Shearrevival

A few years ago, I ordered multiple items from this brand / store. When the order arrived, 1 item was missing, so I wrote to them. The owner dais he hand packed everything and it is impossible that something is missing. To which I said why would I lie for 1 item (out of 7 I ordered) that is not that expensive and we went into an argument mode. As a result, the owner refunded me for that 1 item (after I said I may file a dispute), then marked me a fraud, blocked my account to this date. Always hope smaller brands show a little more decency & customer ethics.
