First time so initially shocked how many offers but found a great courier in the end who offered a sensible price and a great service with brilliant communication.

I use this company to pick up on automobile I bought next to San Francisco and deliver to my residence they asked for a deposit took my deposit I contact them so we could get details and time that they had to pick up car was never picked up they started ignoring my emails they kept my deposit and they won't return back any emails I'm sending them very bad business be aware of scammers don't use this company for auto transportation they will scam you out of your money and not return your emails beware beware beware

A very efficient delivery service, the Shiply website was easy to use. My chosen courier comany run by Terry was usually very quick to communicate and respond to my queries especially when I used the Shiply reply option. I did have to wait longer than expected to get a confirmed delivery slot but fortunately had some flexibility myself due to two different family members being able to wait for the driver. My mother said the driver was very friendly and he happily carried my furniture up two flights of stairs to my flat. The correct furniture was wrapped in blankets and delivered intact. I would use this company again. It would be good if the bidding process indicated if VAT is to be added so you have the final price as it is hard to compare bids if some are VAT zero and some others have VAT added but this is only really clear after you have accepted a quote for delivery. I think this may be an issue with the way the Shiply bidding process operates and I would expect that no one is deliberately misleading customers. It needs addressing though.

We needed to arrange for a courier to collect left luggage from an area that wasn't local to us and didn't know where to start. Shipley made the process very easy.

I paid a $388 deposit to shiply and hired Larry Hill. Once Larry Hill got his additional $700 deposit I never heard from him again, though he was VERY communicative BEFORE I paid him. I got my refund from Shipley but I lost $700 because the site hosts nothing but scammers. DO NOT USE SHIPLY. I have used Shiplux twice now and am very satisfied with THEM. I've written to the BBB and my congress people about this den of thieves. Stay FAR AWAY.

The day after I inquired for quotes on Shipley I began receiving at least 20 calls a day all from numbers with area code 888. I would block these numbers and still receive countless calls from other numbers. Occasionally, I answer and state that I am going to report them to the FTC or to remove me from their list only to get cussed out and verbally harassed. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY.

I have used this service many times and would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. I have only had one bad delivery experience but that was NOT Shiply's fault.

Hired a driver for my boat via shiply. Neither the driver nor any representative from shiply was heard from again. Lost my deposit. Use a reputable company.

Shiply is a much needed resource and I'm SOOOOOO glad to have found it.
