First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel
Their system makes managing your packages a breeze, and the best part of the arrangement with Shipito is the "Package Consolidation" service. I have now received three or four consolidated packages sent using Shipito's warehouse, and they were packaged brilliantly. I had previously used another service to reroute packages from America, and they never took the time to cut the boxes to size. With Shipito, I have no such complaints. The dimensional weight is always what it should be, neither too big to make you feel that they could have done better nor too small to create a feeling that it could have damaged some items. Based on my experiences so far, I would wholeheartedly recommend Shipito to anyone looking for a parcel/package forwarding service based in the USA.

In CA warehouse its better service and faster, within 2 days the package is processed & shipped.

Quite frustrating you need to wait 3-4 days to ship
First they forced redundant package split, that would take extra charge to repack and double the delivery cost ($200). The splitting took 5 more days than promised.
I sent 2 packages by different companies, and after month one of the packages was returned, so $120 delivery price paid was wasted. They said they tried contacting me and recipient - no messages, calls, emails were received, they don't agree to refund.
No trust to them at all.

I attempted to use this forwarder on one occasion to ship a small item and test their service. They are guilty of gross misrepresentation at best, and fraud at worst, in so far as their quotes on shipping rates are concerned. I would never, ever contemplate using the service again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Hello Gary, The shipping calculator is pretty accurate for calculating postage if you have the correct weight and dimensions for the package. Could you let me know what shipping details of the package is so I can investigate further. Thank you.
My tiny little package of 0.5 lb has been waiting for God knows what at Shipito's warehouse for over a week now.
I've been in contact with the support three times where they promissed to ship it on the next monday coming up. On tuesday I contacted the support again and didn't even get an apology until I asked for it. LOL
It's not thursday and the package is still not shipped out.
If I knew this before hand I would have chosen a different company even if it cost a little bit more.

They update you when you receive an item in their warehouse but they won't ship to you when you make such a request. They are thieves. We need to report them to their domain registrar, hosting company and USA government. They are ripping innocent people off!
We take security of merchants and customers very seriously. All accounts are treated the same and the same rules apply. The only reasons we would not ship merchandise is if there is not a valid form of payment, the identification and payment forms do not match or a merchant has reported suspected fraud. All customers are contacted and told how to resolve security related issues.
I have been using the service since 2016. Parcels have always come. For all the time, there was once an insured event in which the company indemnified. Acceptance of goods, photography, consolidation - all without complaints, at a good level of service.

The verification process is a nightmare. I would never have used this company had I known what was required. I am still unable to verify my account and the main document is not recognised in Australia. Customer service is not helpful.

Was initially scared to get a US forwarding address to get packages in Australia but it's been so easy with Shipitto. I like that you can even choose from a range of postal companies and the prices are all shown. Without this I would never have been able to make purchases on Adidas.com for things that sold out long ago in Australia and I've bought from Glossier too (they notoriously only ship to the US). Recommended!
Swift response. The very day I paid for my shipment, it was processed and shipped. With the excellent tracking I was able to track by the hour the progress of my package. I have received my package and it's intact. I love the 10% discount as a first timer too. Thanks.

I've saved so much money with them! They have great customer support and really do their best to help you. I've sent a lot of packages with them and I definitely won't move to any other forwarding company (i've had some very bad experiences and hidden costs with other companies)
This company does not trust its users and that should tell you everything about it. Why would we trust a site that does not trust you? The verification process--they say they it has changed but have a look at the picture to see what this entails. It is highly invasive. I do not trust this company to have all of this information. They have a live chat feature which is great but when I asked them more details about this all they could reply was that it was for "fraud" purposes. When you assume your customers are fraudulent we have a problem. They could not give me respect as a customer to describe this process and explain what it was all about. When you sign up for it they give no indication about this either. So no wonder so many people come on here to say to stay away, I wish I had before I signed up, have now lost my deposit + some other things to "fees" which are apparently ubiquitous.
Hello Ray, The verification has a two fold purpose. The first purpose is to fulfill the post office requirement for mail forwarding. The second is to make sure you are who you are and to help prevent fraud. Please see the following https://www.shipito.com/shipito-terms
Shipito's customer service is absolutely atrocious. My order ended up costing 3x as much as expected (based on their calculator). Their customer service essentially told me "sorry but there's nothing they can do". I used to like this service but it's gotten way too expensive and anytime you have to contact support, they are extremely rude.

