I needed a boat slipped out, transported and then slipped into the water. The quote through Shiply was quick and I was more than satisfied with the service received.

Ive never used a web site like this befire and have seen shipley mentioned a few times so thought i give them a try and i, m glad i did as everything went smoothly.

I needed a lamp I had ordered from Ebay to be collected, wrapped and delivered to me at a reasonable price. Most well known companies will not wrap items just collect and deliver. The company sends you details of any driver wanting your business - you pay Shiply a fee upfront and the rest is paid to the driver on the day.
The large pottery lamp was delivered smashed because the driver had allowed a member of the public onto his van who then dropped a chest of drawers on my lamp. This person did pay for the cost of the lamp, but in my shock (I had been searching for over 25years for such a lamp!) I paid the driver his fee.
Once I recovered from the shock I complained to Shiply as I wanted my money back (the driver must have been insured) but they ignored me. They then sent two emails a few weeks apart asking what I thought of their service and both times I gave a negative review and still no response.
Basically they just want your money and couldn't care less about customer service - its not as if they are not insured so cannot afford to give refunds in order to keep customers happy. If I had been given a refund I would probably have used them again as accidents happen, but as they are not interested whatsoever I will never use them again so please beware.

The process of arranging the transporter was simple. Straightforward process which then allowed communication with the companies then bidding for the work.

I received first class service. I was kept informed as to the collection and the expected deliver date and time. The delivery was punctual and the service received was impeccable.

Shipy was Easy to use, and they have a good list of contractors so I had a variety of quotes to choose from. Their booking service meant it was easy to stay in contact with the contractor.

This man couldn't be more helpful. My car was delivered perfectly and he did everything he could to make it run smoothly. (The journey and the car). Worth every penny.

They did not refund my money for an unfinished delivery. Unable to unsubscribe. Doesn't seem like a very professional service, Privacy problems.

Got transport courier thru shiply... they collected vehicle and no delivery... police envolved classed as stollen t4 VW campervan reg R588 ABU WHITE WITH BLACK STIPES... disgusting how they can let companys register with them and this happens total scam

Searched for someone to relocate a car. Got plenty of quotes with reviews and info. Selected a great chap who offered a brilliant service and price to match. Very easy to do, couldn't ask for more.
