Shoe arrived in perfect condition. Lovely shoe. I ordered the yellow and pink through Amazon and the Olive and yellow through Shoebacca. Both arrived earlier than expected. The shoe is beautiful I just wish they had all the colors

I did not receive any text or email when my order was shipped out, which I was told that I will be notified when my order was shipped so I could track it. I have waited and waited and got no text or email.

I got the item. I had ordered one brand that I was familiar with in a XL size. I received another brand that was not familiar with marked xxl but it is clearly not. It is more like xl only.
You advertised one brand but swapped another mis-sized item.

I have contacted you several times, I need a return label emailed to me so I can return shoes I can't wear, too large, no straps to adjust. I want a refund, can't pay for shoes I can't wear. Please be a reputable company and do the right thing, I need a refund, you need the shoes I can't wear.

The company does not reply to my needs regarding the order.

I ordered these shoes and the order defaulted to narrow, which I didn't realize until I got the confirmation. I immediately emailed and called to cancel the order and was told, also by email, that the order was cancelled. Two weeks later, the shoes arrived. I have to confirm that I was charged. I intend to return these shoes and request complimentary return postage.

I was told the order was cancelled but I received the shoes anyway.

I order a new pair of Keens for work every year and usually end up paying twice as much as I found them on Shoebacca. Then received my order a day earlier then expected! Very impressed I will continue to order through them!

I ordered another pair of shoes after the last time I ordered my shoes. My last order of shoes came in exactly 3 days in the exact condition and style I wanted them to come in. This new order of shoes also came in. These shoes are exactly my size, in perfect condition, original and they came in exactly 3 days. This website remains undefeated.

One of my son's is really picky at selecting shoes. We have to spend days and hours from store to store until he finds something he like.
This made the shoe shopping much easier and he was able to find something he lked.

Do NOT buy from this merchant. I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers as a Xmas gift for my brother but instead, I received a completely different, much cheaper model that was 3 sizes smaller than what I had bought; to add insult to injury, they actually sent the correct box for the item so there are only two possible explanations for this "mishap":

(A) They are sleazy scammers engaging in basic bait-and-switch tactics.
(B) They are incompetent, amateur hacks with zero quality control and no process in place.

Whichever the reason, there is no need to give business to these guys. Your time and hard-earned dollars are better expended elsewhere. Whilst mistakes always happen and one should be mindful of such, what makes them awful is their nonexistent and remorseless customer service. I contacted them via multiple channels, including over the phone, but no viable solutions were offered. No earnest acknowledgment or apology and certainly no effort to remedy the situation. They did not provide a root cause or even confirm whether the item is still in stock. I was simply told to return the shoes, await for my refund, and repurchase them in the future. I do not have a present 5 days before Xmas and have wasted time repackaging, etc.

Absolutely horrendous company. Look elsewhere unless you're a masochistic wastrel.

I try to post a review on a pair of Adidas shoes I bought. They fell apart after a month after purchase. They did not post it because it was not a good review. I guess they only post the good reviews.

I called Shoebacca the day after the order when I noticed the order did not have my street, only the number. I then received an email stating my address was incomplete. The order did not ship our for several days after my address was complete.

The woman when I called was very nice but then received any email asking for the information I had given the woman who I had called.

Shipping was fairly quick & delivery was prompt. I'm not super happy with the boots as the description says they are insulated with shearling fleece lining & they are not. The boots are very thin & certainly not well insulated. They are surprisingly comfortable though so I will keep them for warm weather hiking or daily wear. The prices are this site are about average, not really overpriced but not a great deal either.

I placed an order Saturday night. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I sent an email to cancel the order a few minutes after realizing the mistake. This was my only choice since it was after business hours and there was no option to cancel my order online. It's now Monday and I have not received a reply to my email so I sign in to check the status of my order and it shows processing. I call customer service and find out they are still trying to catch up on emails from Christmas, 3 weeks ago, and that my order is already being sent out and can't be canceled. This is extremely POOR customer service. I will dispute this with my credit card company and will return the order as soon as I get it. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

I couldn't be happier with the shoes I received or with the wonderful level of communication throughout the delivery process. This company did a phenomenal job of letting me know the status of my order at every turn. I would definitely order from them again.

I had already decided to purchase based on the product offered at the price. I wasn't able to enter the discount code so I called the 1-800 number and was given an immediate credit. The shoes and shorts were delivered promptly and are excellent quality.

Got 2 wrong pairs, US postal office US Postal asked me to pay for shipping. After many days/ hours of calling costumer service they sent me the return form. Few days after i receive a text stating they will refund my money in 3-5 business days never happen i still calling to costumer service and may go to my bank to report the payment. Worsr costumer service. Amazon is losing one costumer..

Delivery good. But the zipper would jam when zipping up the jacket. The jacket had an additional flap that should not be there. I took a siccors and cut it off right next to the zipper. Now it works fine. I really like the jacket and decided to keep it since I could fix it myself.

I went on the site found the shoe I wanted and ordered it. It was super easy and I got my order on the day it estimated it would arrive. I have ordered from other websites (THEDROP.COM) with popular name brand trendy sneakers and it takes 1-2 months to get the product or sometimes it won't even ship at all. Not the case with Shoebacca at all. I will be ordering all of my shoes from here forever.

Honestly, i went onto google shopping and found the cheapest place for the sneakers i wanted (puma RS1's) the first place i did a quick search on for a review and everyone said they never recieved their shoes. So i went onto the next best priced website and that happened to be shoebacca. I found a promo code bought them. THEN i did some searching for reviews and saw only bad things being said about them. I have to say i was very nervous at first, but i got a confirmation email and a tracking number that day, and they shipped them out and had them to my door in less than a week. Not as fast as some shipping companies but good enough for me. I have not dealt with the returns but so far as the purchase goes, everything went really well!

Charged me over 107.00 and never shipped. Contacted them repeatedly all I got back was a generic reply. I told them to cancel order 3 times...finally they said sorry u have not received them however we are unable to ship. Duh....you are selling products you do not have. I am still waiting for my refund as well. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere because you more than likely will not get your purchase. They didnt even deserve the one star I gave them but I had to give something to write a review. My next step is the BBB.

Ordered the shoes and had to call to retrieve my shipping conversation. After I called I received a screenshot of my shipping information which raised suspicion. When I checked my tracking yesterday, the tracking information said the package had been delivered that morning. No dice. Been having a hard time trying to located my delivered package all morning... but its the wkend... and shoebacca is only available m-f... professionals are we?

I ordered from this site because they were the only carrier of my favorite havaianas flip flops, so I found a coupon code from retailmenot.com and placed an order. I hadn't received my package in a week, so I checked the ups tracking number, which said my item was damaged/stolen. I called Shoebacca customer service who promised me a new pair of the same flip flops. After another week without any notifications, I called back to hear my refund is processing. I did not ask for a refund I wanted a replacement. Several calls to customer service and a month later, no replacement, no refund, and no customer service follow-up. Now I have no flip-flops and no money to buy another pair, it's a good thing summer is over. BEWARE of this company because I am not the first customer to have this situation, buy at your own risk.

I recently purchased Creative Recreation sneakers on Shoebacca.com. I'm almost positive the shoes are knock-offs. The inside soles were not glued onto the shoes, the quality of the shoe is not like the brand at all. I have other shoes of the same brand. The logo looked sprayed on or glued, I'm not sure but I know it pealed off. The only reason I purchased from this site is because I had a half off coupon. I will not be buying shoes from here again. Sorry folks.
