I never have an issue with Chewbacca ever! I did order sneakers for myself and my friend Francine so we could match but the color ended up being something a little different and that was my issue not yours

Overall experience was good. Just had an issue with the original discount code worming. They were quick to send a new code and that one worked fine. Overall, a good experience amd received what I ordered promptly.

They quickly resolved the order issue I was having.

My order says I ordered size 7 goalie gloves but when they arrived the tag in the gloves said size 8.

However customer service did respond pretty quickly and said they would resolve. Hopefully it works out.

I had never ordered from Shoebacca before and was searching for a particular shoe and found it on Shoebacca's site. However, the shoes I ordered ended up being too small so had to send them back. I was very satisfied and impressed with the website and how easy it was to start my return and get a free shipping label. I will definitely keep this shoe website as a go-to site when ordering shoes!

This was my first purchase (Keen) with Shoebacca. I have since ordered two additional pairs of Keens and recommended them to 3 people. They had the best price I could find anywhere, free shipping and free returns! I'll be back—actually I'm considering additional pairs while they are on sale to keep for when I need down the road.

I bought large and extra large just so I would make sure they fit cuz usually I fit bigger on the top. Both of these shirts are too big for me so maybe they do run true to the size. Plus it looks a little bulky not form fitting at all.

Signed up for text alerts w them got a text jumped on there page found some shoes for $70 off( Asics gel Kayano 5 OG) w awesome arch support had to get a color that isn't my favorite but for the deal they got my sale shipped out quick in A1 condition. I was searching for a certain type of military boot. Most sites were either out of my size or overpriced. Shoebacca didn't show up as one of my top search hits so I didn't click on their site right away. However, I'm so pleased that I did! Ordering was easy, the price was right, and it seems like returns are also super simple (I wasn't sure on exact size so I ordered two pair and am returning one). Very happy I found this site!

I found the shopping experience perfect and will order fro shoebacca again. The only thing that would hold me back is that the red pair of sneaker I ordered, are a dark pink. Am not sure how they became red in the description. So, I need to see shoes before I buy them. But, otherwise, everything was perfect.

I was looking for Muck Boots without success until I found your site. They were reasonable priced, shipped quickly and looked great. However, they didn't fit like my other boots and I had to arrange to return them. The customer service personnel I spoke with was very helpful and arranged for return shipping without a problem. I will look on your site again in the future.

I recently had my favourite Puma shoes stolen and was desperately looking for somewhere to buy the same pair. I found them on Shoebacca for a great price but was skeptical considering the vast amount of negative reviews here. First pair of shoes arrived but was a little tight. Mail to the customer service, received fast reply with prepaid return label. Reordered the correct size and got them in a few days. Shoes are great, exactly like my previous pair at half the price I paid back then. Will definetely use this site in the future.

I was extremely pleased with my sneaker purchase from Shoebacca! Shipping was within a week of order placement. Shoes ordered were exactly what was pictured on the Instagram ad. I thought there was a catch or this was a fake website, but it is truly legit. Please don't hesitate to order. I'm about to place another, myself!

Not a great company. I had a box of three brand new shoes get misplaced in a relocation... still in their original shipping box with shipping slip and everything. Issue is, I found it SEVEN DAYS after their 365 day return policy. An upstanding company would understand and make some sort of offer to accommodate. No offer of if I paid for return shipping or a percentage of what I paid or even credit for anything. Too bad, so sad for me and anyone else that is human. Just go somewhere else for shoes. Their customer service is nothing but shoecacca.

This was strictly a drunken purchase and I had completely forgotten about it. The ad was basically a pop up on a sports site I frequent regularly. The shoes came surprisingly fast and overall look great, Im fairly positive the sole design is was got me to click, they are decently comfortable but due to the composition of the sole( it's ALMOST a hard plastic), they would be sketchy at best to do anything else but walk around and receive compliments (which I get every time I wear them). I'll definitely look to buy from again just with a sober eye.

First time customer! Ordered 1 item on December 5th. They charged my debit card. Received an email that there were "system synchonization issues". Advised to cancel my order. Given refund. Placed 2nd order immediatley after cancelling first. Debit card charged. Once again, got an email there were yet again "synchronization issues" with the order. So Shoebacca cancels my 2nd order WITHOUT my permission. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful before ordering and save yourself TONS of frustration!

The product was not quite what I wanted. So I called to find out about the return process. I must have called after hours and was on a loop... I stuck with trying to wait for an operator for over an hour. My bad. I called back the next morning and got right thru. You should have a recording that says it is after hours please call back between the hours of x and y!

Loved the boots I ordered, but they were about 1 size too big. You have to return your order and then place another order, which is a little different but still worked. Still waiting on the right size to arrive.

I bought from these guys, and yes my stuff did arrive. In the size and color I picked, so I am very happy with that. Less happy that it took about a week to arrive. However, I did pick the cheapest shipping method, but I guess I got so spoiled by a "zapata" seller on the web. Anyway, you can totally shop with these guys, just don't expect overnight shipping, if you didn't pick that method.

I received my first order, the boots were unfortunately too large. I am planning to send them back, in the mean time I have ordered the correct size— and hope they will be here in time for Christmas!

Great to find variety of shoes in extra wide sizes. A little nervous about timing of the shipping since the order showed "in process" for about a week. Called customer service and they sped up the process with their warehouse. I received the order in the next few days.

I wear a size 9 in all shoes and I ordered the black Harley boots in a 9 1/2 going large because I like to wear socks with my boots and I could barely get that boot on and it was so tight in the ball of the foot area. I wore them for the day just to try to see if they would stretch out but they are definitely not as true size. Disappointed because this is actually a Harley-Davidson labeled boot.
