First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel

I ordered two packages be delivered to Japan. The first package was delivered with no issue, however upon receipt of the delivery notification from Fedex of the second package(not shipito mind you) a security review was issued against my account that took many days to resolve. After this bogus security review was finally ended (had to provide many sources of evidence that I in fact had ordered a computer monitor), the second package that I KNOW they have has never been logged as received. Mind you this is a $1,500 computer. It has now been 10 days and it is still in limbo status. This does not make me feel optimistic. If what you are shipping is important, look for other options. Also I paid for expedited shipping from Dell to Shipito and they negated it by holding on to it and ignoring me for over a week.
**UPDATE**
12 days after delivery they finally responded to my support ticket. You might think this is a joke but now they are requiring FULL PROOF that this package was delivered to them. Do you know what that means? They probably lost it.
I've been using Shipito for years with always excellent results. Tried another service years ago once for a shipment to Canada---cheap rate, but they were a disaster, so I went back to Shipto. Most recently I shipped a parcel to Athens, Greece using RRD Express Mail. RRD Express Mail is usually the best for shipping from the US to Greece: not the speediest, but reliable and you get a tracking number that works well. The big savings are in customs clearance charges in Greece---couriers charge a fortune, where the postal service courier is very reasonable. The present shipment went smoothly. The usual week or so delay in LA airport, then it made it to Greece in a few days. Delivered today, so a little more than 3 weeks from Oregon to Athens, Greece. Got charged 5.00 EUR for customs clearance plus the usual VAT. Couriers will charge 10 times that as a flat fee for "Clearance" or else you have to go to the airport and clear the package yourself.

Re-Packaging service is worse than expected. Shipitto asks for money to consolidate packages and each seperate service like "fragile sticker" on costs extra. Excra orders are not fulfilled but paid in advance. Package does not display any "Fragile" sticker on it. Packaging of obviousely fragile goods done as without brain! Fragile goods are placed plain on the ground of a box. On top of the goods were placed some bubble folia - not to protect goods but to cover. Absolutely not recommended!
Use this service provider for several years. No issues, operative communication, accurate fulfillment of my (sometimes) complicated custom requests related to consolidation of multiple packages.
Fantastic service, so transparent and smart! Fast delivery too! Will use this again for the stuff that can't be delivered from the web shop internationally.
I'm using this service for more than 5 years now and have only positive experience. Sometimes exterior pictures of the parcels ar not clear, but you can ask Shipito to retake it for free.

You open an account with Shipito and all seems OK. When I got my first package delivered to their warehouse they locked my account and demanded 'verification', including passport, drivers licence, credit cards, etc. I have had numerous emails over five months with Shipito 'support' trying to get my account unlocked. Every time I give them what they ask for they still don't unlock the account. It's effectively extortion as they have your property and won't forward it to you.
In 15 years of internet purchasing I have never experienced anything like this. My understanding is they do this so they can keep your items after the six month storage period expires, and then they auction off your property. No doubt more profitable than shipping. Given all the similar complaints all over the web I don't know how this company has not been closed down by authorities in the USA.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY ARE TOXIC. IF YOU USE THEM SAY GOODBYE TO YOU PURCHASE.

Want only something to re add Fedex ground as shipping method to Algeria again will help us to save more fedex headquarter just 3 miles away from my home
