I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.

The website is easy and not complicated. Navigating is also realy comfortable. Variety and amount of types and brands is realy impressive. The support is so kind. I recieved my sneakers without delay and i like everything. I know where i am gonna order next present for my brother bd, ty :)

The shoes sold by ShoeBacca fell apart after two days of use. The seller refused to issue a refund. As many reviewers indicated, it is a very shady seller who knows nothing about customer service. Stay away!
Placed order on Dec 15 enough time for Christmas gift. No shipping confirmation no emails at all. Called and they couldn't find order. Said they would call back never did. Called and was told multiple warehouse story. Dec 27 still waiting for shipment. Poor customer service. They did do a good job charging my card. Oh they never confirmed that either

Their 110% price match guarantee is totally false. Had 3 different people contact me with 3 different excuses. The item was sold by its actual branded website. Tho sizes were limited & they were out of my size I found them here. They gave the run around & only email contact. So they lost this sneakerhead!
Not of any fault of Shoebacca... Boots are the best quality I have ever seen... I am looking forward in warm feet this winter. And because of health reasons really need protection from the cold. My boots were delivered to the wrong address by UPS and were left out side in a really good rain storm. When they were brought to me by the neighbors they were soaking wet... boxes were destroyed by water... drying the boots out so far so good. Can't wait to try them on... talked with customer service which offered a return. Passed it up I'll dry them out and I got me the best boots that one can find... not letting these out of my site... Fast shipping also... Customer service was great. They took care of me... very Thankful for their action... I wish everyone at Shoebacca a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...

This site is a scam customer service is non-existent their merchandise is old and defective and they do not stand behind their return policy! My case they sent two different shoes and then didn't respond to my request through email or phone for return. This is how Amazon will put everyone out of business because companies like this treat customers has dollar signs instead of people.

Shoebacca not only has the best selection of footwear, they also had my size in stock and a price that was 15% less than anywhere else, even used eBay listings were more than the new pair I purchased.
Product was fine but two reps assured me of an additional $10.00 off for supplying my email which I never received. I should have paid $69.99 not 79.99. It's left a bad taste. Not likely to buy again.
This company does not stand by its products or return policy. They sell defective products. Must be the Ross of online shoe companies. Buyer beware. If your product falls apart in a month they won't refund you. Wish I would've read some reviews before wasting a hundred bucks! The boots I bought my fiance are the same boots I've been buying him for YEARS! They always last over a year. And the customer service is lacking any kind of service. Total joke
Called customer service. Told they could not cancel my order even though the order had no proof of having been shipped. Customer service rep said she emailed me a prepaid return mailing label but I have yet to receive it.

I ordered shoes 2 weeks ago, paid almost 100 dollars for them. They say package was delivered but I never seen them at my house. Tried to contact them 3 days ago and still no response. This site is a joke!
Only emails received are initial purchase confirmation and emails specially in response to me calling customer service. Shipping confirmation/tracking information is not emailed nor is it on the order management portal. Customer service on the phone is competent but it typically takes awhile for them to understand the issue. During my 15 minute call yesterday with customer service asking about the status of a refund on a return that was delivered back over two weeks ago, customer service agent called me "sir" even though I am not a man.
I ordered a limited edition Puma deva boot. It came to me damaged which was ridiculous. I had already ordered my clothing to match that could not be returned. Everything was on a time limit and final sale. If i wanted a damaged rusted shoe I could have bout it from Ebay or a consignment store! A limited edition shoe people! I wasted my window waiting for my money to come back and the shoe in my size is gone from other locations!
Ordered a pair of shoes, was supposed to get them about a week later. I gave it few more days then contacted customer support. I finally got them three weeks after ordering them. Seemed like they didn't get my purchase request. May give them another try.
Overall, I am happy with the goalie gloves that I ordered for my son. However, I was a bit disappointed in the fact that. I received my "free gift" charging bank separately and advised my complete order had been delivered. I was not advised that there were two separate orders. When I called Shoebacca the customer service reps were very nice and helpful but had no idea where the second package was or if it even shipped and had to open an investigation. Ironically two days later the second package arrived.
