First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel
I feel satisfy for the excellent services by Shipito, and i dont have no worry for shopping around the world, since Shipito always assist me for shipping my Order and package, then i dont need wait for long to get my package.

Been pleased with the service. I've had them ship a few packages. I only had one issue with a delayed shipment and it was my fault. I've had them combine my shipments to one box and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend this service.
I have now mailed out 16 packages from the US to Papua New Guinea in just a little over a year. Shipito has been wonderful and I have no complaints. Every package made it to the destination and Shipito has been so helpful if ever there was even the slightest problem or question I have had.

After open card on the company, asked to deposit small amount of money in order to verify credit card, (what's for PayPal), anyhow after order from amazon, ask to deposit the shipping cost, and then just then, they require personal info that is not acceptable, they want all identity, bank account, and more...
I had to return package to amazon and open despute on paypal, they refuse to return the money
I had an excellent experience using Shipito to ship from the US to South Africa. The people from customer service were very friendly and were eager to help. I received my package very quickly and without any problems.
First, they lost my package AFTER receiving it. They started to ask me for invoice for the package. It looked like they opened the package to identify it BY CONTENT. Sounds crazy for me. That means, that they have many packages opened and messed up with them. I did NOT give them any invoice. Finally, in a week, they "found" the package and forwarded it to me.
Don't be surprised if they lost your package, or pretend that it lost and do not respond to your requests. I will never use them again.

I used Shipito for many many years, i have spent alot of money
They got my Items stolen. Customer support threatens to charge me 350$ for complaining about it and kick me out of the site, i got tracking number that say that shipping never pick up, i didnt get my money back,
I never saw any updates on the tracking code and contacted them several times for an explanation only to be told that the package was "on it's way" despite the one single tracking update showing that it was sitting in their warehouse. I am trying to get them to pay the insurance amount and refund the shipping cost but they're ignoring my requests.

I I choose the economy shipments (Air Mail or USPS) and it works well! Juste have to be patient. If there questions, there always someone to help you (I use chat). Tried purchase help or special service: very satisfied. Thank you Shipito!
I shipped an apple computer to France thru Shipitoi and USPS. Bought on B&H as Apple dont send to Shipito. I had a good service informed when arrived with photos. I asked them to put a birthday letter for my son and the invoice for custom. They did it perfectl, took great care of the parcel revolving old shipping address add tapes... Price for shipping thru USPS was correct. I carry on with them of course

Consider this info as a good advice. You will have hard times (some of you maybe less) to get your account verified. You'll get maybe to 30% or 40% but to get parcel forwarded you need 65%. In this case you need notarized USPS forwarding form. Which cost 60$-100$. Do not send any IDs unless you want to get that notarized USPS forwarding form. This is my main advice here. They collect lots of IDs from all over the world and won't let you use the service unless you get to 65%. They will not return you signup fee either. Consider yourself warned.
I did a consolidation and pictures were taken of all items. Despite this a watch was missing when my package arrived. When I tried to claim it, since I had insurance, I was told I responded to late even though I advised them within time frame allowed. A second package I consolidated and that was sent 30 days ago has not arrived! BE AWARE: STAY AWAY: Shipito will rip you off! I had nothing but trouble with these guys from the start!
The damaged my items and lost another shipment. They never refunded the over $300 I paid for the merch, and then recovered the items and tried to charge me the $300 plus to deliver them! I would never recommend them to anyone for any international shipping.
Shoppers beware! They're responsive and accommodating when everything is good but wait until they had lost your package. In my case they lost my $1000 package inside their warehouse. It has been 3 months since I filed a claim, they become very unresponsive and unaccommodating. My ticket remain unresolved for a long time until now. According to them they had misplaced my package inside their warehouse and they're unable to locate it. Amazon's invoice is not enough for them, they will require you to provide unobtainable documents to stop you for completing a claim.
My various packages from throughout USA were all safely delivered to my Shipito address in Minden, NV. All the packages were consolidated and we'll packaged by the experienced staff there. The courier then delivered my consolidated package safely to my address in Malaysia in less than a week. Excellent service!
Excellent service, everything works correctly, they inform every step of the package and in they are fast, assistance on support works great also, I had only one issue but was solved fast and all explained clearly. I recommend the shipto service.
They spend a lot of time and money writing fake reviews for themselves. I admit... I was lured in by one of these reviews. They are several years away from having a great service though. Alot of headaches and disorganization. I ended up going with a different forwarding service.
A new account has lower spending limit for the shipping. For increasing the limit, they require a notarized form 1583 and two copies of ID. The notarized fee is very expensive. In addition, they charge an extra 4.3% bank fee for the shipping. Is that true story?
If I were you this company is out of my choice.

A package may get lost somewhere on the way but can you imagine it may get lost in the warehouse? Yes, with Shipito, you may loose your purchase right in the Shipito warehouse. You fill the declaration, you pay them the shipping fee, you confirm the shipment and after two days Shipito tells you your package was not shipped to you but it was lost in the warehouse(!). Obviously, I strongly do not recommend anyone to use services of this company. With Shipito, you loose time, money and your purchases.

I've sent the order to Shipito to send my package to Brazil on Thursday. On Tuesday of the next week the package was on my hands, very well packaged, safe and sound. Excellent service. Congrats to all the Shipito team!
The Shipito Service is very nice in all the ways, the only thing hurts is the per box handling and Consolidation fee. There should a decrease on that or it should a collective fee instead to taking it per box, as sometimes a box is not even worth of 5$ but fee is 5$ on it.
I think this company steals from packages and after that if you contradict them they start asking you for documents and they don't take you serious anymore and they don't answer anymore. I do not recommend this company Shipito

I used this company to forward one MacBook Pro I ordered online. Their employees just stole my package and it takes several months for them to refund my money. They just refund the amount you put on the insurance, not the full value of the package.
Assisted purchase was completed swiftly. I had an issue where the package was about to ship and special requests weren't carried out. Shipito was able to reverse and stop the process of the package being delivered so the special requests could be completed. I am happy and used them before and will continue to do so in the future whenever I need a package forwarded.
I've had to amend my review for shipto as they have sorted out the issue and now I'm satisfied with the service. Just remember to add the suite number to the shipping address as I did not and it took them a while to find my package (my fault not shipto's) overall very happy with the service.
I have used a few times and things have arrived. I am satisfied with their shipping. I'm just not happy with their customer service or the lack of. If you have a problem or just need to ask a question, they will only respond by email which is fine. It shouldn't take days for a response. If it does they should look into staffing. Overall, I would only use if absolutely necessary and even then I would probably look for someone who has better customer service. I contacted them by phone and email and have yet to contact me yet
