Beautiful boots. But the second I tried them on I felt pain in my right lower ankle and quickly got a blister. I'd never gotten a blister near my ankle. If I had tried on the shoes I would not have bought them.

I found some comfortable boots that my friend recommended as tough, the Keen Targhee III men's hiking boots. In an outdoor outfitter store in my area, they cost a cool $170. I found them on Shoebacca for almost half of that! Initial inspection doesn't seem to show any funny business going on (e.g. Counterfeit). There was a small amount of unidentified odorless clear gel on the shoes which was weird. Tops appeared scuffed and slightly blotchy, but referring back to comparison photos I took at the outfitter store, they did on the pair I tried on there as well...so just the material I guess!

The tracking showed the return package was received over a month ago but no refund and no acknowledgement in my account that the return was received. Called four times --- each time the customer service apologized, agreed that it was received, promised me it will be resolved, and asked me to call back in a week. Did that four times. No refund. Every time the reason was "we are processing. It may take some time" or "our system has an issue. It happens but we are on it". The "the supervisor" even gave me his name and asked me to call him back. When I did, "the supervisor" was talking to "upper management" and cannot talk to me.

The agents were polite but helpless. I do not think it is their fault that the return was not given but sorry --- when your system always "has an issue", these people in the front line had to face unhappy customers.

I was disappointed with the price when I saw the Asics 24 model on Amazon for $65. I paid $70to Shoebacca for a Asics model...4 years older.

Not only that I got free shipping within 48 hours. I had to wait 5 days for Shoebacca. I am searching for for shoes first at Amazon and then maybe Shoebacca.

My experience was fine- great service wonderful response to inquiries but the items I ordered didn't fit so they were returned.

Excellent deal on shoes and very quick shipping. I should not be required to type 50 characters on her, though.

The boots were fine. The box and boots came with dust covered all over them though. Not a huge deal but I've just never had that happen. The price was significantly cheaper than Zappos though for some reason so I'll take the dust for that

My husband blew out his boots but we didn't want to buy new ones right now because they are so expensive. Shoebacca had them 50%off I ordered them expecting something to be wrong with them. They were perfect. We were so happy to get new boots!
