I thought that I would give this company a try instead of MyUS and my first impression is that they are shockingly bad and they rip you off! One issue is that there is no live chat options with customer service, so everything is via email and they are slow at getting back to you and it seems that English is not their first language thus the replies you get are not put together correctly. What they also don't mention on their website is that they no longer offer a consolidation/repack service by combining all your packages into one shipment. I was only alerted to this fact when I emailed them advising that there was no option to request a repack service when I was organising for my packages to be sent out. It would have been nice to have known in the first place that they no longer offer this service as I would have used another company that does offer this! I was stuck with using them as all my packages were with them and it would have been a hassle and cost me more for them to send my packages to someone else to ship out for me. They also state on their website "No hidden fees" which is an absolute lie. I chose the UPS Worldwide Expedited $72.37 option as this was the cheapest option to ship to Australia and when I go to pay for this, I get hit with a $9.03 remote area delivery surcharge on top of the shipping cost which is surprising as my location is listed as metropolitan and not remote. (I live only 10 minutes from the UPS depot). I further checked on the UPS website and my postcode of 3038 is not on the UPS list of remote locations and this was further confirmed with UPS via email, thus they have ripped me off of $9.03. I have never been charged a remote area delivery surcharge when I have used other companies to ship to me, so based on my experience with them, I will not be using them ever again. I now use ShippingXPS which is cheaper, better and has all the services that I require.

But RIGHT NOW as i write this, i could not log in to my account. And i tried making new account with dummy details, it succeeded in being registered and logged in.
I PAID FOR SHIPPING $350 WITH DHL, AND THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT NOW?
It's just in Feb 12, i got contact with support ticket and now i could not login?
If this was not resolved as soon as possible, i'm gonna take further action regarding this. I will also wrote everywhere in social media, site reviews and wherever else. SHIP7.COM STOLE MY ITEM and MONEY!

I bought 4000$ worth of goods and 2 cell phones
And they all were lost and i cant locate the package anymore

I used the service to receive a few items because the borders with my country were closed. Now they are open and I'm going to the US again, so I need to ship the items to myself so I can avoid heavy customs fees in my country.
To my surprise, the help center refused to do so, without any reasonable justification. They say they can't ship to the US, but they do so when returning items or in case of restricted items. So it makes NO SENSE that they refuse to ship domestically. Also, this "rule" wasn't clearly stated anywhere beforehand.
At this point, they are holding my items against my will, because I want to ship them all and pay what I owe them, but absolutely can't.

This company recieved my property. They charged over $100 to ship less than 10lbs worth of product. They mislabeled the address. My property was lost. They have admitted the mistake in writing and promised to refund thre cost of shipping and my $100 worth of property. They have promised this in writing over the course of five months and 27 emails. I have filed multiple complaints. They refused to respond to the BBB. This company is not honest and they are at best incompetent. Please don't use this company

I am a new customer with them, have been using Aramex service for more than two years. Last week after I saw their advertisement I wanted to give a try to Ship7. My first impression is; since its comperatively new, their social presence and search engine visibility is currently limited. But as all new businesses that would pick up in time. So some people may get nervous about their service since not much has been talked/discussed about them. Anyway; I bought relatively less valued items since it's a trial. I was lookin for a couple auto parts for myself and got them delivered to Ship7. Their processing speed is very good. Even faster than Aramex, they offer free storage for up to a month I believe. You can check their website for that information. As per shipping options they had an express 2-3 day and an economy service. I choose the fast one. And the items arrived via UPS within the promised period. So; my overall experience is pretty pleasant. I will keep using them and will post any problems here in the future.
