It took a month to receive the phone case. It was damaged when I received it. I didn't receive the 2nd case and the rep keeps saying contact the post office. Some how he knew the case I received was damaged. On top of that, they won't refund my money! Please don't shop here, you will be wasting your time and money.

Never buy anything from here! They take weeks to ship and on top of that if you want to cancel they charge you 30% of your total for inconveniencing them. You also only have 6 hours to cancel. That's right 6 hours to cancel an order that will take 2-3 weeks to ship! Absolute joke! Don't buy from here!

The sandals look great in the photo, but when they arrived they do not conform to the human foot. They are oversized and are not adjustable. China is getting even with the consumer by pretemding to be a reputable company Next time I will look for reviews for ordering amything on line.don't

The only reason they have 1 star is to do the review! Sandals are cheaply made, company refuses to do a refund unless you have a picture of yourself measuring g your foot! Guest service is a joke! It took over a month to receive product! These people are THIEVES, CROOKS! REFUND OUR MONEY!

I wish I had read the reviews first this company is nothing but a scam I ordered shoes and then found them on Amazon for half the price I immediately canceled my order with sharperday and they refused to refund my card which they charged immediately it's been 2 weeks of runaround and back and forth emails to no avail no refund no shoes I am beyond disgusted... please heed my advice do not order anything from them I only gave them a star because I had too if I had a choice it would be negative 10 stars! I ordered a Fabhair: One-Step hair dryer & volumizer styler online from either Facebook or Instagram. Buyer Beware. It is a total scam. First it took over a month to get this JUNK from China. Second it is a very cheap copy of a similar Revlon product. Even though I processed this via PayPal for protection, they have been slow in responding and now my 15 day window to return this piece of garbage is closed. DI NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned: research the Company provider first. There is a lot of substandard Chinese copies of real products and they are far more expensive than buying it locally.

My two cases were also damaged upon arrival. Also took us a month to receive them. And they are not like what it shows in the ad. They both are missing the other halves.

Saw ad on Facebook, ordered a pair of shoes, changed mind overnight but no phone # shown anywhere, emailed cancellation, not good enough, can only cancel within 6 hours, now we have yo eat 30% of order total even though nothing was done or even shipped. WAY TOO MUCH FINE PRINT. Later we found exact same shoes new on ebay for 1/4 the price.

Cheapest made pair of sandals. Probably would sell in a new junk store for $3. Not an easy company to deal with. NEVER buy anything from them. Way, Way, Way overpriced!

I wrote to the company asking them to please advise when one of my sandals completely fell apart when it started to rain. The strap came out from between the toe and out of the shoe and left me to stumble in a parking lot. I had worn them one month.

They responded: "Thanks for getting back to us. As clearly stated on our website, the period of time that we accept any complaints about the product's quality is 15 days from delivery. Unfortunately, this trouble-taken time has expired in your case so I'm afraid that your request for a full refund or replacement will be declined. I hope to receive your kind understanding in this case.If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to support you!"

I cannot predict when a rainstorm will happen after purchase, but the fact that I asked for advice to which they blanketly offered that they are always happy to help yet not to stand behind their product is outrageous.

I feel I should report Sharper Day to the Better Business Bureau. A shoe that cannot be worn in the rain is shameful at any price and is dangerous.

Horrible customer service... cheap product... bad sizing and refuses to give a refund. I will be calling by credit card company to stop payment to this online hoax.

Do NOT Order from this company. Not only is Molly N. Extremely rude, she doesnt know how to do her job! I ordered something for my company based on what someone sent me and then they realized its the wrong product. So I tried to communicate with them to return the product but Molly N. Not only doesnt understand english, she is very rude! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Products come from China.

I bought the tri-colored sandals, that looked like Clarks. Well after 6 weeks they came and are made of thin cheap vinyl and stink. I am putting them in the recycle bin.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY! I saw these sandals on facebook and thought it might be helpful for my bunion, however when they arrived they were loose fitting, too long and although I ordered a size 5.5, they showed up as a 36, which is really a size 6. I contacted the company and they had the gall to ask me for pictures of my foot being measured, the bag, and they even wanted a video of me walking in the shoe. WHY?!? After numerous emails back and forth, I was finally told that they don't actually have shoes that will fit my size foot and they suggest that I donate the shoes and they will proved me with a 15% return. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No. The customer service is completely unacceptable and made no effort to cure an issue that they caused by not properly advertising their shoes and providing sizing charts near the shoe size selection. Please don't by from them ever!

