I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
UPS losses and misdeliver my package from you. Now it's going to take 30 days or more to get refunds. I order three awesome shoes and now I need to wait over 30 days to get my money back before I can order it again. Maybe use USPS instead.
I was searching for shoes for my six year old and couldn't find her size anywhere. Doing a google search I stumbled across Shoebacca and was pleased to find several in her size. The prices were great. Delivery was crazy fast. I will definitely look here first next tomf.

Seem to be authentic… they feel wobbly and loose and the sizing is weird. I have the same exact shoes in several other colors from Finish Line and they are the same size but with ShoeBacca I have to get one size bigger

I ordered a pair of Pumas and they looked like the picture and were of good quality. I only had to return them because I needed to go up a size. Trenice was very informative about the return policy and assisted me with ordering the correct size.
I received the shoes, but one of the shoe was separating from the food bed, the other one has a hard piece of something sticking out of the side that is very painful. What company would let this pass quality control, if they have one. This is an awful thing to do and I have throne the everything away so now I am stuck with them. I love Birkenstocks and I have worn them for years and will continue, but this shoebacca company is a bad place to order Birkenstocks from. I decided to order from them because they had them on sale, I didn't know that they send you the defective ones. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place again. I'm going to contact the better business bureau too, to warn buyers of defective shoes.
Saw the title little kid/big kid but didn't know 6.5 exists for both little and big kid so ended up with shoes for my 2yo that are actually even too big for me. It should appear more clearly that 6.5 is for big kid.

I placed an order for new walking shoes very easy to do and received my order within 3 days. Unfortunately, they were a size too small and I had to send them back. I did re0order a larger size and they are great shoes.

I ordered a pair of men's hiking shoes and got them pretty fast however I buy new shoes often and they always have packing paper inside the shoe. These did not and the outside of the shoe looked a tiny bit scuffed. The soles were clean and overall weren't too bad but I wouldn't buy a used shoe so if they are selling used shoes they need to disclose that information

Hi, Amazon showed 1 pair left from seller shoebacca. Shoebacca site showed shoes in stock and had $10 promo going. I purchased shoes from Shoebacca at discount. A few days later Shoebacca emails me auto cancel for order stating shoes were out of stock. I placed order on Amazon from Shoebacca at FULL PRICE and the order was fulfilled. Made me go HMMM... BAD on Shoebacca.
Great overall experience. The site was easy to use, and my ordered arrived on time. Depending on the style of shoe and brand I can fit into sizes anywhere from5.5 to 6.5. I ordered a size 6, but couldn't even get my foot all of the way inside. I called customer service, and spoke to a woman about returning the shoes. She sent me a return shipping label and that was it. I'm bummed the shoes didn't fit, but everything else was great. I will definitely shop here again :)
The customer service rep was polite and helpful. I think I was on the phone for a total of 5 minutes.

I received my oder very promptly, but the wrong size & color. When u calked to get assistance with my incorrect order all i was told is they couldn't help me, but will send me a free return shipping label so i can return them. So wished they would have helped me with an exchange for the color & size i ordered.
When searching for the boots I wanted to purchase online- their site came up with what I was looking for in stock- the size & color needed.
Also, the price was exceptional.
I called today and Amanda is amazing. She took care of me. Found my order #, did my return and also send me a return label (I ordered the wrong size!)

I purchased a pair of shoe and mistakingly I ordered two pairs. NOw I have called several Shoebacca times and my number was blocked Which means it a deliberate effort refuses my call.
I'm still expecting Shoebacca mgt response.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoebacca, and one pair was okay but they weren't really the color that was shown in the picture. The other pair was a pair of rainboots that did not have any soles in them. Instead they had this grate thing in them that hurt when you stepped on it. And they were 60 bucks. Why wouldn't they have real soles in them if they cost that much? Its a damn good thing they will pay for your shipping when you return them! Otherwise I'd say don't even shop here.
When I saw these shoes I thought they were so cute and a great price. Then they arrived in 2 days and they are so extreamly comfortable! I am more than pleased with my purchase, the company and the quality and price!

Great. I ordered some new shoes because my girlfriend made fun of my old ones. So when my new shoes arrived I broke up with her and got with her mother. I was wearing my new shoes the entire time. Then I told my gf that we should back together and she agreed because she liked my new shoes from Chewbacca.
The delivery of shoes was on time and the price was great. I enjoy the product that I can dress up or dress down because of its basic simple style. That's what I like about the Seavees besides the comfort of the shoe.
I'm disappointed that the shoes I ordered were not true to size. And even more disappointed to find out that I couldn't get my full refund back due to a restocking fee and I also couldn't exchange for a different size.
Only place I could find my “size” for a specific shoe needed as a bridesmaid.
Had to for a wedding.
They sent me a pair of shoes that were damaged. When I went to return they wouldn't cover return shipping for the damaged product! The policy on the website clearly states they will cover return shipping on damaged products- but when you submit for a return they never send you a label. When you request a label they never send it.
Customer service Reps then claimed the policy is free returns over $50, but it clearly says Free Returns for damaged product right on the website. I ended up paying for the return shipping which cost about $8. So I'm out money for receiving messed up items in the first place.
Tip for consumers:
just dont do it. they send you messed up items and won't cover your return. not worth taking the chance.
My shopping experience was pretty good. However finding my correct size (13 women's) was a challenge. I am a Brooks' girl but my size was not in stock, Adidas was all you had in my size, threrefore I am trying it for the first time.
