Shoebacca

I heard about this product and sale price through Brad's Deal. It was about $10 lower than other vendors. I took a chance with the site since I haven't used them before. Experience was good and I'm excited to see the sneaker since I've been searching for so long.

The shoes I had ordered were exactly as described. I loved them! Unfortunately they pinched a nerve on the top of my foot! (I have weird feet and it happens occasionally). Called customer service to return and it was extremely easy. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Very easy. Shoes were shipped super fast and received them in 2 days. The men's shoes fit perfectly! My wife's shoes did not fit, therfore I need to return those. But I am overly satisfied with Shoebacca.

My experience with Shoebacca was very professional. When I didn't receive an email with a shipment confirmation, I called the number they provided and really expected to get an automated run around, BUT that was NOT the experience I had. They were very helpful and sent me tracking information immediately. Incredibly satisfied with this company will order from them in the future.

I would definitely go a half size or one size up. I never really have size issues with shoes I'm a true 8 but my toe just touches the front of the shoe and be prepared to break them in with bandaids on your ankles.

Terrible experience. Waited for delivery, and 10 days after supposed delivery date no product, no notification from Shoebacca of any problem. Had to call 3x and email 2x and finally after me calling the third time, said I'd get a refund. I had to do all the work, they never reached out to me. We'll see, not optimistic.

I would've appreciated a link to include a section where we'd be notified if certain shoes are going to be restocked in our size in the future.

I'd received a stain on one pair of my shoes. Don't know about the quality of fit as I haven't tried them on yet.

I heard about Shoebacca online and found a pair of running shoes I like. They have all the name brands and at affordable prices and diverse styles and colors. Overall I am satisfied with my selection.

I usually wear a 6 in boys and women! However these shoes are tight they fit more like a 6 in women. There's no stores that I know of and the restocking fee is $7. I don't know point of returning! If I decide to take a rest and Shop with shoebacca again I will definitely size up

I ordered some sneakers in a pretty bleu/pink/grey pastel color. It was not clear from the sales ad that the sneakers were for men. I ordered my normal size but they are far to big, as the box states that they are men's shoes. I am sending them back. It's a sales tactic, btw, as I went on the website again and it's often not clear whether shoes are for women or men.

I ordered a pair of gloves for a fair price and free delivery but the only concern was that I did not receive any confirmation email when I submit the order. I inquired customer service and they quickly replied my email and provided the tracking, and I received my item in few days. So everything was satisfying but it would be great if received order confirmation.

I ordered 3 pairs of asics running shoes and 2 were shipped correctly but the 3rd was not the right
Style or size. Shoebacca promptly sent me a return label but I had to locate a UPS store and take them
there.The credit was issued as soon as they received the returned shoes. Customer service was great
But the shipping dept. needs to be a little more careful.

I ordered two pair of Sperry's. The turquoise moccasin fit perfectly and is very comfortable. The blue ice metallic was so tight, my foot would not go into it. They are both size 8 medium. And made by the same company. They are both beautiful, and just the colors I was looking for. I am only sorry that I cannot wear the blue ice metallic pair.

I was not familiar with Shoebacca prior to this purchase. Because of that, I checked first to make sure they were legit and apparently I've been missing out on some good finds because they totally are.
Found the shoes in the size we needed and no one else had them! Shipping was super fast (we did expedite because we needed them for a bday gift) and we received them in time. They were exactly what she wanted!

I needed some boots that would let me kick hay and goat poop out of the way of the gates every morning (so that I wouldn't get hay in my shoes). These are perfect! They fit great, they're comfortable, they were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
