Fast delivery and updates. I didn't look at the picture closely and got a pair of Saucony Shift 2. Half l white & half black. I thought they would be all black but upon review I got what I ordered. Maybe I'll paint all black.

There's white threads on the front of the shoes that I thought should have been cut off but it seems to have frayed some seams. But it looked bad with the white strings so it's alright but I'm not sure why it came that way

I've order this item 3 times. The first time was my mistake because I clicked the wrong size son they were too small. The second time I selected my correct size and the shoe was way too big. So if you all could tell us if the shoe runs small or big that would be helpful in selecting the right size.

I ordered 3 polo shirts from Shoebacca. They shipped 2 shirts to me - both the wrong color and the wrong size. The overall quality of the shirts was average. I contacted them by phone, they answered quickly, and return shipping was free (although I never should have had to bother with that). My order was $35, yet they only credited me $6. I had to call them again to get a full refund. I would not do business with them again.

I bought ASICS. Five minutes after making the purchase a deal was sent to my email that added 6 pair of Asics socks with each order. I asked to be included in this offer but was not. This was a disappointment. I did receive the shoes and glad I read the customer comments and ratings. One recommended getting a 1/2 size larger because the shoes ran small. I did and good think. They fit with no room to spare. If I would have ordered my usual size they would be too small and be coming back.

The colors are vibrant. But either the shorts were in storage too long or weren't produced properly by pressing with enough heat. Glad I have a heat press. Smh. Haven't even washed yet and decals peeling

Ordered a pair of boots week an a half ago. Paid for 2 day shipping. Total amount is 296 dollars. And nothing. Not even shipped yet. Keep getting generic, robotic responses designed to shut you up. Ive never delt with anything like this. They do not care at all about the customer. I have no idea what to do. If it was 40 bucks id chock it up to live and learn but i cant and wont walk away from 300 bucks. Im at a loss...

Can't believe I got the Sanuk black yoga mat slip ons for $14! And with a free baseball cap to booth! This was my first time buying from Shoebacca so wasn't expecting a lot but my order came in 3 days! Amazing!

Ok they didn't sent the tracking info they are probably really busy. Once I emailed they sent me the info I needed, free shipping took a little over one week from the day I ordered... no biggie I found a great deal over 50%off shoes cost 150 everywhere I seen them found them here for 65. So what they don't answer the phone. Small price to pay for a great deal. I will look here first when looking for new kicks!

I am so happy with my purchase. I bought from ShoeBacca because I couldn't find the Adidas Superstar in white lenticular anywhere. I have only seen the ugly green/pink lenticular at footlocker, but no sign of the pretty blue cool toned ones. They are like unicorn sneakers and I love them. ShoeBacca was very friendly and up to date on my shipment and package. They even sent me two different coupons to use. I like supporting this company, it is actually a small online company that started helping others afford shoes. I didn't know that until I looked them up before I purchased from them. Much better than supporting a mall store! :)

Received the low Keen Targhee shoes I ordered for my kiddo and he decided they fit him now (as I had suspected his old ones were too small). We have had great luck with the shoe, albeit because of it's waterproof nature their feet can get a little toasty but that happens in all shoes we've tried (included extra vented sandals). Hoping we get great use and longevity and can pass along to the younger brother as we've been able to do with the last 2 pairs.

Although there are poor reviews of the shoebaca site my experience was Excellent! I ordered 4 days ago opted 3-7 day delivery, True Story the shoes are great to excellent quality. (Diadora sneakers) I received confirmation of purchase n tracking info almost immediately n within 24hours. Over all very satisfied with this purchase from Shoebacca. Thanks again

I ordered a very nice Microfleece Jacket from Shoebacca which only cost me $12.95+tax, free shipping and a free gift - Argon Cap. Nowhere you could get such unbelievable deal. I just bookmarked the website and definitely will shop there for more great deals.

I was sent the wrong shoes and now I have to locate a ups location to send them back. The shoes I ordered are now out of stock -- except for the company's ebay and Amazon stores that appear to have plenty -- but exchanging them for what I ordered was not possible. I found another source and bought them elsewhere. I won't be purchasing from Shoebacca again. Trying to find time to get them to ups.

The rep was very understanding but had no way to make it happen. His service was great.

Boots arrived on time, but the boot shaft is rediculously to small. I've bought many Laredo boots and have never had this problem before. I am an avid walker and have normal size legs. My calves bulge over the top of these and if I'm trying to wear leggings with them it looks like my boots are made for a child.

I ordered (2) pair of size 10 shoes and when they arrived, although labeled as size 10, they certainly didn't fit like size 10s as they were way too small. After talking with Shoebacca they indicated that I could not simply exchange them for another size or even receive a store credit, but could only have my credit card reimbursed. Typically this wouldn't be a problem, however I used a gift card that was now empty so I had thrown it away. Terrible customer service. I guess I will donate the shoes. Lesson learned... Stick with Amazon or Zappos.

Great experience. The first time I've used Shoebacca and I had a good experience. The shoes I ordered arrived exactly when promised and were just as the description said they would be. I would definitely order from this site in the future

Had an address issue and by following the customer service pre shipping guidelines, customer service was able to help get things straightened out and my order to me!

Out of the 3 different styles of tennis shoes ordered, one size 7 tennis shoes was put into a box labeled size 6. It's being returned and hopefully a size 6 tennis shoe will be sent. Your website is easy to use.

I was told how to return the wrong item and order the correct item. Very easy to do.

They came to my home, measured my feet, let me choose the fabric and then I got to watch the little elves do their thing.
