First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.

I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel

Excellent service. Ive been a customer of the company for past 5 years and the facility offered is outstanding and beyond any reproach. I asked by way of their chat sevice to reopen my parcel and to describe exactly what the contents look like and i was satisfy with the reply. I will stay with shipito.

I ship every week with shipito since 5-6 years.

Service has become very slow, i don't understand why shipping takes 1-2 days, i prepared a package for shipping on Wednesday morning, on Thursday shipping info was sent to FedEx and on Friday it was shipped.

Every week is the same, package arrive on Monday added to account on Tuesday & photo is provided on Wednesday, shipping info sent on Thursday & shipped on Friday.

Support told they have shortage in work force, i think there system need improvement.

I cannot be any happier with Shipito, my front and rear swaybars was bought from ebay USA but seller didn't offer shipping options to Australia so I used shipito's service, the seller did not package the parts properly so by the time it reached shipito's warehouse it was falling a part! Shipito surprised me by doing a complimentary re-packing of my items into a brand new box complete with bubble wrap inside for protection. Because of this my package ended up smaller and lighter which inturn made my fee's cheaper! I've been using this company for the past 10 years and not once have I've been disappointed! Avoid Shipito.com they are scammers. They have my package and I paid over 220 USD for the sending, but they do not want to send the package. They now say they have a 150 USD spending limit for credit cards. However they did not mention that when I made my payment of an amount larger than 150 USD. They do not want to refund my money either and are keeping my package hostage.

There cannot be any worse package forwarding company. Do not use this company!

I began using Shipito about 3 years ago. I was also using MYUS but due to some minor issues I thought I would try another site.

I have now shipped about 18 packages via SHIPITO most of which have comprised 6-8 smaller packages consolidated. So far I have had no complaints about their service. The packages were well packed using appropriate materials and my instructions on consolidation were carried out, except when one package was clearly too big to fit and had to be shipped separately.

I would say that their charges are in line with other shipping services. The big plus for me is that they allow you do make your own customs declaration which can be used to trim excessive import taxes.

I have now begun using SHIPITO exclusively because I have been satisfied with their service and I like their rewards program for frequent shippers. I also had some issues with MYUS that led me to no longer using their service.

I'll just copy my review from another website here, I take it as my duty to rate their website low now. Have you seen a customer support taunt their customer? Sadly my screenshot is smaller than 300x300 and can't be uploaded here.

Terrible service. Customer support who lied to their customer saying it can be cancelled when the item was in their warehouse only to pull the rug out from under and said the item had already been shipped 3 hours later. Chose the Express Shipping option only to have them hold my package for whatever reason until 5 days later. They charged me $5 for that too. When confronted, rude customer support "Martin" wasted 30min to come up with no resolution and proceeds to passive aggressively try to taunt the customer.

Terrible handling of goods, did not even check before pushing the packages out.

Shipito is a very deceptive company. They claim they provide 45days free storage for premium plans but that is a lie. Any item received before and after your premium subscription still gets charged $1/day. You cannot ship items with other couriers except they mail it with their slow country post office service which they charge $52-$57 for minimum weight even if its 0.1 pounds! With time shipito will fail using these strange policies. I still have an item stuck just 0.3pounds and i have to use $57 to ship it according to shipito. A very mean and fraudlent company. Stay away you are already warned! Dont learn the hard way.

Please they are manipulative and very expensive. They aren't doing this because they want to help. They care less about customers satisfaction.

Trash service that is far too expensive for the complete lack of service, communication, and functionality. The website simply does not work and i can only make one payment per day that actually goes through - all others fail. So if you have multiple packages waiting to ship, good luck paying for them! I know it's the shipito site, too, since i use paypal and the payments go through just fine on that side (and even generate the automated "you've authorized a payment to..." emails) but then shipito throws an error and refuses payment. It's f-cking ridiculous and wayyyyy over priced. Do not use shipito, just have a friend collect the items and send, give them your money instead.

Have been using shipito for 5+ years and every single package I've sent has been successfully delivered from small to large items varying in value. Every single one weather sent by shipitos preffered carrier or economy, everything arrived in tact as always. I also like their special services, they offer many specialized purchasing options and I have used them more than once. Their customer service is also excellent. Ultimately great value and service, would highly recommend this company and will be using in the future.

Gave up on ever having the package forwarded to me because I didn't want to provide them with everything needed to ship it onward to me (enough information to steal my identity? No way!) Now, attempting to have the package simply returned to the store that sent it is a NIGHTMARE even though I have already given them money to send it. I'll save you the details but it's been more than a week and more than 5 chats with different agents, each asking me to jump through some new hoop. Am about to report them for fraud to Visa. DO NOT USE.

I was really happy with the service I received. For certain products that cannot be shipped outside the US a service like this is a must. I'm also really happy that they have new cheaper options for those willing to wait longer.

We paid a few dollars extra to with a slightly faster international shipper, and it arrived 4 days later. For that to have happened, there must have been a plane out on that day, and they managed to get it on the early delivery run to the airport! Outstanding!

This company is the top of professionalism from inception of your packages to mailout and follow through. Fast, convenient, no hassle service. You want great service and care of items then Shipitto is the only reliable one out there for me.

Tip for consumers:
I've always found the customer service to be quick, thorough and satisfactory with not issues. Consolidation and delivery, wow, super fast and informing me of all step - unbelievable.