I ordered a pair of shoes, didn't know they were coming from China. I got ripped off. Lost over $44. Why are they still in business. When shoes came (took a month) they were wrapped in plastic and put in smaller black plastic bag. There were creases in shoes, they were misshapen and could not give as gift as I wanted. Should be law against this. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, NO MAILING ADDRESS, ETC.

Facebook got us. Sandals look good, but are nothing but JUNK! The shoes did not fit as they were VERY narrow. When I contacted Sharper Day, Miley said my wife must have big feet! After several emails, I was finally given an address to return the sandals - VIETNAM! Cost to mail them: $25.00. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!

Company would not stand behind their iphone magnetic phone case! It shattered after 1 month on my phone. And they refused to replace or refund it! Loser company, STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY!. I saw multi-color sandal with claim of most comfortable ever. One month wait to arrive with no enclosed info nor what to do regarding a return. Item was mailed from China. I did order correct size yet fit was much to loose for my foot and no arch support what-so-ever. I e-mailed the company and they ask me for pictures of my foot being measured, the bag, and they even wanted a video of me in the shoe. Strange! ODD if a reputable company! Several emails back and forth to company. My request was within their 15 day return timeframe from delivery of sandal. I could see the pattern developing not to honor my return request. Just a hassle! Therefore, to date, I stopped credit card payment to SharperDay. I am now waiting for that resolution with my credit card company and i notified SharperDay of such, and again, request for a Return instructions/label. We'll see what happens (?). The customer service is completely unacceptable! I will NOT BUY anything from SharperDay, EVER!... should be a 0' on my scale!

Three Color Stitching Sandals are very poor quality & fit. After dealing with this company for 5 weeks trying to get a refund because they smelled, were poor quality & didn't fit properly (my foot slid right out the end even though the base was the correct length for my foot). They kept asking me to send them pictures & videos, measurements, emails, etc. but they kept coming back with one excuse after another not to refund my purchase price. They would not honor the website statement of "100% satisfaction or full refund". They do not adhere to this statement. After 5 weeks of back & forth emails my choice was to accept a $9.00 refund & keep the sandals that don't fit or send them back to Viet Nam at my expense the cost of this would be more than 50 or more pairs of these sandals. Guess this resolution is their way of getting out of agreeing to a refund. So much for customer satisfaction guess I am out $49.58 minus their ridiculous credit of $9.00. I was going to donate them to a charity but they are such a piece of junk I won't be doing that, they are heading to the trash. Guess they won the battle since I also will not waste anymore of my time with this company. N Please be aware that they won't deal with customer satisfaction! My rating is ZERO!

They even smell bad, as if the materials were infused with heavy cigarette smoke or something. So bad I had to leave them in the garage and sincerely hope they don't burst into flames.
I have messaged the company for info on how to return them and get a refund.
For some reason, I am expecting that they might try to stiff me. Maybe it's the blatantly false advertising that is the basis for my fears, but, ha, I paid with my trusty OSU credit card and I know they will help me dispute the charge.

This company does not deserve even one star. Sandals came in a cheap plastic bag. Not only were they poor quality, the material had a very unpleasant odor. When I emailed customer service ("service", my eye!) indicating the quality did not meet my expectations and they were too narrow/tight, and inquired as to the process to return for a full refund, they claim they require a photo of the sandals on my feet (!) and that I may have to deal with their outsourced facility. Say what?! We had several email exchanges and they FINALLY gave me the return address: Vietnam! Their last email: "... if you could kindly cooperate with us in sending the required photos and once it is fully proved the not fit item [sic], we will definitely issue the refund..." My last response was that this is obviously how they make money b/c no one wants to spend half or more of the cost of the item just to return the item, then be told if proved they don't fit, we'll refund you. On top of it all, I'm angry with myself for not reading these reviews BEFORE making my purchase.

They sell counterfeit products, stealing marketing tools belonging to legit companies, often offering Products at deep discounts. Do not order these products on social media sites such as Instagram! You will get a crap product and you will never, ever get a refund! Beware of *******@6Sunday.com, *******@6Sunday.com, sharperday.com, MixCommerce or MixCo. If you see any of these connected to your transaction, you have been scammed. You can file a report online with your state attorney general's office. They are CRIMINALS.

If I had seen this website prior to ordering the garbage sandals they sell, I wouldn't be out the money. I'm still trying to dispute the purchase with my bank, and PayPal. Keeping my fingers crossed.
