So easy to order online and easy to track the delivery of the Sperry nautical sneakers. I am in loved with the sperry shoes but never tried a pattern sneaker. They are adorable and because of the tiny colorful imprint, they match various casual outfits.

Kool. I would like to also order a pair of the same Farrarris I got a year ago; but, you don't have them in my size. My I assume they're going to be discontinued? That would be extremely disappointing.

Glad to have found the Addidas I was looking for at a very good price at Shoebacca. I also got a coupon which was not accepted at checkout (wierd). However, once I got my order confirmation email, I got no further updates. I would suggest adding a delivery email when the shoe order is updated.

Pretty skeptical at first. Wanted these Adidas I couldn't find anywhere else. Found them on Shoebacca selling for a sizeable amount less than I can find on places like ebay or stockx.

A little googling and redditing and I pulled the trigger. Got my sneakers the very next day. Brand new. No wonkiness.

I got my shoes and they are as ordered. However, shopping on the website was difficult and tracking my order was impossible. After ordering and creating an account, my order never synced with my account. Every time I tried to teack my order, it brought my to my account page where it said "no orders". When I looked up the order on an incognito page, it showed shipped but didn't have tracking info. When I went through numerous hoops and obstacles to finally find a tracking number, it didn't say which carrier had it. After I finally tracked my order, it said it was going to be late. Shoebacca sent a follow up email saying it had been delivered, but no tracking info still, and I knew the order was not delivered. It finally got delivered. But what a terrible experience!

While looking for a different shoe, I came across a fantastic buy on a Toms sneaker. Couldn't believe the price and didn't hesitate to buy them. Shoes arrived on time and well packaged. I absolutely love them and can't believe I was able to get them at such a great price. Adding Shoebacca to my new places to shop!

I found this site because they were the only site that had the particular style of PUMAs that I wanted. I read some bad reviews, but since I work for an online retailer as well and know how the bad reviews are pretty much the only ones you see, I gave them a chance. I am ABSOLUTELY pleased with the transaction process and speed of delivery. Shoebacca is now listed in my favorites.

SCAM business. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, they were faulty pairs. Returned the shoes, with tracking no. ShoeBacca, denied they got the shoes. Then I provide them with tracking, got email that they will not refund my money. Finally they refunded one pair and denied that it was 2 pairs, where the weight on postage shows I returned 2 pairs. I will have to report them to BBB. I do not want this company cheat other people. Terrible bussiness,

Not happy with shirts I ordered the ASICS shirt was supposed to be a small mans shirt but they sent me a small women's shirt the puma shirt was size small but was way too big more like an extra large! The shoes were all good

This was the best customer service company HANDS DOWN that I've dealt with in AGES! Super pleasant, informed, helpful, & l could understand them PERFECTLY plus l wasn't on hold forever either! There aren't enough positive words to say. These are a Christmas gift for my grandson so l needed to know their return policy in case they don't fit him. Are you sitting down? ONE YEAR! I'm still in shock. So not only were they a great price for what l hope is a great shoe, they look awesome, it was free shipping, they were delivered super quick & they have a one year return policy. I have never ordered from here before but needed volleyball shoes for my daughter in a rush. It was easy to find the shoes she wanted and select the sizer and order. The order arrived on time and the shoes are great. Thak you!

Today is 26 Sept, 2011. I ordered two pairs of shoes three weeks ago. The website allows you to place an order to a P. O. Box but their policy does not allow P. O. Box deliveries, so they shipped the shoes, and I only found out from USPS tracking that it has been returned to sender on 16 September. I called them and provided a physical address. I also responded to customer service automated emails with the same request. I called two additional times, one time they promised to call me back and they never did. On 26 Sept, still no shoes, customer service did not cerdit my money back to my account and did not re-ship the shoes! Conveniently, their manager is unavailable when I demanded to talk to him/her to enlighten him/her about the breakdown in communications and poor customer service relations in the organization. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Monika Comeaux

I messed up and ordered a real crappy pair of clearance shoes. I should know I get what I paid for. Upon trying to return, the coupon I had basically paid for the shoes, so I wouldn't receive any credit.
Otherwise, I really REALLY like the site, and will most likely be back

This must be a factory defect. I hv been buying and wearing AVIA shoes for years and when i slipped on these shoes and stood up, i could actually FEEL the tread from the sole of the shoes! Returning them.

Very easy to navegate, it's great. Eventhough the boots run a 1/2 to big I like the product. However, I had to send them back. I don't like the fact that it won't get exchange and have to order again... I don't know about that...

Well... this is my 1st time dealing with your company i ordering shoes. I was looking for footwear that would support me at my jobsite. Browsing through the website was easy and ordereing the shoe/boot was extremely! The website was manageable and easy to navigate! I enjoyed the entire shopping experience with Shoebacca!

1 pair of boots was great, the second pair of boots were obviously retured by someone else before they were sold to me. The sole's were dirty like someone had tried them on and walked on dirt and the dirt wasn't cleaned off before they were resold to me. I understand items get returned and resold but at least make sure they are clean and look new, when someone is purchasing a new product.

This company is by far the worst I've dealt with, they advertise for shoes make you buy it, pay in advance, make you wait a whole week for later on cancel your order then they apologize for the inconvenience, DO NOT waste your time with them, try other serious companies.

I received two items that were incorrect based on my order. They were the correct products, unfortunately they were for a young boy. I ordered a adult men's medium and received a young boys medium YM. The shorts that I ordered came in different colors and I selected I believe three different colors. It was the yellow pair, two each, that were incorrectly sent. I was disappointed that I was instructed that I needed to package up the incorrect shorts, print a label that was sent to me, and then drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. And to top it off, they are not going to send me the correct two pairs of shorts that I ordered. They said if I want them, I would have to put in a re-order. This was a discount from brads deals, not even sure I can still get the same price. Or that I even want to spend more time on this.

Everything was great would order again the website was easy to use and my item was shipped thru the mail qwickly and the packageing was very safe to were your product was sure to get to me without a incident.

I ordered 8 pairs of shoes, one pair wasn't sent. Instead they shipped me an incorrect pair. I asked them could they please send me the correct pair I ordered since it was their mistake. They told me they wouldn't. Which was not okay since it was their fault. I had to used my gas to go to return shoes I never ordered, but they won't correct their error, like I did something wrong.

I asked them instead of a refund, could they send me the proper order. They told me no. Which is insane. I’ve never hard of this before. The first time they made a mistake they even gave me a discount on my order. They are horrible!
