Shoebacca had the model and size shoe I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Placing the order for the color and size was easy and efficient. Selected regular shipping and delivery was made within 3 days. Not sure if that is always the case, but I could not have been happier.

Purchase very good. I have a serious balance problem and desired a new pair of black shoes. I have always liked Cole Haan shoes and have shopped and travelled to Maine almost yearly for over 60 years. The shoes I bought will not fit my purchase purpose as I am more unstable and apt to fall when wearing them. I realize they are not returnable and am looking for a person to give them or will find a way to provide them to a local Boulder, Colorado Charity.

The site offers a tremendous selection of sneakers that aren't available elsewhere. The prices are fair, though not heavily discounted as the advertising implies. Easy site to navigate, but when looking at a specific pair of shoes and returning to the list of products, you're returned to the top of the list, not where you left off. Overall I am pleased with the experience and have since ordered two more pairs of sneakers.

Kinda self explanatory. Like I needed a new shoe. And it's 2021, so I used my so called "smart" phone. And there you were. And now, youll never leave me alone, I already know how this works. First, it's a pair of shoes. Then it's a never ending chain of emails NEEDING ME to interact with your funnel. And here we are.

Thankfully Shoebacca had the boots I was looking for with the feature I needed based on purchasing a variation of the item (non-safety to was needed due to the low toe box of the steel toe). Because of my very uncommon size (18 EW) I ordered two pair. This was beneficial because after arriving quickly, I found that one pair of boots varied widely in pigment, while the other was better matched. I was able to swap boots from the pairs to get closer to having both pairs match. Also, the leather piping on the medial seam of one of the boots was torn away, revealing the white filler in the piping. Structurally the boots seem sound though it may impact how waterproof they turn out to be. So all in all, there were a few quality control issues that impacted otherwise very good service.

This was easy, you have a great selection and I found the exact right pair of shoes for my wedding day! I tried four other pairs beforehand on other sites, and this site seemed to come out of nowhere and saved the day.

It was easy to place the order. The only thing I would say is your website is a little less than responsive, things sort of jump around and it's hard to see the price of the item because of the pop up boxes.

It was easy and fast to received my shoes. The shoes are what I wanted which I have been looking for months. The lilac was exact color of my new purse. I ordered an extra same shoes of different color. Being on sale was a bonus. Thank You.

Delivery service not explained. The product was originally shipped by UPS, then delivered to USPS to fulfill delivery. Confusion with text messages prompted me to search neighborhood for package when it said it was delivered, with a picture of an unfamiliar front door.

I bought for a gift sneakers white Steve Madden maxima. When my friend open box she sow sneakers with with yellow spots. She threw them away, because they are not pure white, which I ordered, but all with yellow stains and stripes. I have pictures with that sneakers.

I ordered a pair of running shoes and used a coupon. The shoes I received were the wrong size. Shoebacca's so-called "customer service" said they don't do exchanges and that my only option was to return the shoes and lose the value of the coupon I used. Thanks for nothing. Seems like they could have regenerated a coupon code or done an exchange.

Crappy experience. I purchased shoes with a coupon code and received the wrong size. Their "customer service" said that they don't do exchanges and that I was basically out of luck. I can return the shoes and repurchase at full price. Seems like doing an exchange or regenerating a coupon code wouldn't have been a big deal.

I am glad that tried this shopping website. Shoebacca surprised me, the online shopping is not bad, i found the shoes are in a discount price. And the shipping was quick. The shoes are in a good condition, i have not yet wear it, but the whole shopping experience is smooth. I already told my friend about it. Thank you for the good service.

I just asked if i could return the shoes even though it's a sale item.

Called one time to check on order status and they were very fast to confirm the shoes were coming and provided tracking number on demand. Over so great experience will be using them again to get shoes.

Such an easy process. Finding the shoes was a godsend. My right foot is damaged and this particular shoe is the only shoe that is pure comfort. The pair I had worn out is replaced. Thank you! What a blessing!

Shoes came quickly. However, shipping box was not sealed completely or somehow loosed during mailing. But, the Frye shoe box itself was intact. Shoes beautifully made, but small. The correct shoe size, but difficult to put on and pull off.

Easily found as requested, when in search for similar shoes of last year, except they were.5 smaller, for the size up was unavailable. After a year of putting up with it, gratefully ordered one size up quickly.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was waiting for a long time to receive them. Finally decided to call and was told that order for all 3 pairs was canceled, because they were out of stock! I did not receive any email regarding this cancellation and found out about this only by calling.
I am wondering why you take order if you don't have inventory…

Terrible customer experience. Takes forever to process returns. I bought a Living Social voucher, $30 for $60, to use for this company and now they will not let me use it at all. They basically stole $30 from me.

I had to return my order 2x - the first time, because the items shipped did not look at all as pictured, second time, because they didn't fit.

I got an email saying that I was limited to 2 returns with the voucher, even though there was no fine print ANYWHERE on the voucher beforehand to explain this. I then called to ask them about this, and they said sorry that's our policy. I said it's not a fair policy when you don't tell people about it at all beforehand, and they basically just took my money that I spent on my voucher, and I have nothing to show for it.

TERRIBLE customer service.

These shoes were for my 5year old son they looked cute in the pictures but they blew me away in person! Also they have suede that was not damaged when he was running through the rain! He loves them and says they make him faster

I found a pair of Sperry's that were a little difficult to find at the price I wanted and with my size on Shoebacca. I ordered them with the standard shipping and they came really quick, within just a few days! They were just as I expected, perfect.
