First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel
I tried Shipito for the first time and their service was good and most importantly my package was intact when delivered. I would recommend Shipito to anyone.
Have been past 2 month from the order for the delivery but the package not arrived yet... y have yo wait another month to perform the complain because the other complains fixed anything
The first comment is totally inaccurate. Fees are actually lower than most other sites out there and shipping is by far lower here. Also much shipping options and payment options are available.

I've been using shipito for over two years now, and while I have been extremely loyal to them and referring many people with the same interests as myself who all have annual subscriptions I feel they don't care about their customers so much. First it was just small things. For example you don't get any points for renewal of your annual membership only when you do it for the first time, so then if you want to get more points you have to buy them, spending even more money on your membership.
Then the other fees started rolling in. Honestly they have fees for EVERYTHING. Sneeze and they'll charge you something. So along my journey with them there have been many of these little things, but I've dealt with it, they haven't been too bad and they allow me to access things to buy that I can't where I live - Until recently, where they damaged something of mine. I wasn't angry. These things happen. So I fill in my claim and to my surprise they refund me the cost of my item without too many hassles, that is until I go and try to get it refunded to my paypal and they charge me a fee, and not just a small fee, nearly $10USD. So I have to pay for their mistake. And its not the first time I've been charged over their mistakes, but those were fairly small so I left them alone. However now I feel like I'm just being taken for a ride.
Honestly, if they stopped charging like wounded bulls I'd probably give them 5 stars, but until they fix the way they handle their own mistakes I'll be keeping my shopping to an absolute minimum and letting my friends know as well.

Man, if I only registered on shipito 5 years ago, I would've saved a ton of money on shipping.
I am super happy with shipito, 14 packages received, never had a problem. Shipito is a huge money saver.
I opened an account. Deposited money and asked for a refund and they give me as feedback that it is not possible and that I should use that money on their service. Conclusion: Shipito is a big scam

I've been a shipito customer for almost 3years and get good services. But recently i have a very bad problem with them. My consolidated package is reported lost by shipito before it have been shipped yet. I already told them that the lost package is contains hard to find items for my classic bike '72 norton commando, i waited too long for those items to be completed and countless sleepless night to wait the auction ends for those items. They ask me to send seller's invoices which is total almost $700, and after several weeks waiting they sent me reimbursed money $46, and i said what? My total invoices is worth almost $700 and just reimbursed $46? They told me that they reimburse the value of declared customs that i wrote on the form. I know that the declared value reimburse is for a package that lost in shipping process, and my package is lost at their warehouse which is have to be fully reimbursed by them. Now i really pissed off, i've lost my stuff, lost my money, lost my time, cant finish my bike! Just because of their greed and un professional service. You have to remember who are the one helping you getting big? Your customers! And who are gonna make you lost? Also your upset customer like me! For people who wants to use shipito services, i have to say please consider it again, there's more warehouse service similar out there, just not shipito!

I had been using shipito for several years. During that period they did an OK job. I just had a lot of extra fees which I just accepted as is,
However my last delivery I had my package wrongly delivered to some other country whilst I received someone elses. I received no communication from shipito when I received a call from a freight company to ask if the wrong package could be picked up. I refused to return anything until I heard from shipito and find out what has happened to my package. When I finally talked to someone. After I had to initiate contact. I was told that my package was on its way back to the warehouse, so I was happy to let freight company take the package.
However after about a month. My package finally arrived to the warehouse during that period theres was no communications from shipito unless I contacted them. But my ordeal was far from over, as I found out I had to pay extra postage cause the package manage to gain some weight, their excuse being that freight charges had increased.
Normally when a package comes into the warehouse a photo is taken, which for some reason didnt happen this time. When i requested one. I saw that my package was totally beaten up.
So to sum up this company, they are ok provided there is no issue. But the moment there is. They are a dishonest company who will provide you little help and communication and take no responsibility.

Honest and clear company in all information. It is well worth buying the receiving services of this company. The downside is that in my country the post office and customs are terrible.

Shipitto fills a much needed gap for buyers who live outside the USA, without any unreal charges, at the same time offering a good choice in shipping methods, al very economical.

Especially after the updates site updates. But all is not well-translated, this may cause difficulty for the people who do not understand English, but it's not a problem.

I was trying to find a new freight forwarding company so I decided to give Shipito a go. I used their http://calculator.shipito.com to simulate a package delivery to where I live. It worked perfectly the page gave me a lot of options and prices for delivery. So I went ahead and bought something and had it delivered to shipito. When I tried to forward the package, my country wasn't there. So I tried to forward it to another freight forwarding service, and it turns out they specifically blacklisted their postal code, even though the calculator says they can deliver there.
I used their support chat several times and in every occasion they would disappear for 10 minutes without any reply, and in the end they couldn't help me at all, always "escalating" the issue to someone else. At the end I just gave up and sent it to a friend in the US.
I am not someone who gives free advertising, but in this case I think I'm doing everyone a favor: go with www.myus.com and you'll be better off. Might not be perfect, but for sure way better than shipito.

My online shopping experience started in 2007, I always run into issues with my shipments forwarders. Shipito solved all my issues, i trust them more than local forwarders in my country.
The shipping cost is horrible. The package weight 7.5 lbs and the dimension size is 18" x 24" x 24" and shipping cost is $200 USD to Asia

I have a small online store and it is often too expensive to ship small quantities, so I have them all shipped to Shipito - have it consolidated and just ship one box.
I did some shopping and all were happy, I am very satisfied.

I received everything I asked for and paid for-- my box: photographed, forwarded, tracked, untampered.
Despite the Customer Service Representative's assertion that my Parcel would be mailed Monday, tracking instead indicated that the same day USPS confirmed delivery to Shipito's address in Minden, Nevada, (on a Saturday, at that!), FedEx picked up the package and sent it on its way.
By Monday, FedEx had the package in my city, where it sat for two additional days until delivery. Next time I'll know to order faster shipping. FedEx was the bottleneck in my experience, not Shipito.
I would recommend Shipito to a friend, and, in fact, already have. 10/10 for my first experience.

I have read the many reviews and I would agree with some and also note that some are too harsh. The main thing I want to communicate is that we all are human and we all make mistakes. I have been with Shipito since 2013 and I have had my share of issues -- but few -- and luckily they have been resolved. On most occasions my packages are sent quick and fast, the service has been on time and polite -- sure you might get an occasional on line rep or person by email that is a little sassy -- but that's life. Regardless of the potential issues that could arise I would recommend shipito over and over. I am a US citizen living abroad in Saudi and I know many others that have used other freight forwarding companies and they are either too expensive or their packages are delayed and even lost -- the providers aren't many and the ones they have aren't the best -- Shipito offers many options, on time service (at least 99%) and good customer service at 95% minimum -- so don't let the bad reviews here stop you -- use shipto. I am not paid for this -- I am just an honest customer with a realistic view.
