I did not receive an email when my order shipped, although the email I received said I would be notified. Took over a week from order date to delivery, but this might be normal. I am spoiled by the delivery service of Amazon Prime.

The customer service as great and they are very professional the worked really fast to help me out. This was a great experience I would recommend to my family and friends and I would also be happy to use their services again Thank you

Ordered some Lucchese boots and they got stuck in "processing" and was given the run around by customer service.

I will not be ordering from them again. The only reason I did was because everywhere else was sold out of the boots i wanted.

I got a really good deal on authentic shoes for the best price on the market. Shipping only took three business days. They forgot to send me a shipping confirmation but I was able to track it online through the order number. Good enough.

I was really hesitant to purchase from this website as I thought it was a scam or perhaps fake shoes being sold on the site. It turns out that I was really wrong. The quality of the shoes blew my mind. The shoes are affordable and is the real deal just as would get on the actual shoes website, for example, Puma or any other brand of shoes. The delivery was fast. I am going to buy more shoes on shoebacca. Thank you for your fast delivery and authenticity. Disclaimer: If you wear size 9 in shoes for example, you need to order 9.5 in order to fit your actual size. Same thing if you wear size 10, order 10.5 otherwise the shoe will not fit, it would be a little too small for your feet. This is is the case even for my shoes I bought from Puma's website before I came across Shoebacca so it is not shoebacca's issues.

I've been wearing size 9 1/2 men's shoes for 60 years. Only a few times in all those years have I ever need a larger size. I ordered a size 10 this time, as I was ordering slip-on shoes. I couldn't even get my heels into them. They were at least a full size too small, maybe more.

I sent an email to cust svc and received a prompt reply. However, whoever responded, couldn't put together a complete sentence, forcing me to make a request for clarification. My second email was promptly replied to as well. Because this was not my mistake, but rather that of the manufacturer's, I asked to have replacement shoes sent to me without me having to make a subsequent purchase. My request was refused. I was sent only a return authorization. It seems that since this was essentially a manufacturer's defect, you could have exercised a bit more flexibility in the name of customer satisfaction.

I really don't prefer buying online especially shoes and cloths but my cousin regularly buy things online and he was the one who suggested me to buy shoes from shoebacca and i was really amazed with the quality and also the looks were great. Finally got a belief in online shopping. Thanks for maintaining the trust.

The shoes I ordered were labeled inconsistently compared to the brand. Instead of getting narrow/medium (they were labeled as medium), I received regular/wide. This was confusing. Now I have to hassle with a return. Probably my last order.

When the shoes were not delivered when I had expected them the task of trying to track the shipment was very frustrating. It was extremely difficult to access or find a customer service with this company. I was about to give up when finally they arrived. They were several days late according to the delivery date.

I purchased some basketball sneakers for my son for his tryouts. I received cowboy boots instead. Customer service was awesome and made the return easy but who ever in the warehouse was not paying attention.

I ordered two pairs of Vans for my wife's birthday. They were super cheap, almost too good to be true. I did some research and found some crazy reviews. I panicked. So the delivery date came and the mailman came and went, no shoes. I panicked more. Ten minutes later doorbell rings and it's the mailman with the shoes. Exactly what I ordered, original packaging, nothing shady. Will order again for sure.

I tried several pairs of boots with Shoebacca before finding the right pair. I never had any issues with returns or with receiving a new pair promptly. Shoebacca is a great site to locate hard-to-find styles and sizes.

Never buy from here. She was never arrived and still havent refunded my money. Customer service was Nonexistent, I got lucky that I even got to speak to somebody. The customer service representative had no clue what they were doing and kept saying that they would look into it.

I had ordered a pair of shoes to wear for work. I put them on and they made my pinky toes hurt. I sent them back, and was told that I will not receive a refund because they were worn and had a scuff mark. I will never order from this site again and will let everyone I know about my experience.

I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews, however the shoes I wanted were a full 40.00 less than elsewhere so I crossed my fingers and took a chance. I ordered them Thursday night/Friday morning, and they were delivered on Saturday. Incredibly quick delivery and exactly what I ordered!

I bought a (sale) pair of Keen Targhee II hiking shoes - I was happy to see that Shoebacca had it my sign & the desired color. The whole shopping experience was quick & easy and the shoes arrived as scheduled. I've been wearing them since & am going hiking with them today.

The shoes I ordered were the wrong fit, so I had to return them. But the customer service from Terrance was extraordinary! He picked up the phone after just one ring, and helped me with the return within minutes. His friendliness and helpful attitude were above and beyond.
I will be ordering more shoes in the next few days to hopefully find the ones that fit perfectly.

I received the order promptly, but the shoe is unsatisfactory. Not a good fit and very uncomfortable. I would like to make a return, but I apparently checked out as a guest(?) because there is no record of my email/account with which to reset a password.

First time ordering from Shoebacca, never even heard of it before. I did a web search for the running shoes I wanted and the Shoebacca website was listed. Easy to find my size and color and got my shoes a couple days later. Easy as Pie!
