Shoebacca

I was not familiar with Shoebacca prior to this purchase. Because of that, I checked first to make sure they were legit and apparently I've been missing out on some good finds because they totally are.
Found the shoes in the size we needed and no one else had them! Shipping was super fast (we did expedite because we needed them for a bday gift) and we received them in time. They were exactly what she wanted!

Didn’t receive a tracking number so the rep tracked them, confirmed delivery date and then emailed me they tracking number.

I ordered two pair of Sperry's. The turquoise moccasin fit perfectly and is very comfortable. The blue ice metallic was so tight, my foot would not go into it. They are both size 8 medium. And made by the same company. They are both beautiful, and just the colors I was looking for. I am only sorry that I cannot wear the blue ice metallic pair.

I have enjoyed the service and promptness so far. The prices are very reasonable and return policy is reasonable, unlike some that say " restocking fee" It's posted in return policy, take time out to read vs writing bad review. I bought like 5-8 pairs so far and happy with most and returning a couple. The " Zoots" ( which I never heard of) are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. Thanks Shoebacca

Poorly made shoes. The shoes do not match in size and as well as embellishment like where you put a toe in one toes huge and the other toe is small. My husband paid for them all almost $300. He is pissed.
How do I send them back?

I needed some boots that would let me kick hay and goat poop out of the way of the gates every morning (so that I wouldn't get hay in my shoes). These are perfect! They fit great, they're comfortable, they were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

I was surfing the internet for long sleeved t-shirts with an spf rating for hiking and came across Shoebacca. The shirts looked good and the price was excellent so I ordered 3. The order arrived a day before expected in good condition and imagine my surprise when I saw the shirts were made in the USA, a special bonus. I'll definitely order here again.

I got some vegan continental 80 shoes and they're perfect! I was a little skeptical of ordering adidas shoes for a site that's not adidas, but shoebacca proved I should've have no worries ordering from them. They are definitely real adidas came in the adidas box and everything and it came super fast.

Was looking for a new pair of new balance work shoes and everybody only had him in extra extra wide. I finally found them on Chewbacca the only place at a great price. I think you and I feel thank you extra ways you just don't work for me I People around too much so, thanks again excellent service fast delivery loved everything about it.

UPS delivered the box it came in to include the box the boots were in all wet and soggy. I don't why or how this would happen. My front door is under cover and does not get wet from rain or any inclement weather. Further more that day it hadn't rained.

The shoes were way too big. Im not even sure they're true Pumas. They have marks on then like they've been worn or handled before and the return 8s a pain in the behind. I don't have the box or order number and the website didn't keep track of my order.

The boots were fine. The box and boots came with dust covered all over them though. Not a huge deal but I've just never had that happen. The price was significantly cheaper than Zappos though for some reason so I'll take the dust for that

Both shoes arrived in the same box within a week of me placing the order! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw an email in my inbox telling me that the shoes would arrive two days after being shipped.

Nothing really to describe. Went looking online to replace a jacket I bought several years ago from Walmart and what I searched for, your company had. Very pleased with order, from start to finish and love my new jacket.

My daughter had a growth spurt and needed nee shoes. Shoebacca had sizing charts and we were able to sort by size and style and find 3 pairs of shoes that fit well. She's received compliments on her shoes.

Amazing customer service! I have ordered from here multiple times and the service is always amazing. Shipments always arrive on time and sometimes even way faster than expected. Sizing can be tricky but it's clothing so it's to be expected. Keep up the great work!

I've ordered five pairs of sneakers. I've learned through trial and error to order a full size up as the first couple of pairs were too small. (I think they're sending me the European 9 1/2:-) Luckily, the smaller shoe fit my son, so I didn't have to return them.

I find the sneakers to be of good quality. I have not had to deal with the customer service side of the business, so I have no feedback on that.

I've been eyeballing these shoes for a few months and finally decided to purchase. They are very comfortable and after reading the reviews prior to purchasing, I'm glad I ordered a larger size. They run small.

The ordering process was easy start to finish! We were unable to find the throwing shoes in her size anywhere else because it was an average size and out of season. The shoes arrived quickly. I will be ordering from them again!

This will be my second shoe purchase from this site, first had no issue. The 2nd shoe i bought did not fit right, i mailed the shoe back paid $11 for USPS, shoe sent was not in original box. Waited for their reply... waited... waited... called customer service, just to find out that they sent it back, because it's not in it's original box. Now cannot get a refund or exchange. Never again Shoebacca!
