fact they were ugly and a different color than I ordered. I was then advised to take a picture of them next to a ruler to show the length and a video of them on my feet. So, I turned it over to PayPal. Next, I was given an address where I should return them, and was advised that I would have to provide a tracking number. To return these ugly shoes to Vietnam was going to cost $116.00. Guess I will have to eat this one.

Ordered sandals June 7th. After several frustrating emails from customer service they arrived today July 30th. I threw them in the trash. Cheap, smelly and definitely not the size I ordered. I'm out $49 but can't be bothered wasting any more time on this company. As others before said I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from this company.

I bought their monocular & they did not send what was pictured/videoed on Facebook. The clip was inferior to what was pictured & did not hold the monocular to the iPhone. Their customer service stalled then sent me the same clip. Finally they wanted me to pay the shipping & customs fees back to Vietnam. American Express reversed the charges for me & I threw the product away. JUNK!

I wouldn't even give them one star but had to so it would register. This company is a scam! They are trying to blame me for their mistake in sending me the wrong case and refuse to exchange it. It also took forever to receive the wrong one!

I bought a voluminizer for a gift for Christmas. It took over a month and when I received it, the package was all banged up. Needless to say, by the time it arrived it was too late to give to my friend as I had to go out and buy another voluminizer. I want to return this item and now they are telling me I have to pay over $20 to return it to China and that my credit would not be issued until they received it. This is totally ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend anyone buying anything from them! Keep the money in the USA!

I order the waterproof wire connectors around 20th of August. As of 28th of September, the connectors have not shipped. Three weeks ago is the last I heard from them and product was supposed to ship in 3 or 4 days. I was ripped off for about $30 and no sign of it shipping.

This is the worst company I've ever bought ANYTHING FROM. The shoes are not anything like advertised. They are cheap, ugly, and do not do anything for bunions. They shouldn't be classified as a shoe. No service. You just got robbed.

I purchased a hair dryer with reading the terms that merchandise can be returned with refund within 15 days. As soon as I received, I realized that with my type hair I cannot use it. I reached out immediately to start the return/refund process to only be told AFTER emailing 3x's that it cannot be returned. This is absolutely false advertising.