Shipito was bought by another company and now the place is run by receptionists with no authority to solve problems, and they've increased from 1-2 per year to 1-2 per month.

Before you could talk with Jason (customer service manager), Ryan (warehouse manager) or even John (CEO and owner). Mistakes happen but they're solved quickly with no dramas.

Now late 2016 we have 1-2 problems per month, they take weeks to solve, emails are ignored and they all redirect to the same mailbox, calls are ignored and the only people you can talk to are receptionists (Nancy, Nicole, Katrina, Mariana) with no authority to resolve anything. They just take messages and apologize. They aren't even allowed to return calls because their bosses didn't give them permission to do outbound calls (just try asking any of them to call you back if you don't believe me).

Shipito is not a real professional company anymore and I wouldn't recommend or continue to rely on them for your shipments.

Tip for consumers:
If you're looking for a freight forwarder, look for another company. Just google shipito reviews and you'll see pretty much all bad reviews are from the last few months. Trust me, they are true.

You need to keep open eyes with packages delivered to shipito because thay may not be entered in your virtual box. Also lately consolidation are taking too long to be completed and you need to put pressure asking they to complete it, sometimes pass 5 days without to consolidate your package. Also I guess is missing an automated marke as delivered, since this job is boring I got more than 100 packages "on the way" but already delivered...

Whenever I wanted something shipped to my home address (outside US), Shipito and DHL Express have been there. I have been using them for five years and have always had a great and positive experience. Will definitely use them again. Wonder when they'll start a similar service for UK.

Use DHL Express for shipping out as comprehensive insurance is bundled in.

I signed up at this site about 1.5 years ago, and shipped about 30 packages so far. Some of them were consolidated. Every single shipment arrived safe in my homecountry. The customer service was happy to help me, and answered all my inquiries to my complete satisfaction.

The fees are the lowest of all competitors, and they really charge the only the shipping costs calculated in the shippingcalculator beforehand (not like some other companies who are stating 70 USD shipping costs before, and then charge 180!).

Going to use the service for many more years :)

Shipito's great when you want to buy from the US market, usually because things aren't available in you home market.
Do your home work thou, as import and handling fee's can add substantial cost's to your purchases.

It's a ridiculous company that changes rules as they go. They are the most overpriced forwarding service. For a small package that cost 30$ they will offer these expensive 100$+ shipping fees while the cheapest airmail is completely UNRELIABLE. I lost ALL the packages sent via airmail. So that forced me to use USPS express which charged 124$ for a less than 1.5kg 30$ package. A similar package cost 39$ to ship via USPS express in Planet Express.
Please don't use shipito. They charge for everything. Their priced are expensive as hell and their only affordable one is handled by RRD logistics which is not good and lose the packages. Seriously Google RRD logistics and see the reviews. Your package shipped by airmail is going to get lost. Then you are stuck paying 100$ for a express or courier service. On top of fees and lateness. Shipito takes almost 4 days to ship a package. While planet express will do it in 2 days.
Do not go there. Don't give them more money. They are scammers.

Within 7 days do not respond to my questions / inquiries through the support in my account. Consider the confirmation of the created account by the "security department". All necessary confirmations and documents were sent in accordance with the rules of the service. The answer is just silence. At this stage, the review of this company -
Disrespect and lack of professionalism in relation to the client at 5+. Adequacy at zero. Still some time I wait for the answer and reaction.

I have used Shipito for a few years now and they have never let me down, overcharged or ignored my requests or queries. I used other US freight forwarding services in the past but now exclusively Shipito because the are always better value and have the best freight options. Also the staff in the warehouse do an amazing job consolidating efficiently and saving freight. Its a good feeling when I open a box with 10 different shipments consolidated and its repacked with amazing Tetris skills much better than I could have myself, everything is undamaged and I saved hundreds on freighting items individually. The great thing is this is their 'normal' service and they seem to have systems in place to keep it happening.

They lost 7 packages to me. And just close all my claim. They are thieves. Dont pay them. You all the times pay more than the shipping cost and they will lost your package. The first time will be grate the others not at all. Don use shipito.

You can not rely on their shipping calculator, until you have your package inside their warehouse. I have used many times shipito and I was happy. I checked their shipping calculator before sending a package to their warehouse in Austria. It return me back Fedex and the AT post. I prefer Fedex to have it delivered to my address in one week. As my package arrived to their warehouse in Austria, I realised that my only option was to pay nearly the same amount to send it with AT Post Standard and received it in 20-30 days. The problem was resolved next day by Shipito's support and it was due to Fedex. Fedex did not recognize my street name address. Shipito fixed it for me.

Hello,
I want to share my experience with you here so nobody will pass through what I passed with this phantom company!
I had a package to send and cost me s fortune because they sent it in the wrong place at first! As I am in European Union I was needed to pay the way back. They kept the package there for more than one month and didn't wanted to send it back to me. After long, stressed conversations with them finally I paid again and sent it guess what? To another wrong address after I paid the customs fees! As this was not enough, they asked me after 1 day to pay the customs fee. In their therms and conditions is written that they have no assume about the customs fees, now they ask me to pay! I have paid the customs and everything! I have had the worst experience ever in my life! I am talking about a package that had a value of 2000 $. I hope nobody experience this ever again! I will sue them with no regrets. Hope this is helpful. Greetings everyone!
