What a fabulous service. My furniture was collected on time and delivered in immaculate condition. Slight mix up and delivery day had to change but communicated well. I will definitely be using this service again. Highly recommended.
I was selling items on Gumtree. A potential buyer contacted me and wanted to use Shiply. They explained how it worked. They paid Shiply. Shiply paid me and arranged with me collection of items to delver to my buyer. But link sent for me to be paid my money wanted all my Bank card details including security number. Link then supposedly went to my Bank logging on page wanted me to put all my logging on details! I did not do this. When I queried with them they said they needed to verify who I was but I had no way of verifying who they were. Have reported and will not be putting my phone number on Gumtree again

Operations Supervisor. JP Trucking Services, Office: *******035. Paid it. Then received an e-mail on Friday, Aug 31st confirming receipt of deposit but not able to pick-up but will do so Sep 2. Have left messages (no one picks up) and emailed since - no call backs, no e-mails. Sep 3 emailed Shiply requesting cancellation - no reply. As another reviewer called out: crazy how there is no accountability by Shiply or even by JP Trucking. I am hoping that Shiply will ultimately come through...
In August I booked a shipment for December. Shiply charged a deposit, which they advertised as fully refundable. In September, I cancelled that shipment to book with a different shipping company. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, rather than refunding it back to my card, they added it back as a credit on my account to use towards the next deposit I was going to place, which was slightly more. I thought this was fine, so I proceeded. In November, my move was cancelled and I reached out to them to again refund my deposit. They said they could only refund the additional part of the deposit I paid for the second booking, since the first booking was over 90 days prior. The "fully refundable deposit" never stated a timeframe, I assumed that if I cancelled before the truck was dispatched, it would be fully refunded! If they had refunded the initial deposit as I had requested, this wouldn't have happened. So, I'm out $208 for that first deposit, with absolutely zero service rendered. Read the fine print of the terms before you proceed. I was looking forward to recommending this service, but unfortunately this terrible customer service experience means I'll never use them again.
I've used shiply a few times now and think it's great really cheap price you get the odd person take to piss bit go with what ever quote you think is right for you
Easiest way of having goods delivered. It would have cost me more in fuel to do it myself! I've had everything from monster trucks to alloy wheels delivered and all with no issues!
They are the worst company I have been used for delivery. The driver didn't turn up on the delivery date and I called asking for my deposit back and they said will pay me back but after one month I still not receive any refund then I called again and asking for a refund and the send me the cancellation form and need to fill a lot of information for the feedback. I call again and refused the fill the form to get the refund because its the driver never turn up to do the job. The lady ( Sheryl Gilbert) said; they are not our worker nothing to do with us and she will not give me a refund till I fill up the form. (I think this is a bit unfair I have to spend over 20mins my times to complete the form and get my deposit refund) I asking to speak to the Manager and she said she is the Manager and She will not give me my deposit back till I completed the Form. I am very surprised the company will treat the customer like this.
Fixed a delivery with one carrier. Not good coms and did not arrive as arranged.
Shipley reposted with no issues and second guy was fine. Arrived as specified and delivered as arranged, my client was happy, thus we are too.
I paid a deposit of £333 on 26/06/2019 to have a van and motorbike brought to Ireland, i met with jose fernandez montero the next day and gave him £1100 and my van woth motorbike in the back, he said he would be in Ireland the following week but didn't turn up, he won't answer my calls or text or emails and shiply hasn't done anything to help, so now i dont know where my van, motorbike and £1433 is gone so i may report it as stolen, jose operates as globalcar
I had my TV picked up by Delonte Whitmire (Chief100) 12/15 Loyal Logistics and it was suppose to be 12/26 from NH to Va and he never showed up at my home so where is my Tv. I called left emails text messages and nothing, the few times he did answer he said I'll be there, but never showed up. So be careful of his name and this site I contacted Shiply and they giving me the run around. I'm filing a police report because somebody is going to replace my TV and He using this site to scam people like you and me PLEASE BE AWARE!

Spot on no issues, Cheaper than hiring self drive. From initial enquiry /booking to the courier at my front door I was informed of the progress of my Bike in transit all the way.
Great service. However I think they take too higher cut from drivers so they often ask to be paid outside of the system and although this has always been fine, it isn't ideal.
Quick and easy way to get quotes. Great competitive prices given by a wide range of couriers. Item collected one day and delivered the next within time slot provided.

Shiply is mostly an excellent app to use to find a company for transportation of goods collected and delivered at very good reasonable prices. I find by being patient and waiting for about 5 bids from different transportation companies, reading their introductions to determine and fully checking their feedback from other users is the real determining factor for me, rather than just blindly choosing the cheapest bid. The last transportation company I chose were great, professional throughout by first asking me the right questions so they could determine both situations at collection point then at delivery point which told them how many stairs to climb etc, and if they needed 1 person or more.
I only rated Shiply 4 instead of 5 because there are a few unscrupulous people who will bid for a job and state £225 for payment. I can only conclude that these bidders do not have any other background commercial or domestic deliveries to make and purely rely on just bidding for jobs on Shiply, which isn't what Shiply is designed for, it's designed to keep costs of transportation down. So please be aware. However, as long as you can recognise the pitfalls one should be fine. As I can't drive, Shiply enables me to buy certain items even if they're halfway up/down/sideways across the country and gets them delivered to my door.

Brilliant site, excellent prices it's been a pleasure defiantly would use again in the future. Got my item delivered to me for only half the price of what I was originally quoted so I'm very happy!.
