Shoebacca

Poorly made shoes. The shoes do not match in size and as well as embellishment like where you put a toe in one toes huge and the other toe is small. My husband paid for them all almost $300. He is pissed.
How do I send them back?

I was surfing the internet for long sleeved t-shirts with an spf rating for hiking and came across Shoebacca. The shirts looked good and the price was excellent so I ordered 3. The order arrived a day before expected in good condition and imagine my surprise when I saw the shirts were made in the USA, a special bonus. I'll definitely order here again.

I got some vegan continental 80 shoes and they're perfect! I was a little skeptical of ordering adidas shoes for a site that's not adidas, but shoebacca proved I should've have no worries ordering from them. They are definitely real adidas came in the adidas box and everything and it came super fast.

The shoes were way too big. Im not even sure they're true Pumas. They have marks on then like they've been worn or handled before and the return 8s a pain in the behind. I don't have the box or order number and the website didn't keep track of my order.

UPS delivered the box it came in to include the box the boots were in all wet and soggy. I don't why or how this would happen. My front door is under cover and does not get wet from rain or any inclement weather. Further more that day it hadn't rained.

I've been eyeballing these shoes for a few months and finally decided to purchase. They are very comfortable and after reading the reviews prior to purchasing, I'm glad I ordered a larger size. They run small.

Both shoes arrived in the same box within a week of me placing the order! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw an email in my inbox telling me that the shoes would arrive two days after being shipped.

My daughter had a growth spurt and needed nee shoes. Shoebacca had sizing charts and we were able to sort by size and style and find 3 pairs of shoes that fit well. She's received compliments on her shoes.

The boots were fine. The box and boots came with dust covered all over them though. Not a huge deal but I've just never had that happen. The price was significantly cheaper than Zappos though for some reason so I'll take the dust for that

I am extremely thrilled that I ordered this pair for work where I constantly walking est. 10 miles per day. This took hardly anytime to break in. My feet were comfy and warm and happier than ever! Love love love this deal

This will be my second shoe purchase from this site, first had no issue. The 2nd shoe i bought did not fit right, i mailed the shoe back paid $11 for USPS, shoe sent was not in original box. Waited for their reply... waited... waited... called customer service, just to find out that they sent it back, because it's not in it's original box. Now cannot get a refund or exchange. Never again Shoebacca!
