HI -- Shoebacca should be more clear that it is necessary to have an account to easily return items. I have now set up an account, but because we ordered before the account existed it is way too hard to find a way to input the order number and ask for a return label...

My product arrived in the size I ordered, and in perfect, unused condition. The 11.5 I ordered fits perfectly, and I forgot all about the free hat! That thing is of nice quality as well. I will be purchasing again with Shoebacca in the near future. Thank you to all those involved in making sure that my order arrived quickly and accurately.

Shoebacca is legit thought I was going to wait for my order to ship internationally but I was surprised to see my order in a couple of days without express shipping. My only critic is better selection of athletic shoes puma is great but more brands please

I finally found the trail shoes i was looking for and the price at Shoebacca for this name brand product was at least 35% less than all other offers. Transaction was simple and service was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the follow up that my order was received.

I ordered four pair of shoes and teo of the shoes were dirty with footprints and scuff marks. Im handicapped and the hassle of sending items back are a bit much for me. So when i informed the company. They gave me a 15% discount for a future purchase.

The site looks very pretty, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. That is, if you buy shoes from here be prepared to never ever get them returned. Their customer service number is an answering machine that tells you the hours of the day, 8-5. I've called at around noon three times now. I've emailed them three times. I've contacted them through their site. Their return page says my order DOESN'T EXIST?
All in all, they'll send you shoes, but if theirs ANYTHING wrong with them prepare to get totally screwed over and lied to. Never again.

I ordered these shoes from Amazon first. After waiting 8 days I was upset and cancel my order.
I found the same shoes here, slightly at a cheaper price and ordered for the first time. Worked great! Received the shoes after 3 days. In a perfect condition. It works.

Very in love with my boots like the color and style.

The only thing I'm concerned is that the picture that shows my boots delivered is not my house.

Please double check i did not get charged twice

Easy purchase, from the portal, they sent me my order number, but I never received the shipping number and the package arrived on time but I never knew it was going to arrive, so that they take it into account.

I was a bit weary when I read these reviews so I processed my order through PayPal for safety more or less.
I placed an order and within a couple of days my order was shipped. I received my order and exactly what I ordered on the expected delivery date.
I have no complaints about this company.

Was looking for something to go wit my new outfit your site had several pair i was interested in ended up couldn't make up my mind on which one to get price was so good got both pair an I'm styling an profiling

I do feel that it is fairly easy to navigate the site and find what I am looking for. I wanted a neutral sneaker and a bright sneaker. The colors matched the website but the fit was different for each shoe. I was very pleased with one of my choices and was able to return the others with no hassle. I consider this my number one reason for choosing this store, since I cannot go into brick and mortar stores to try shoes on at this time

This place has great brand and choices of shoes that are actually affordable. I bought my teenage son these. He goes through shoes and ot gets expensive. Wish I knew about this site when he was younger anf when my other was still ast home. Thanks

Shoebacca is great! The shoes I ordered came super fast. My only issue is that I have these exact shoes in a different color. From what I could tell, the ones I ordered were normal width like the ones I already have in the other color. However, the width was huge on the pair I received and way too big. I ordered a second pair in half a size smaller and the width was still massive. I'm not sure if it is a manufacturing issue with Frye or if someone is pulling wide width instead of the regular width by mistake or if I somehow accidentally ordered wide both times. I am returning both pairs unfortunately, but Shoebacca made the returns very easy.

Do not believe the website. It claims that if you can put it in your cart, it's in stock. That is false. They will take and process your money, cancel your order days later, and not issue a refund in a timely process. Do not trust this company.

My sneakers arrived correctly and when they were promised. I would have given 5 stars, but the sneaker boxes were all dented pretty bad and although the sneakers appear fine and shipping box was fine, I think I should have been informed of this. Also, I was supposed to get a free water bottle and didn't, but I did save $10 off of $60 or more and the sneakers were a great deal.

A quick, clean process. I saw the boots I wanted, placed an order, and received the boots as scheduled. It was a fair price, and the boots seem very comfortable, though I have not yet had a chance to break them in

I ordered shoes on Amazon that were erroneously charge sales tax. When I tried to submit our tax exemption for for reimbursement, the customer service rep explained to me that they do not participate in the sales tax exemption program. This is not an option for the company I work for so the only option would be to return the shoes and cancel the order completely which would cost me as much as the sales tax. If I would have been informed of this optional inflexibility up front, I would have been more attentive to the vendor I was buying from.

When you click on the site and enter your email a discount code is sent to you. The discount code didn't work. I followed up with an email and they asked me to call them. The woman was great on the phone she stated this happens all the time with that the codes don't work. She also said she was refunding me the money. I do not know if it was a scam but the money was never refunded, the code never worked and they got me to pay full price.
