Shoebacca

I don't know that it was better or worse than any other online shopping experience outside of the fact that the name of the company is very forgettable- my mindset was "what was that nerdily-named company that had those shoes I can't seem to find anywhere that's not the Facebook ad in which I saw them?"

Easy shopping, easy returns and awesome sales. Ordered a pr of boots and they were too big, I returned them with a prepaid shipping label from Shoebacca. I re ordered a size smaller and love them. I'm recommending Shoebacca to all of my friends.

Overall pleased with the trainers, good price, fast delivery. Have only used the trainers once so a bit early to comment on performace, very light and overall seem to be good quality ( Asics) i run 5k twice a week so we will see in a month how they are performing.
Only slight downside is that the trainer is much tighter across my foot then usual even though it is a D, I have loosened of the laces a lot and they are so light that after the initial putting on it is not to noticeable.

Was looking for a good pair of runners after I wore down my Hokas and with my knees acting up, I didn't think I needed anything fancy. I literally stumbled on the site by accident and found a really wide range of Saucony runners for crazy cheap prices. Shipped free and received it in less than 10days, all for just $38!

I ordered Rush shipping. My shoes was sent regular shipping the only good thing about it was they did reimburse me my $25 for the rush shipping. Other than that I love my shoes and I love this site after all that I still order me another pair the same day my shoes came

This is not my first time shopping at shoebacca, and it sure will not be my last. When I find something I like at shoebacca, the whole process of buying to delivering is a breeze. Delivery is always quick, and traceable. Will recommend shoebacca to anyone!

The shoes I ordered arrived exactly as expected and they were just as advertised. The color and fit were great! Shoebacca was very good at keeping me informed of the status and the delivery. This was my first experience with Shoebacca and I will order again!

I could be classified as somewhat of a skeptical shopper. I happen to cross the Shoebacca website and saw some keen shoes appeared to be significantly less than both the Keene website and Amazon. They were clearance, but was exactly what I was looking for. I took a chance, and was very pleasantly surprised. The order arrived in just a few days and was meticulously packaged and obviously inspected and I was overjoyed. I am mediately went back to the site and bought shoes for my wife and son, which also arrived just a few days later, with the same positive results, do yourself a favor, and consider buying from Shoebacca.

Everything was perfect, until I tried the shoes on, they were to big. I was shocked every pair of Sperry I have purchased in the last year's were all 7`s.
I'm getting ready to return the shoes. I've already purchased another pair in a 6 1/2

Ordered from Shoebacca as I have a hard time with shoes and they had the running shoe and size I needed. So I took the chance an it turned out to be a good decision. They were shipped so fast and were exactly what I ordered.

I wanted to change the size before it was mailed out, but was told that I needed to wait and receive the package and get the return authorization and send it back. Essentially start over again, long process. I eventually kept the order with the original size ordered.

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping of shoes. This is day 7 and still no shoes. No answer by phone and voicemail is full. Whatta company! Guess who will never recommend this site? Wonder if Ill ever see my money again? To Shoebacca: if you read this please check out order #*******265. The end.

I purchased an item that ended up being too small for my husband. I got a great price on the item, but when I went to return it, that is when I saw the catch. There is a significant restocking fee plus I had to pay the shipping to return the item. I would have ended up with a $5 credit after the fees, so we just kept it. Very happy with the item and the free shipping.

Bought shoes as a gift. Was looking for a certain pair. I found them on your site for a good price. I was shocked how fast they got delivered and in great condition.

I scoured the interior looking for a pair of sage green sneakers. I thought I found them, but it turns out the photograph just had a weird tint. The sneakers I received were light grey. No green at all.

This site is a joke I ordered timberland boots only to receive a refund 5 days later with no reason.
I assume they were not in stock but atleast take them off the site or give a reason for the refund.
Just by the silly name of this company I should of known what I was dealing with

I called customer service and the rep told me he was going to forward the tracking info but he sent me the wrong info. Somewhat disappointed with the experience this time.
My previous purchase & overall experience was excellent

My son is pleased overall with the Nike running shoes. The only problem we had was with the shipping. We selected expedited shipping and the shoes arrived one day after the promised delivery date, which was one day after his track event. Customer service apologized and reimbursed us for the rush shipping charges.

The customer service agent was very apologetic and accommodating in addressing the delay with the expected arrival of the shoes.

Hi! My experience was very nice and easy! I wish, though, that I would have known how much your sizes run big. I actually wear 6 1/2, so I ordered size 7-8. They are too big and wish I would have ordered size 5-6 instead. On a brighter note, I LOVE them and they are so soft and comfortable!

The order process was easy and the delivery was on-time. The sandal runs a bit small, so I was glad I ordered a half-size larger. The sandal is stiff when I first put them on and needs time for a "break-in" period. So far, I'm happy with my purchase.

I finally found the Nike sneakers I had wanted on this site, so I ordered them and an additional pair that caught my eye while browsing. Unfortunately, they went out of style by the time they got to me. I waited two weeks before I sent an email to customer service inquiring about my order. No one responded. I didn't get a tracking number on my shipping confirmation email so I couldn't even check on it that way. I sent another email after three weeks and got a response a few days later stating that my shoes were on their way. Five weeks after my order was initally placed, my shoes arrived.
I gave the second star because the shoes arrived in good condition and were packed well for shipping. But due to the geriatric snail delivery wait, I doubt I'll shop with Shoebacca again.

My husband had a hard time finding the same shoe he already had. Placed an order with Amazon, but the product had misshapen soles. Saw the site for Shoebacca and gave it a try. Easy to find what we were looking for on this site. The shoes arrived and were perfect! Exactly what he was looking for and perfect condition.

Our grandson had his eye on Puma Pikachu tennis shoes. No one had his size. I shopped online and found them! I ordered them in hopes to surprise him by the end of the week when he was visiting again. They arrived quickly, were exactly as expected, and our grandson couldn't have been any happier! They were a perfect fit and perfect hit!
