I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.

Looking specifically for this type of garment. Needed this jacket/sweater, due to inside/outside work at Covid-19 testing site in New Hampshire. I was looking for other colors from this make (River's Edge?) But only saw it in the Pale Blue. Love it, looking for more or others with this price and style. Let me know if you get more in? From an order that shipped on the 11th? Say what you want about the postal service... I just shipped a Jeep on a barge to TX and it made it there in a week and a half

Service was not good but shoes I purchased are huge. At least 2 sizes bigger than an 8.5. Luckily I was able to give them to a friend. But it should be noted on your website how big these shoes run.
I ordered the wrong width boot for my husband and so far they have been very nice, helpful and prompt. I still have to get clear packing tape, but I plan on purchasing from them again.
Site is so easy to use, I just bought new shoes for gym, price is very reasonable, and shoes are soo comfortable. Delivery was right on time, like they said, so overall great experience for me!

Size and availability
I was so skeptical about ordering from this website and I read some bad reviews on it. But I ordered some ASICS for $60 original $130 on other websites. SO I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! They are brand new and fit perfectly. I ordered them on a Wednesday and they came in the following Monday. I never write reviews but I wanted to come back and write one because there were so many bad ones. I love this website and would recommend anyone to order from them!
