I was also hesitant to order from shoe bacca, and it was the only store that had the shoes that I wanted in stock. However, they did such a great job! They emailed me all the info bout my shoes and I got them a day earlier than the planned date - only took 3 days! Shoe fits perfectly and I'm so happy I finally found these shoes(:

I rarely order shoes online. I wear a 6-6 1/2N which is usually not available on most third-party sites, but I saw the narrow listing on this site and ordered immediately. Service was prompt and the shoes arrived in perfect condition.

Always a little nervous about using a new company online that I haven't had any experience with, so I was delighted that entire experience went off without a hitch! Got the shoes I wanted at the price I wanted in a fine time frame and with good communication. Thanks!

Shoebacca is a great website and finds good deals to offer customers. I ordered to pairs of Men's athletic shoes and very glad with them and the price that I paid for them. Would advice Shoebacca company to everybody.

I haven't ever purchased anything on this site, but I certainly well in the future. My package came quickly, the pricing was competitive if not better, and I like the return policy (even though I am not returning anything).

I have bought multiple pairs of shoes and each time I have been completely satisfied from ordering to receiving my order. Shoebacca has not disappointed and I have referred lots of people to the site for their footwear needs.

Problems with painful legs and feet - someone recommended KEEN lightweight hiker shoes. Several employees have these shoes and Love them. I figured it was worth a try. Been wearing them since I got them and Very Happy with comfort!

Unfortunately the Puma jerseys are rather small but I kind of expected it because of the model. But my kid loves them. I loved the shoes and they look great. I am glad I bought the items. My father decided to get the shoes as well after he saw my purchase..

Unfortunately the shoes were a bit tight. They were great gaulity but just ran small for this all leather shoe. I contacted Shoebacva and the customer service was awesome. Got me a return label in about 5 minutes. My new goto online store for shoes!

The shoes are great, the price was the best on the Internet but unfortunately I received the wrong size. So now I have to return them, hopefully I don't have an issue since my husband wore them and then realized they were the wrong size when they started hurting his feet.

Placed order. Recieved confrmation email. Recived notice they're ready to go.
That's it. Crickets for over 2 weeks.
Had to call customer service, was told they'll look into it and send me an email.
Crickets.
Called again, told I'd be receiving a refund.
Still waiting

Excellent as usual! Upon ordering online I did experience numerous difficulties with the site. So I called and a representative placed the order for me and I received my sneakers a day before I needed them!

I ordered a light weight wind jacket for my husband that was the style he was looking for. And great that it was on sale. We were pleased with the very prompt delivery time and the quality of the jacket. My husband has already recommended Shoebacca to a golf buddy. We'll continue to shop Shoebacca.

I purchased sneakers and they were a little larger than expected. I returned them UPS 3 weeks ago and I still hadn't received my refund. Calling is obsolete on hold forever. Last time ever purchasing from them. Also contacting BBB

These tennis shoes are awesome. I wear at a dentists office all day and they're my favorites! The price at Shoebacca was great. I bought a pair for myself, then bought a pair for my mother in law. We are very happy with them.

I have many pairs of Frye shoes and boots, and a 9M always fits me perfectly, except for the Paul Light Chukka. This one was tight, and I'll have to return and size up. I think a half-size up should do it, hopefully.

Called in to notify that the shoes were too small. Return shipping label was promptly emailed.

Very pleased with the price of the shoes I ordered. I didn't find the Shoebacca website after the sale quite up to snuff, though. Every time I try to manage my account, find my order, etc., the link just sends me back to the home page. Even with my order number and email address, the site says I don't have any orders. I'm not sure I'll order again, simply because of the issues I've had with the site. I don't want to have to call someone in order to return the size I don't need. My email address or the order number should send me somewhere other than the home page.

Love the wide variety of shoes, sizes and prices! I love the service and the speed of which my product was delivered. However, I don't believe the customer should be forced to type a 50 word reflection describing their experience. That is just too much to ask.

After reading a few bad reviews about Shoebacca, I wasn't sure if I should order here. But. They were the only ones to sell the shoes I wanted, so I decided to take the risk.
The shoes were shipped immediately, and I think they arrived 2 days after I ordered them.
Size was good, I have no complaints at all.
I did not have any contact to their customer service, so I can't write a review about them unfortunately, but the rest was really ok!

My husband blew out his boots but we didn't want to buy new ones right now because they are so expensive. Shoebacca had them 50%off I ordered them expecting something to be wrong with them. They were perfect. We were so happy to get new boots!

Shoebacca is a fabulous and convenient vendor and I always recommend them to family and friends. I always love the shoes; except this time, when I ordered the Birkenstock flip flops. When I wear them I feel like I have razor blades between my toes, they are so uncomfortable. I don't recommend these shoes at all

Overall, I am pleased with my shopping experience. I was a tad bit nervous with the shipping as I received notification that my item had been returned to sender. I believe it was a glitch in the couriers system. Received my shoes; nicely packaged. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit they were too tight in the toe area, and I am not happy that I would lose so much money for a restock fee that I did not realize at the time. I will not be ordering further from Shoebacca.
