Took 13 days to receive my order. I wear a 10-10.5 shoe, the size chart said for my shoe size to order a large. The shoe is 2-3 sizes to big. On bottom of shoe it says for U.S. A size I need a med the size chart must be set for the UK. Which I obviously do not live in, thanks for nothing!

Do not fall for this SCAM company. Dont expect to get a refund on returned products. They dont even let you know if there is any delay from their end. My return is due for almost 2 months and i even forgot about it. I was randomly my bak statement and found that this $#*! didnt refunded my amount even after 2 months.

My purchases were made as a guest and for whatever reason I never received a confirmation of my order and could not track it.
Also I never received a receipt of order. Customer service was very helpful in finding and tracking my order but could not provide me with a receipt or copy of my confirmation. I am hoping this was because purchase was made as a guest.

Very impressed, I had tried to order shoes through another company and they kept delaying delivery. I had a special event and had to cancel that order through Chinese Laundry. This was last minute order and got them in time for the event.

I have been looking all over for cute cowboy booties and tried on too many pair to count. I took the risk to order these and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love these boots and they fit me even with my bunyon. And they arrived fast!

I ordered a pair of The North Face men's hiking shoes, and if they would have fit my husband they would have been perfect. They were nice looking and seemed to be of good quality but had to return because of the fit.

I must say I was 95% skeptical about buying shoes fro Shoebacca from reading the reviews. I really wanted the shoes and they had them for a lower price than anyone. I took a chance. I did receive my shoes in about 3-4 days. Right size and right shoe. The only issue I had was, I didn't get a confirmation email or a tracking number. The shoes just showed up. I would try Shoebacca again.

Ordered work boots in April and never received them which is fine I understand things are a little crazy right now, but to tell me they refunded my money when they never did is crazy to me! I have my account

I like the shoes but they don't fit. I was very hesitant about purchasing shoes online without trying them on but I gave it a shot. I have a few pair of the same brand in the size I ordered but, unfortunately, they don't fit and I will need to return them.

These boots are beatuiful and very durable. They were, however, a bit too narrow for my feet so I ended up returning them. I tried to exchange them for the next size up, but they were out of stock. I was actually thinking about keeping them and giving them to someone as a gift, but I didn't want to take the chance that it would be too narrow for them also.

I was looking for these New Balance 997's in this particular colorway and was having trouble finding them. Until I came across them on Shoebacca's website! I ordered them and they got shipped to me extremely fast. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Website is user friendly. I realised after receiving my shoe that i should have ordered a half size bigger.
Unfortunately when I checked the website they didn't have it in size 10 so I ordered a different color

I ordered a Puma jacket that was on sale. My size was available and I was offered a free gift that was a nice water bottle. I got the items in time and they were in great condition. Overall, very happy with my experience. Will use Shoebacca again.

Wasn't a very DEEP selection, but it was broad. The pair I ordered didn't fit, but the return process was as simple/basic as possible.
So not much interaction experience with them on my first time buying from here, but it was good.

The 2 day shipping is easily misread. Apparently you have to wait for the order to be processed which could take from 2 to 7 business days. Then they ship the order out which if you pay for 2 day shipping you should receive your item within 2 business days

I ordered the same pair of shoes through a different vender. The order went through and three days later I received a notice saying "order canceled due to product no longer being available". I did an internet search and Shoebacca was the only place that I found with the shoe and size I wanted. I had never heard of Shoebacca, but I took a chance and placed the order. They exceeded my expectations with regard to fast shipping, communication, and after sale follow-up. They are the real deal!

Please read the reviews for the sites that your buying from before you buy the item. I didn't do that and now im paying for it. I never received my order or a confirmation email so i contacted customer service. They told me that the item will be delivered on the 13th but they sent the tracking number on the 15th, 2 days after the order was suppose to be delivered and its still not here. They get you with the cheap prices but dont fall for the scam guys.

One issue was the color representation on the web site was off just enough that I thought I ordered the wrong shoes. Now. I understand that it could be my monitor or maybe I didn't look hard enough. But I like the experience over all.

The shoes were not the color represented in the photo. I have a couple pair of Pumas and these were not of the same quality. The fit was different even though they are the same style. Shipping was free but the return cost $6.50

I loved the boots I ordered, unfortunately, they were too small and had to be returned. I had a great experience with Shoebacca. They offered a great product at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick also I was able to return my boots with no issues.

A notification email stating my order was mailed would have been nice. I didn't find out my order was delivered until i had to manually enter the order details. I do not know why i have an account created which has order details from an ebay purchase but the order details of my latest purchase directly from the site were not linked to the account with my email address.
