I found the random, kind of hard to find shoe for my kid, and it processed and shipped really quickly. The item arrived perfectly packed and in perfect condition!

The customer service was amazing! They sorted out my issue quickly & responded within 24 hours. The standard shipping was fast. I received my order in 2-3 business days.

This is why i normally fill out reviews, because they force you to make statements and i really don't want to. The shoes are fine, just nothing to describe.

Received everything as expected on time, even a little early! Boots seem to fit ok, maybe a little loose in the back? But they need breaking in. Otherwise satisfied!

Shoe was out of stock for quite a while, months. Shipping was quick and price was competitive. Color looked different than on the website, much more brown than tan.

I will NOT order again. The shoe sent is too narrow for me! In order to send it back I would need to pay the restocking fee! I should be able to get an even exchange. This is ridiculous!

The process from searching to purchasing is seemless and easy. I will be buying all my shoes this way. The prices are great and service has been impeccable!

I have called customer service 4 times to order 1 pair of shoes. They do not have their stuff together. Ordered a pair online, then a week later told via email that the shoe is out of stock. When I went to make another order, it said it was not available online. How do you have an online site that you can't place orders on? So I called in to make the order. After being passed around from rep to rep, I thought I had finally completed my transaction. Instead, I was just beginning. After a couple weeks (super slow shipping unless you pay extra) my shoes finally arrived, but so did a charge on my credit card statement $30 higher than what I purchased! I called shoebacca to find out why, once again I got passed through the maze of transfering to somebody else in hopes I'd eventually hang up. I didn't, so when somebody was finally ready to help me they told me they could take a message and leave it for someone else to look over and call me back. Awesome. Now I'm having to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charge. This site is a scam! They will take your money, stay away!

The shoes I received were a size too large and had a very high arch. I was so disappointed with them. I've got 8 pairs of Adidas in my closet and none of them fit like these.

I received a pair of shoes from this company from a friend as a gift and upon receiving them, they did not fit and they sent me TWO LEFT feet. After several attempts to contact them, with no return response, I was finally able to speak with someone and was told I could NOT exchange them for the right size, even though they had them in stock. In addition, they wouldn't even correct their error of the TWO LEFT feet. I was told that they don't have the ability to exchange, so buyer be aware... if you aren't 100% sure the item will fit, you probably don't want to purchase from Shoebacca. The only resolve they gave me was to return the shoes, the credit would be placed back on the gift givers card, and I could call my friend and tell her to purchase me the right size... ummmm, ok, because that isn't tacky and awkward. Thanks for NO help, Shoebacca. I have removed ALL items on my Amazon Wishlist associated with you.

I needed size 15 mens shoes quick. I was able to find my son a pair that was very affordable, looked amazing and in his size. They were shipped quickly and I got them immediately. Great service.

I ordered my husband some shoes for his birthday. The delivery time was awesome it got here in 2 days! The quality of shoe was great as well. Will definitely be ordering more shoes in the future!

Stuff came fast and on time for the big event.I like that when I paid for express shipping it was actually able to leave the warehouse in a timely matter so that the shipping costs made sense.

I had never heard of Shoebacca, but I was searching for a very specific size and style of Birkenstock, and it popped up in my search. Super quick ordering, and very fast delivery, two or three days.

I ordered 2 identical pair of running shoes but I was sent one completely different shoe I didn't order. I don't have time to mess with a return so I just kept it

The Shoe Box seem to be very old with lots of dust and soot around the Box
The shoes inside had no tissue wrap around the shoes witches as sign of either remainder or defective or really old shoes
I have never received from shoebacca or other shoe companies a product delivery as I received on these speakers
I am hesitant to order from your company again as a result of the conditions of what I received it didn't seem new to me

The lady provided me some answers but it didn't seem that there would be any correction or offer to compensate or returned for what I received.

Never got shipping confirmation and had to call for that, but it was delivered the same day I called. Had my order within 5 days and the boots were exactly what I wanted.

Friendly and helpful

The fur from the sole is peeling. It is very weird. I asked multiple friends of mine who have the same shoes if that happened to them and they said no. Very upset.

This was my first time ordering from Shoebacca and really had a great experience with this company. I will be defiantly using your company again. Thank you for your awesome and quick service.

This is just the second pair of running shoes I have ordered from Shoebacca, and as before, I am very pleased. Both product and service, I find to be excellent.

I received the wrong pair of shoes & promptly sent them back using the prepaid label. According to UPS tracking the shoes arrived in Irving Texas on 5-11-2022. Still waiting on my refund.

I had a glitch trying to process my return online. So I called the customer service number, no hold time and the CS rep was helpful, kind and cleared up the issue quickly.

I was unable to give 5 stars. The link only let me give a 4 star even after backing out and going back into the link. Always a great experience ordering from Shoebacca!
