I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
My son wears a size 17 shoe. I have been ordering L. B. Evans slippers for years as they are comfy and last ~2 years with heavy indoor/outdoor useage.

Needed new gym shoes and i have big feet. Its hard to find women's shoes than are 13s. So i often have to wear mens size 11. This limits my color choices in a decent price range. Im cheap.

Slightly discomforting to break-in but overall a nice fit and good looking boot. Maybe I should have gone down a shoe size. I'd recommend trying on different sizes if you have the chance.

Price greart... Paid extra to recieved shoes faster sorry about your cold spell have family in Allen tx, but shouldnt you refund the Extra charge for being this late? Said the shoes would be there ON the 18th got there on the 24th Weather causes problems but the extra charged makes it hurt your customer too.

I was looking for shoes I could wear while e-biking in warm weather. Wanted more of a sandal with a toe. These fit the bill perfectly, are colorful and cute
It took three tries to get an accurate return shipping label. While struggling with the return label issue, they sent me SOMEONE ELSE'S shoes. So now I had TWO boxes I had to get back. I finally had two accurate return shipping labels but when I attempted to deposit it with Fed Ex they rejected the boxes that they had been shipped in to me as "too flimsy." So I had to head home and find another box (now the shoes are in THREE boxes) so it finally could be sent out. I am hoping that they credit my account, but I give it about a 50:50 chance of actually occurring. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The shoes were supposed to be leather according to the description, but were actually made of fabric. I sent them back, which will cost me $6.50 plus return shipping.
