First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel

I ordered an item to shipito warehouse and it arrived 4 days ago, while I'm still waiting for the package to ship, "I see that they can't send it by airmail- because the package have battery inside, if the website would let me know beforehand I wouldn't used shipito service

Horrible experience with this company. Use US credit card. Don't use US credit card. Use US address. Don't use US address. Had stuff shipped here before I was asked to add all of these extra verification documents. Once items were there, I couldn't do anything but go through that process, which was, frankly, ridiculous. Then, my account kept getting "locked" because I was using my US credit card which they had that address on hand and using my Paypal account was what originally got it "on alert." Really inadequate information available, clunky website, not clear instructions on consolidation available, and really not a company that is helpful for expats. Can't wait to get my shipment out so that I can cancel my account and NEVER use them again.
Don't even bother with these con men. They took mmy credit card number on signup and a staff member made multiple purchases (over 2 thousand doallars) and had the items sent to their work address and claimed it was me.

I have been a customer for 4 years and was happy with them until recently.
I have two packages that arrived at Tualatin warehouse two weeks ago according to tracking, but they are not entered in my mailbox. I filed lost packages claim, first they said the packages have not been delivered to them. After I provided proof of delivery that showed they signed for it, they said they have received them and will be entered shortly in my mailbox. That was 6 days ago and still no packages have been entered. These were Christmas gifts and there is no way they will make it on time for Christmas. I have been on chat support and sending emails and still no service. I don't think i will ever get my packages. I do not recommend this company to anyone. After this I will never use their services again.
I had a 3 items of furniture delivered to one of the warehouses. With out me asking the put one of the items inside another and badly damaged the piece of furniture with 3 large scratches. The item cost about 900 dollars. After admitting to damaging the item they offered to not charge me the 30 dollar fees for packing the item. I told them I didn't want to ship a damaged item and the would have to pay for it.
Then then changed what they said and said the delivery company told them to put one item inside of another.
I will am now suing them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered one package through Oregon to ship to Calgary Canada. While they forwarded my packages through quickly I did not spend the extra money to have them open the package and take pictures of the contents thinking that as this was one box there was less chance of things going missing. Wrong! I'm sure they see that you didn't purchase this insurance and use it as an invitation to steal things from your package. I did get the insurance from DHL but apparently that only insures delivery and not contents.
The box that was originally shipped to Shipito weighed 8lbs. When it was forwarded to me it only weighed 6.8lbs. Got my package and found that one sweater was missing from the package. Even though I asked them not to open the box and take pictures there was a sticker on the box saying that it had been opened and "inspected" by Eazybiz Corp. I wont be surprised to see my sweater on their Auction site in the next few weeks.
If i could i would like to star them -5. They asked me to mail them a notarized 1583 letter, I paid a notary office, stamped it and sent to them. Specifically I asked the notary office kept a copy of the photo and the mail letter photo as well. After a few days shipito told me they received the letter, but there's no stamp. I sent them 5 messages, asked them please take a photo of the non stamped letter, so I can asked the notary office. You know what shipito said? Sorry we disposed it already... I would like to scream... now my company files are in their hands but they refused to forward to me because they diposed my notary 1583 letter without any reason... that's why they can not even take a photo to prove it! Disgusting company. Stay away from them to save your money and your personal/business info. A scam.
Tip for consumers:
just do not use this company. If they say item is wrong is wrong - no photo to provide, just dispose without notice!!! But I have all the proof of the posts and letters!

