Purchasing the shoes was effortless. The transaction was simple and straightforward. My experience with the shipping was a bit confusing. On the day before I was to receive my package, I received a notification from UPS that said my package had been delivered in Cotuit. This was a Friday. Before contacting you, I waited until Saturday. My suspicion was correct that my package was delivered to my local post office. I just wish that UPS had said it delivered to the post office instead of saying it was delivered.

I ordered a paid of Timberlands. I received a cheap looking and feeling version of the Timberland boots from this place. I returned the Tims before Thanksgiving and have been calling since for my refund. They said they received the item and would process my refund after multiple calls. I called today and was told my refund was just processed yesterday! Why?!@! You had your package back for a little over a week now! I want my money back and will NEVER shop at this place again! I would not advise anyone to buy this company's cheap looking and feeling shoes and forget about wanting a refund! They take your money out instantly but take weeks to refund your dam money!

Took forever to ship. Customer service takes forever to respond to emails. Notifications also take forever to recieve. Returns are difficult and also deduct more $$ from that order when the return is processed... wahh

But when my shoes finally came they were awesome. 3 stars i suppose!

I was a bit hesitant to order from this site as I had never heard of this company. I decided to take a gamble as I'd had a very hard time trying to find this item elsewhere. I was pleaed the order arrived very quickly and the item was in excellent condition.

The Jersey came Very fast! The quality is great. Stitched on numbers and everything feels nice. Just not a 5 star because the 2X was pretty tight. I wear a 2X t shirt normally and this Jersey felt like a 1X.

Shoes are very confortable, fit like a very soft leather,,,, only wish they were a Bright Cherry Red,,, with none of the Black lining showing thru...
Would have kept them but needed a very very bright red. Which photo dosent show

I was about ready to give up on Shoebacca. But, I received wonderful customer service from Carlos Rabago. He helped me correct a problem. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes and again received wonderful customer service from Carlos. He told me what he was going to do to help me and he followed through.

These shoes are great and in a great value! I would recommend to down size half a number. I'm and 8 and ordered an 8, they fit good but I'm sure a 7.5 would have fit better. (FYI - I'm a 7.5 in Adidas and Nike, I have 2 other Puma shoes in 8).

Great Shoe Collection and lot of choices to choose from from all kind of varities. The options are great and the shipping is fast and easy to work with.
The great part is as long as you know the size you can order anything from this site.

The site offered Narrow and Medium sizes for the Birkenstocks I ordered. I ordered a medium because I have wider feet and require the standard size in Birks. I was sent narrows and now have to wait to be refunded to order another pair.

I received numerous delivery dates and times from UPS including re-delivery date and times. No of them were even close to the actual UPS delivery time and date. Terrible ups communication system. I came close to canceling the order

I was really excited when I found Shoebacca and the wide selection and amazing prices! I was disappointed with the shoes when they came though. They were scratched on the top and sides and looked like they were preowned.

Look, size etc etc is ok but when I recd.it was smelling a lot. I observed oil mark on the shoulder. I washed it and using it. However, I filed return request and was approved also but before that I washed it.

I ordered 2 pair of sandals. I received 1 pair and called to check on where the other pair was. I was told it was canceled. I was never notified of this and I had already paid for both pairs. I am still waiting on a refund for the canceled pair.

I've been told twice my refund was coming and it's been weeks and I still have no refund.

Never had a problem with shipping from shoebacca, however who ever packed my box forget to put in one of my items and also forgot to put my invoice. I was at a lil annoyed because it was an whole outfit with sneaker and the packer forgot to put my jogger pants. I was ready to return the whole order. However a nice costumer service rep help and resolve the situation!

Very comfortable since puting them on out of the box, i was very surprised, and shipping was fast. They are great for walking and lightweight. I can cross train in them too, they seelem to have a good pivot point and hug my foot well. I wasnt sure about the size, some reviews said small but i have a size 10 and they fit well. The color is bright but i like that, and feel like i got a good deal.

Found a great peair of running shoes at a great price. Had to call to get a discount added and call was answered quickly and help was given! They tracked the package as it was on the way and it was delivered on time. All good.

I received 1 pair instead of 2. I called customer service, and was told the 2nd pair was coming from another warehouse. The customer service representative had answers for me right away, and gave me a delivery date for the 2nd pair. Great shoes, great customer service.

I needed to call customer service. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were empathetic and solved my problem immediately. And I wasn't ever placed on hold nor did I have to go through 15 prompts to get to a person. Love that!

So I purchased pumas from shoebacca I received them within 5 days, I wasn't expecting them so soon, my husband had the day off and received my package yikes! Anyway all three pair fit perfect thank you shoebacca for my 3rd pair free, I will be ordering again

The deck shoes I received as a birthday gift are awesome. The fit is perfect, the style is great, and they look good sporting them. Had alot of compliments and told them about Shoebaca. I will be back to make purchases. The color of them set them off.

Overall I'm happy with the speed of the shipment of one of the shoes I originally ordered. I just wish that the men's shoe I ordered was actually in stock like the website said it was. I wasn't informed of it's out of stock status until I question why the men's shoe was not shipped with the women's Salomon shoe.

Quick response. Like I said though, I just wish that I knew the shoes were actually out of sock so that I could purchase my men’s shoe elsewhere.
