We are not the first time we buy for ourselves, we are very satisfied, they always tell us everything and advise what we like, so we recommend it
I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
Shoebacca's site is very comprehensive to an average consumer, considering its varietal organization of listed items. The retailer's pricing structure appears to add value.
The speed of product delivery was very impressive, in comparison to other retailers online and "brick and mortar" stores available in densely populated Atlanta, Georgia.
Although Shoebacca offers competitive price discounts and low-cost leadership, regarding both leisure and formal shoe purchases, the retailer's additional sale of apparel is surprisingly convenient.
Since discovering shoebacca's site, I've realized more value.

Good, but it appears that the shoe comes only in medium width. I believe my feet are somewhat wide. I hope the shoes fit comfortably. Otherwise, I'll have to return them.

I ordered my shoes, they came timely, they were tue does I ordered and the right size. My ONLY complaint was that I didn't get a shipping notification and when I logged in my order just said "complete"

I've been searching for a follow up to my Puma hybrid fuego collection/obsession. This style is a worthy candidate and made a good first impression. Only time will tell; I'm optimistic!

I paid for standard shipping with no expectation that it would arrive within a week. Sure enough they were on my doorstep within 4 days. I will definitely order again!
