What a fabulous service. My furniture was collected on time and delivered in immaculate condition. Slight mix up and delivery day had to change but communicated well. I will definitely be using this service again. Highly recommended.
I was selling items on Gumtree. A potential buyer contacted me and wanted to use Shiply. They explained how it worked. They paid Shiply. Shiply paid me and arranged with me collection of items to delver to my buyer. But link sent for me to be paid my money wanted all my Bank card details including security number. Link then supposedly went to my Bank logging on page wanted me to put all my logging on details! I did not do this. When I queried with them they said they needed to verify who I was but I had no way of verifying who they were. Have reported and will not be putting my phone number on Gumtree again
Very good service, no problems at all, plenty of quotes, you look and then you choose, i was very pleased for picking the one that i did as it was exactly what i asked for and got the perfect collection and delivery service

I had purchased an item from eBay (unknown to be collection only) I was told it was approximately 25kg and one parcel.
I chose Shiply (tgpeters courier). The parcel turned out to be over weight and 2 parcels. No extra cost! Hassle free collection and a well informed delivery date/time! Will use again A+++
The worst shipping app ever. We are moving across the country and had multiple companies waste our time misquote and miscommunicate with each other. I have not received a refund from Shiply I had to pay a deposit for each quote instead of giving me my refund Shiply wants to give me a credit. I do not use this enough this app is terrible I do not want a credit I want my money back! I am so mad they have no phone number so your literally at their mercy. Anyone looking to use them please take my advice and don't unless you just have money to waste.

We paid shiply to send a 2016 ford escape from winnipeg to Montreal. The vehicle was subcontracted by shiply to a company called Fyre logistics. The vehicle was never shipped. It ended up in a shipping yard in Toronto with damage to the bumper and hood of the vehicle. The truly unbelievable part is that they had put over 3000 km on the vehicle! Shiply referred us to Fyre, who would only respond by email to tell us they went out of business and where the vehicle could be picked up. Shiply has refused all responsibility for the damage, wear on the vehicle, and refused to refund the cost of shipping that never occurred. Currently seeking a lawyer to recoup costs.
Very impressed with how it all works, was easy to put quote up and get response back to the quote, very easy to navigate through the quotes and communicate with those providing the quotes, once happy was easy to select quote and pay the deposit. Would recommend and use Shipley again if needed.
Actually the service works well and the courier I picked was brilliant, but was overwhelmed with quotes and comms a little confusing to start with, all worked out very well though, and I would recommend
I booked a shipment on this sight and they make you pay there fee up front before confirming the shipper is legit. I got scamed be a dishonist shipper that would not honor there quoit. Shiply will not refund there fee that was charged to me for this bogus shipment that never tock place. Stay away from these guys!

The booking was good value and I was kept updated throughout. My bike was delivered as scheduled and the whole thing was completely hassle free. This was a great service and is thoroughly recommended.
Plenty of offers of delivery to choose from ranging from £46 to £81 to transport a dishwasher from Milton Keynes to Tewkesbury. The lowest priced driver gave a professional service wrapping, strapping and handling the delivery well with an additional man to carry the heavy load. Great job well done.
I booked a shipment to have my car shipped from Ontario to BC I paid the deposit had it all booked and left for work because I believed car was being shipped, no one contacted me like said in the confirmation I contacted myself to find out they weren't going to be shipping my car and waited until the day to tell me, and no one where stated that my car could possibly not be shipped which left me with my car in Ontario and me away. Would never book through them again. Also takes 10 banking days to receive the refund for deposit
The process to invite quotes for a delivery was very easy and I had 2 quotes within 10 minutes. The driver/ company I choose was very courteous, replied very quickly to emails and kept me up to date with pick up and delivery times.
A great way to find delivery suppliers and competitive quotes locally, nationally and internationally. I have used Shiply several times to organise delivery of both furniture (and a boat) from within the UK and from Australia to the Scottish highlands - each time easy to book, easy to coordinate with polite, helpful and friendly companies providing the service.
A very good service from the courier Road Runner Kept me informed of the time of delivery and the date. The man was very polite and rang me as he arrived. I would recommend this courier and would use again as he did what he said he would do I am very pleased with the service and would use him again his charge was very reasonable compared to other quotes.
Had loads of quote to compare but transport provider 'Simply_The_Best' was just as it says on the tin! Emailed to let me know time slots and called nearer the time to confirm. Price was very god too. Will defo recommend to everyone. Thanks.
We arranged for a truck to be brought to NJ from LA. We thought Shiply vetted its drivers. It doesnt. We gave the driver that won the big. He pocketed the money - never to be seen again. What a rip off. We call the police but they dont care.

Never used Shiply before and was a little nervous. The quoting system and access to historical comments was very useful. The shipper we selected was very professional, courteous and efficient. Very happy.
After two fails from two transporters, I managed to move my car from France to London.
One transporter didn't have a winch, so couldn't put it into the truck, the other transporter got late, not in time to make a detour to pick up my car and get the channel train

After 3 weeks no car has arrived nor wants Shipley to pay back. Shipley arranges cheat deals! The customer support was not helpful and would not resolve the issue. Who in Shipley is responsible? I have payed but have not received the car! I am asking for my money back!
Highly efficient Market place to bring customers and couriers together, in order to do business. The platform is easy to use, connections with prospective courier suppliers started to be received very quickly. Communications with bothe the site and the selected Courier was also seamless. Highly recommended.

Despite the couriers details showing a tick next to verified and a tick next to insurance along with details of the insurance Eg £100k Goods in Transit. Shipley DO NOT verify goods in transit insurance, they only check for vehicle insurance. Personally its not my problem if the courier doesn't insure his truck, it is my problem when my goods are damaged and they haven't got Goods in Transit insurance. The pages are laid out to give the impression that Shipley have checked out the providers when actually they do a bare minimum and rely on their own small print to turn their backs on their customers. I've used Shipley before and the service is good but isn't everything when things go right. The measure of a good company is hw they act when things go wrong and Shipley have been appalling!
