Ordered Keen hiking boots for upcoming hiking vacay. Got the Targhee III. They were $70 cheaper than other online and ground stores. Came within week of me ordering, free shipping, and they included free gift with them. Great experience!

For some reason credit card wouldn’t take over website. I called in to place order. Super easy!

I get emails from Bradsdeals.com and the Diadora sneakers were on sale at Shoebacca.com for an incredibly low price so I checked them out and now that I have them they fit great and are very comfortable.

I clicked on an Instagram ad because I had been wanting some shoes. I found some I liked on clearance, so I ordered them. The price was good. They arrived by UPS a few days later. Now they are my shoes.

I have been looking for a particular type of shoe and at times seemed to be unavailable at a few stores and retailers, a few clicks later, Shoebacca had my shoes ready for shipping and at no extra cost.

I ordered 2 pairs of Pumas due to a sale. The shoes arrived in a couple of day. One of them had a defect in the heel. Customer service provided a quick reply and instructions on how to resolve my issue.

I have never bought a shoe or boot on line and was pleased how smoothly the process was. The only surprise was, I thought I would have received advance notification that my order was in route. Happily my order was delivered to my door step a day earlier than indicated.

They'll take your money gladly but will fight like crazy to actually give you the items you bought.

My husband used the boots in the house and before we left to our event the boots looked cracked. Seemed a good quality until you put them on and wore them. Please read reviews on boot before purchasing.

I would have given them a 5 star but delivery was a little confusing as they shipped free items and email stated shoes were received. Instead they shipped 2 packages and happily I received everything. Shoes are great!

This has been the worst on line experience.
I got the shoes yes but again the wrong size.
But I do not want to deal with the head ache of having to return the items and waiting for the credit and then replacing an order. I have never placed an on line order and had to do that. It's more money spent in time and gas then the purchase of the shoes.
It's very disappointing that I now have 2 different pairs of shoes that can not be used because the wrong size was sent to me and I have spent money on them.

I got no notification that my order was received. Got no notification my order had been shipped. Got no invoice or paperwork with the order.
Also, could not log into my account with my email address, and it had to be changed in order for me to return the merchandise and it took 25 minutes over the phone to do this with someone whose accent was so thick. I could barely understand them.

I was able to find the product I was looking for, in my size, in stock, at a good price and ready for immediate delivery at Shoebacca, when it was next to impossible to find elsewhere. I was not familiar with Shoebacca until it showed up in my search, but it will definitely be included when I am in the market for shoes again.