Don't use their mobile site under any circumstances. Always use desktop site. Their mobile site hides hidden fees and details/

Great service with affordable Airmail Economy shipping (usually around $5-$10 to Serbia). Had to deal with their customer service once or twice and they were very helpful and prompt. I'll keep using them, and I suggest if you're looking for a work around for shipping - use Shipito!
Shipito has received my package Saturday 09/30/2017 ( USPS tracking) but it has not entered into my account. After talk to many agents and open support tickets I've got an unbelievable answer saying to blame and contact USPS not them. My package has been stolen or lost inside their own warehouse. The support agents are useless and are not willing to help. They just don't care about customers.
Edit: After they lied and blame usps I said I would make a negative review on youtube and my package was magicaly found. Agent Scott refused to open claim for a refund before that. Terrible customer support.

This company does not get good reviews from some customers but i have been using them for many years and have had many packages delivered to me. On the whole the goods were well packed and the package shipped out quickly via Fedex. I suspect some of the poor reviews were written by rival companies or customers who did not read the rules carefully enough before signing up. I have always found Shipito agents polite and helpful to deal with when I had a problem, such as a package not booked into the watehouse. In all cases the package was quickly found and it was the fault of the sender in failing to put my suite number onto the address.

Very fast forwarding of my package. Very pleased with their service.
From what i gather all forwarding companies are getting alot of negative reviews on the internet which leads me to believe that they hire people to discredit their competitors, which is a bit of a joke really and bloody annoying. I had no problems at all with Shipito, the only improvement i could think of if they offered smaller boxes for consolidation.

Not veteran or expat friendly. Changed verification requirements after I paid. I paid for a year and no refund. The account was closed after 2 weeks. It took two weeks because they do not reply to emails.
Please don't bother using these people, they are so bad. First of all they blocked my account on the basis that my name wasn't the same which was untrue! It took so many weeks to unblock my account despite sending all the proof they asked for. Then my package was never delivered and yet it keeps saying it has. When I contacted them they were either very unhelpful or did not respond at all. After two months I still don't know the whereabouts of my items.

If you make a payment with a payment source that differs even slightly this could cause your account to be put on security hold. As for the package not being delivered I would need to see the tracking number to get a better Idea. Many times couriers can miss deliver packages to a neighboring warehouse or even to a different city. To assist you further could you email zach@eastbiz.com. Make sure to let him know the tracking number for the package and possibly an invoice or something like that.
From every step of the process of forwarding my mail or any special requests are professionally done quickly with very verbose in the details.
I've never tried any other mail proxy service, and I honnestly don't really see a reason why I should.
I have been using Shipito for more than 5 years. For the last two or three shipments from Oregon I have experienced poor service at the warehouse, though for the previous two those issues were remedied once I contacted customer service. The last time, however, I have had numerous issues that took a long time to resolve, or were not resolved to my satisfaction. All of them appear to be at the warehouse itself - very poor photo quality of contents (to the point where the contents cannot be identified from the photos) and no follow-up despite numerous complaints.
I made a formal complaint to the supervisor, to which I received a reply, but nothing changed. For this reason I will be looking for a new freight forwarding service because I have had enough of Shipito. In the last 1-2 years the costs of freight have gone up by around 30% and the service has gone down about 90%. No reason to stay!

I'm staying in Nigeria and i've have used shipito to ship my packages for a total of four times now, and each time i always receive my packages right on time and in good condition. They always help whenever i don't understand something or am having a problem. I just love them
This time I used the consolidation option for some heavy car parts that were not available here in Australia. Live chat quickly explained how to upgrade and do the consolidation.
Good value for the excellent work they did repacking into one box. Shipping the heavy parts was expensive, but I could wait and choose the slow cheap option. A big saving on shipping individual items.

Earlier this month i bought a new phone and unfortunately decided to use their service.
Then suddenly they locked my account Under the pretext of security issues and asked for forms of IDs.
And after sending them both my passport and national ID, However, they just deactivated my acc. And stole my item.
I paid a lot of money for this device and for its shipment, i also waited for too much time but it was all in vain, and they simply stole it