Shipito customer service is useless for me. A package that was supposed to be delivery for Christmas (it was a Christmas gift is still missing.
They returned the package because a tiny detail was missing, without contacting me to clarify the missing piece of information. Now Tje parcel is lost or nobody has really made the effort to find it.
I will never use this company again, and in my opinion, nobody should use it if you value your items. In my opinion, Shipito is just marketing, but not a trustable company. Avoid it.
Never answered to mail email. Even so I registered and want to buy skies in amount of 450 USD with shipping. After I got through all the confirmation, the fees at the end were sooooooo HUGE! The total price without the taxes in my Country were over 720 USD. Cmon, what the hell? Provably if you buy something smaller the fees will not be so big. But this is just ridiculous.
They lead you to believe you won't have to send a notarized document as long as your shipping address and name you sign up with them match your paypal account information. It is a lie. Mine match and the account won't even be manually reviewed until I read 65% "verification status." I have no desire to send them all my personal information and given that I live in a country with a non-latin alphabet, I am betting there is no way to get to 65% without a notarized doc in English. Given that costs $80 where I live, total fail. It is a shame I wasted $10 for the registration, but at least it wasn't more. Stay away!
ShipTo has lost 3 of my packages now. One of which I had insurance for. The tracking showed that it was sent back to them, made it to their doorstep, and then it apparently vanished into thin air. They refunded me the charge for shipping and considered the matter closed. That was it for me and this company.
This was the second time I used shipto and it was even easier than the last. Mainly cause of the initial great experience I knew what to expect and the process. Will be using them again and again for sure.
This Shipito is an absolute SCAM! Do not use it they are rubbish. I had something (a very small thing, a cosmetic that they didn't have in the UK and I wanted to use for my wedding) ordered and delivered to them in February. I have waited and waited and after spending $40 for delivery (!) they sent the package. I waited and waited and after a month contacted them and they said the package was on its was and only after something like 90 working days I could make the claim. Of course the package didn't arrive and I made the claim. At that point they said the package resulted as delivered (?) I said absolutely not and they said "Ah ok, actually they found the package with the delivery company and they are returning it here"... No comment. The packaged has now been returned to them and they want me to pay again for the shipment. It is now July and I waited for this since Febraury, I told them they can stick it up their b...
Charge you a lot of fees. Charge you expensive shipping fees. Takes them 1 month to buy your products. Forget it we cannot even call that a company. Just a group of crooks sucking money from people desesperate to buy products from USA.
I bought a Fitness Sled from Torque Fitness. It's 77lbs and I was willing to pay extra for the weight and size. The package arrived to the facility but they seem to have lost it?!?! Look at the photo too. The package costs more than $800. I am very angry and I seriously don't recommend using Shipito. I contacted Shipito multiple time and they never reply. Current date is April 12th 2021 and the package arrived at Shipito warehouse on March 30th. They even have a picture of my package. Like how do you loose a 77lbs package?
Edit: On April 14th, after exactly 2 weeks of receiving the package, Shipito finally found my package. My support ticket closed like nothing happened. They charged me $3 for the package and $2 for optional fragile sticker. Currently I'm waiting for them to ship it. I'm kinda excited for the package to come to Japan. Hope there is no more problem. I'm keeping it 1 star since I waited 2 weeks. Ridiculous.

I heard about Shipito and that was the first time that I use the service. I had to ship 2 packages to Russia, I bought it and sent to Shipito. They sent the first package but the second they lost! I was only informed that they lost the package 20 days after chating with them every single day! I order the refund of my amount and the total in my balance was 721.00 dollars and they are refunding me in only 685.00 because there are some refund fees? USD 36.00 fees? Man thats the best way to own some money! Even the bank costs are not that much!

I have used Shipito about 15 times to send items to Australia. They used to be fantastic. I recommended them to friends etc. I now only purchase in the USA direct from websites and would recommend others do the same.
They lost a package $550 USD (plus $150 USD fees and postage) I shipped to Australia in October. This package was never shipped, paperwork was never even filed with Australia Post. I was told to make a claim and have corresponded with Shipito pointlessly for 3 months and they clearly intend to waste my time in addition to losing my package. For example questioning the paperwork for items they have had photos of and for which I paid insurance. It seems from online reviews they have a huge issue with theft at their warehouse. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Kindly update local post office tracking in site automatically once courier was submitted to local post office by Air Mail Economy shipping, which will help us not to get this information from customer support. Also provide AirMail Economy destination country local office contact to get any information from them.
