Product was as advertised. Shoes are very comfortable, look nice and true to size. Product was delivered within time frame given which was 3 to five business days. I received them in three days. Will consider additional purchases in the future.

I bought two pairs of Harley boots for my husband. He is still in Egypt so he hasn't tried them on yet, but the quality of the boots are really nice. The shipping was very fast! I highly recommend this store!

I received my order very quickly and was pleased with the quality of the product and the packaging. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit; but the Shoebacca return policy is so customer friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

First ordered shoes using Groupon, no problems except slow delivery, but the girls' shoes were 1.5 sizes smaller than marked so I initiated a return/ exchange for new size and sent back the shoes. ONE MONTH LATER no response nor update regarding the exchange. Signed into account and they show no return has been received. I used my tracking # through UPS and UPS confirmed proof they had been delivered (with signed roof) to Shoebacca more than 2 weeks ago. However this ends, this is a sub-par scam of a company! Beware! Unless you have the Groupon already and know for certain the shoes will fit.

Not only did I receive a great deal, the order arrived earlier than projected... and when I had a question, customer service responded very quickly!

Overall, A+. Will highly recommend and I hope to be a repeat customer!

Shopping was very easy and the prices were crazy good for what I wanted. Product arrived quickly and is great quality. Normally these shoes are $100 or more and the price was less than half that. Very happy with the deal.

I would have given you, a 5*rating. There's two reasons, why! I didn't rate you with a 5*rating, is due to, the $10.00 promotional discount, code, for signing up; did not go through. The message, kept inform ing me that the code, was invalid. The second reason, due to the clearance sale, for these sneakers, says, $29.99. When I added them to my cart. The price, came to-$39.99. Instead of, your websites, listed price of $29.99. That's-with out, the total price, at, check out. This, is why I've given you, a 3*-rating-instead of, a five 5*rating.

P.s. Hopefully, these types of bloopers, if that's what it was, must not happen, in the future.

I placed an order with Shoebacca online on a Tuesday, and my parcel was delivered to my door 10 days later. Thats 10 days from USA to my front door in Ireland. I am very happy with their service. The product is exactly as I expected it to be, with no flaws or defects. As I said I have only ordered from them, and haven't had to return anything, so far.
As of now I am very pleased with Shoebacca.

I bought a pair of shoes from this site on 7/5/16 and they cancelled my order the day after. The money was taken from my account. I've sent 3 emails trying to get my money back and it's just silence. This is the worst merchant I've ever shopped online with.

This was my second order and third pair of shoes purchased. I have learned to oversize the request as shoes seem smaller on my foot than what I normally wear. I was quite delighted to see you also carry clothing which I will be purchasing later on.

I made a purchase on 5/15/17 with my Paypal account. I realized on 5/19, that I never received a confirmation or shipping email from ShoeBacca. I sent an email to customer service and didn't receive a reply, so two days later I contacted them through the dispute process via Paypal and received a response the next day that my shoes should arrive today. No apology for not receiving a confirmation email, or not responding to my previous email. If the shoes arrive today, great, but I won't do business with them again.

Purchased my Chippawa 8 inch steel toe boots - good price - good CS. I have been wearing the same boot for over 40 years - I am retired. I replace my boots every 2 years. Never had a problem - and most importantly I can wear them straight out of the box - no break in period. Shoebacca gave me the best price overall.

I placed two separate orders with Shoebacca. Shipping was fast and free, I was able to find promo codes for both, and my refund was processed the same day for the return I sent (wrong size). The prices were awesome too! Very satisfied. Everything went perfectly smooth.

I called to ask how I can register a return I need to make when it isn’t showing up on the website under my orders. The representative told me it was submitted as a guest order and she instructed me step-by-step how to select the items I wanted to return and print a shipping label/return slip. It was very quick and easy.

This is my first time ordering with Shoebacca. I have to say, their customer service is excellent. They dealt with the Texas snowstorm and I still received my order in a timely manner. I'm overall very happy and will continue to shop the great deals with them.

Short running 1 size too small... Example: I wear an 8.5, and ordered a 9. My toes hit the front ightly like if they were an 8... I so t have the space in time to return, so I get the screwed...
Please include Vaseline with your shipments...

I ordered a size 8.5 blue sandal and it was too big. I returned it using your label. Now I'm being asked to place a new order for a 8.0 sandal, which I hope will fit. I do not want to do that until my original order is refunded. I no longer trust this company.

Confusing and awful

Ultimately when i received shoes they were Womens size and im Mens size 11, not sure what happened there. Delivery also got delayed twice(but i get it its busy being covid times and all).
Return process fairy simple but now i may get charged a $6.50 restock fee for a mistake on their side. All i want is correct shoes i ordered.
