I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
The shopping experience online was easy and enjoyable. Showbacca had a Men's Birkenstock - Arizona Sandal (for my husband) in Anthracite Gray, that I could not find on other popular shoe sites. I wasn't sure of the correct size, so I ordered two sizes to try out. My order arrived promptly and in good condition. After try-on, I easily returned the size that did not fit and kept the one that did. My husband loves the sandal - thank you!

I needed a new pair of motorcycle boots.
Product received was as described. I mistakenly ordered two of the same product. I received a refund receipt and sent 1 pair of the shoes back for a refund. It has been two (2) weeks and still no response on refund status.
Customer service advised that sending one pair back would not be a problem. To date have not received credit for the one pair I sent back,

Had to do a snap shot and email it to customer service to show them the advertised price was lower than the price when I put it in the cart to pay for it. Eventually I was given the $6.00 credit but what a non-customer pleasing event!
Shoebacca is a great name and I ordered my running shoes from this site because you had the best price on the particular shoes I wanted. The order was processed and delivered very quickly. Very satisfied with my first order and will probably order from this site again!

I called in about an order I placed for some Pumas and I was assisted by Trenice. She was very polite and professional in assisting me with my issue. Most companies don't care about the customer once they have received payment but Trenice took the time to resolve the issue and gave amazing customer service in the process. She deserves a raise for the quality of service she delivered.
I was skeptical about this website because I had never heard of it before and nobody I knew ever ordered from it. Despite that, I ordered through the website and was very happy that I did! The website is legitimate and shipping was very fast! I believe I received my order the same week I purchased if not a few days later. Definitely recommend :)

I owned the Adidas CrazyLight Boost in 2016 and Shoebacca had a pair in size 13.
After reading some reviews last year, I was nervous about actually getting my order, so I only ordered one pair last summer. It came in good time and was just what I ordered, so I ordered two pairs this time. They arrived in a timely manner also and were just what I ordered. Very satisfied!
I've run in these shoes before, and they are my favorite.
I order a size 10 (usually a 9 1/2). It's too big. I called to arrange an exchange for a size 9. They won't do an exchange. So I had to order another shoe size 9 and return one. More of an inconvenience then anything. I also had taken advantage of your $10 off coupon as a first time customer and sadly that went to the size 10 order. So I lost that with the size 9 order unfortunately.
They sent a return label. I’m just now waiting for the size 9 shoes so I can compare sizing. I’ll keep the best fitting ones and return the others.

I have a very difficult time finding any boots that fit. My love to be barefoot all the time, plus some injures have left me with wide 6X plus and a high instep feet. The boots are well made and fit fairly well right out of the box. (I did a little stretching on the instep) and the shipping was VERY fast. I will be ordering another pair soon

I have very wide feet, these boots looked to have a large toe box and the width I needed. To my delight, they did. Great construction, heavy duty leather, great lugs on the soles.
Honestly I was very satisfied with my purchases. Package came perfect nothing wrong with boxes or my shoes. They arrived the date they tell you. My shoes fit perfect. Nothing that I can complain, overall good experience.

I was searching for work boots and stumbled on yours.
I liked what I saw and decided to try them.
I hadn't set up an account and that's the best way to return. But my order didn't show up. So then I went back to process as a non-account holder but there was no tab for track my order per the instructions. So I was stuck between a rock and hard place. All I want to do is return. So I sent an email in reply to my order confirmation as the info was all there for you to have. But no. It didn't go because its a non reply email address. So I am trying approach # 4 which I have to figure out. I can't call because of where I am right now. WAY WAY too complicated and full of dead ends. You need to link up better with yourself rather than make me do all this work just to return my shoes. I am inclined not to use you again, though I really liked discovering Shoebacca before all of this mishigas.

Beautiful boots. But the second I tried them on I felt pain in my right lower ankle and quickly got a blister. I'd never gotten a blister near my ankle. If I had tried on the shoes I would not have bought them.

I've had 4 pairs of Keen boots, loved them and wore them out. But they were all low cut, this pair is a mid, which made a huge difference.
I was so excited for my watch to come and was very disappointed to find that it came dead and needed a battery replacing. The customer service rep was very nice and refunded me enough to pay for my watch to get fixed.

I need to return the shoes because I ordered the wrong size, but since I signed in as a guest, it is telling me that I do not have any orders. I have emailed customer service, but I have not received a response.
