“I purchased a diamond ring from Shay and she disappeared...”

I purchased a diamond ring from Shay and she disappeared as soon as she got my money wired to her. Do not purchase from shay's diamonds as this is a fraudulent company that does not exist. This is a scam. There is no registered company with the State of California. The website is registered to someone in Pennsylvania but supposedly based in Sacramento California at:
3032 Sierra Mills Ln. Sacramento CA *******
Another address is:
1731 Howe Avenue #356
Sacramento, CA *******
