First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel
Lost my package in 2nd times.
When I've great deal with lower price my package was lost and they refunded as I've paid how about my offer and my effort with bidding in lower price?
They should reimbursed me with market price.
As id I've a deal and they took my deal & my effort.

I HAVE FOUND that when l first used this company, the initial customs declaration form proceedure was a bit tricky. I think this could be a bit more intuitive for not very savvy computor users like myself. But I now navigate there web site reasonably we'll.
Shipping costs of course a subject to many changing variants of the business.At times l have thoughtt that some shipped items we're costly but other times very reasonable

Incompetant staff, never answers your e-mails, send dammaged items then claim it wasnt them. No accountablility and they charge you extra fees not listed before you will gget your stuff - basically extortion. Don't bother this company is a joke.
I have a package with shipito where I paid over $400 in total for consolidation fee and shipping cost to Australia on the 3rd of December and tracking was provided. Today is the 24th and the package is still not trackable on USPS. Furthermore, customer service is not responding to messages and havent replied for a week. They also asked for my ID which I have uploaded, its been a week since and I have sent multiple messages to Shipito and there is no response. It is like they are not even trying and basically just completely disregard their customers. There is no sense of responsibility or doing the right thing or any empathy for their customers. I am not even sure how I can get any of my stuff back when a company can go so low.
Do not use shipito or you wont get your goods.

I have always been very well treated and my packages are quickly dispatched. The only complaint I have is that often at the time to purchase a sending method, FedEx shows as available and actually this option does not post to my postal code. So I don't have the option to send multiple paclages at a time, as USPS does not offer this option.
I have been using shipito services for several years and never been dissapointed. They are very reaponsive to my questions, request, and any other things. They offer many benefits to their services. Their price is also very reasonable. To summarize, shipito will always offer you excellent service!

They will accept your payment via PayPal, but they - do not trust PayPal?! WTF? Doesn't Paypal have verified accounts i. E. accounts that went through a rigorous verification process and are tied to North American bank account? And doesn't every North American bank account open process require 2 pieces of photo ID as well and you have to come in person?
So by leveraging Paypal verified accounts tied to North American bank accounts this Shipito business would be a no-brainer. Yet, they require "verification". Something is fishy BIG TIME.

The verification is a way to help prevent fraud and also used for some of the mail forwarding documentation requirements.
This company has a very expensive shipping, and VERY VERY bad verification issues.
They require more IDs than I currently have to ship the package to me.
With that much data about me they can very well steal my identity.
I have no idea on what to do since I already paid a lot for the package AND the shipping, and now I cant receive them.

Beware when you use their service. When package lost, they doesn't help you al all. They don't claim for you. They don't give you authorization to claim with courier either. All i ask is a paper of authorization so that i can claim with fedex myself.
Now i suspect they stole package themself. My package value is >6000$
I used shipito service more than 5 years since they start business. They used to by a good company. I don't know why but they turn out to be theif now

Hey no %50 dls Insurance on your $35 Dolar pacakage., consider it GONE! I spent more on their fees than the actual price tag of the product... they have proof of recieving but no proof of sending, and their excuse, well it must be your local delivery... total BS!
Lost my package in Minden NV after receiving. They tried to find it 3 weeks with no response on my questions about that. Didnt find, refunded 100usd for iPhone7 plus that i bought for 505 $, due mistake in custom declaration, that wasnt used because this parcel was lost in their warehouse!. But they only used it to decrease refund. In the Minden works thief that steals our goods and this company doesnt do anything.

I ordered from two 3rd Parties through Amazon. Both parcels were delivered on the same day to the warehouse in Tualatin. I booked the consolidation of those 2 parcels, and i sent the custom declaration for the whole order. Shipito opened the first Amazon parcel took out 2 small envelopes and put them again into one box again! The second parcel from Amazon was completly ignored. Then they made the customs declaration for all 4 items for the only box with 2 items they created. After many mails and chats, i gave up and accepted to have double customs costs and double shipment costs. They didn't even hand out a coupon for $5 for the wrong consolidation.

I have a love/ hate relationship with Shipito. In the past 6 months i've moved about 40 packages so i use them a fair bit.
Sometimes, the service is amazing. Packages are checked in immediately and mailed out immediately. At other times, the packages take over a day to action. When running a business, i need my packages out asap. I live in Kuwait and the weekends are Fri/ Sat and the WH is closed on the american weekend which is sat/ sun so that causes a lot of invonvenience. I would prefer a service that had at least reduced hours of working on the weekend rather than being shut. Some customer service agents don't care and aren't afraid to show it.
TLDR: when it works it works great but if you're time bound, i wouldn't recommend them.
The only remark i have is that the fee you charge from your warehouse to Australia is extreamly high and i will be very carefull to purchase items from US again. Firs i will consider the price of the delivery.
