The wrong shoe in the wrong size was sent. Customer service said I had to return and reorder, I didn't have time before soccer started to get the right shoe. Customer service was polite but not helpful.

KEEN womans hiking boots, seem to wear out (the fabric) back ankle area and the metal plate or whatever is in them gives blisters. It's hard and rubs against the back ankle. Second pair and seems same issue.

I ordered some Timberlands last week from Shoebacca(12/15/14) through Amazon. They estimated a shipping date around the 16th or 17th. Their words, "This process can take some time but it does not change the delivery date." I find it difficult to give a delivery date when you haven't given a shipping date. I sent them an email and they have not responded yet.

I ordered the sneakers side 11/5 and called Shoebacca to change the size to 12. I was told to ship the size 11/5 back and I would get the size 12. Cost me $37.00 to ship it back. Now I'm told that I have to buy the sneakers back to get the size 12? This means I lost $37.00 to get it shipped for a $47.00 refund. Bad business all the way around. I could see if I didn't call and make the change, but I did. Thank y'all but I could never, never do business with your company again, nevertheless to tell others about y'all.

It arrived in a timely manner. When I opened the box, there was a 'post it note' on the watch box
"not working" There was no display on the watch face and was not able to get any display. I called you customer. The young lady was a delight to deal with. She provided me with the necessary paperwork to return the watch.
Why did your company chose to send a watch which was not working.

She was courteous and efficient and very sorry about the inconvenience order had caused.

I was disappointed with the price when I saw the Asics 24 model on Amazon for $65. I paid $70to Shoebacca for a Asics model...4 years older.

Not only that I got free shipping within 48 hours. I had to wait 5 days for Shoebacca. I am searching for for shoes first at Amazon and then maybe Shoebacca.

I order from here a lot I've had really good experiences but my last order was very disappointing my box was really crushed like someone played kick ball with it, I did not get a receipt and no return label in case I needed to return them this experience was disappointing for me

The shoes don't fit me correctly. A little too long and a little too narrow plus the thick band of rubber on the sides is irritating. It wasn't worth returning them as I can wear them for a short amount of time. They look good but don't feel good.

I ordered 3 shoes at once from the site. All orders were as expected with great timing. One of the shoes however wasn't as it was pictured meaning color wise it was pinker than it showed. Otherwise to that great experience.

I had an issue return an item that I had purchased a while back. I called customer service and got connected with Susy, she had a great attitude while helping me. I was frustrated at the time, but she was able to help me get the item returned and that really eased my mind. Even though the item was not for me the service provided here was excellent.

I was pleased with the quality of the winter boots. They were very well priced, probably because they were near the end of the purchase season. The boots were a gift, and I have not had any feedback, so I am assuming they were true to size.

The shoes run small. I called to get a return label and I got the return request confirmation. No where on this return request confirmation is anything that allows me to get the label. I will order a different size but I cann't until I get these returned.

I had no issue other than not receiving an e-mail that my order had been shipped. I called about my order, and the gentleman I spoke with, was super nice and apologetic about not receiving an email with tracking info.

Site easily navigatedHaving worn the slider shoes to lunch, The entire skin on my upper foot where the defect was located was abraided. A second pair was received with the same defect in attaching the material. Both were returned at no cost. Each person I interacted with was understanding, helpful to the point of mailing me a return slip twice. My monies were refunded promptly.

I ordered the wrong size. I am trying to return them and after reading the instructions on the website I followed the directions and am unable to get access to my return information. If I ever get them returned I will never order from here again

Outstanding products with quality materials. The men's Keen shoes are all I have ever worn. The comfort is exceptional. The fit varies, depending on the cut of the shoe. The shoe laces are comfortable as well and are snug on the top of the foot.

I ordered my shoes from this company through Amazon so I thought all was going to be fine. NOPE! My shoes did come but someone else wore them before I even had the chance to. I was going to only rate with 1 star but since the shoes did come...

Cancelled my order. Told me my credit provider would not authorize the charges, but their charges registered on my card. Credit provider said they had not declined the charge at all, but that Shoebacca does this all of the time. Shoebacca charged me, cancelled my order, and had to file fraud report with my credit card to get my money back. Wouldn't even refund after I forwarded them their own email telling me they would not fill my order. I order literally dozens of pairs of shoes per year. Next time, I'm going to Footlocker.

My experience was terrific. I ordered a pair of cute sneakers and they are so comfy. I ordered a size 61/2 and I feel they are a little wide around the the ankle. Other than that I love them! Where ever I go I get compliments on them!

The deal I received on high quality shoes was much appreciated. The photos provided and description we're on par. The shoes arrived on the date that I was provided. The shipping box was of a good quality. I was very well pleased.

I purchased four pair of Life Stride sneakers,. All the same style. The black pair had a "sticker" attached to the silver stripe on the heel which should not have been there. When I pulled the sticker off, the silver stripe came off as well. The sticker says: "Caleres Micro-pak"... I have no idea why it was in the box!
I am not happy with the flawed shoe! I would like to replace the black pair...
