My experience shopping on Shoebacca's website is always a pleasure. I find my size shoe, for a great price and I always have a lot of options to select from. I also like that the website is easy to use and I always get my shoes fast!

I really liked there shoes, very good quality as well! And price is very affordable as well in my opinion. I am always very excited when I go to their store, what can I say I love spending my money there

I love this site. I was referred by a family member when I saw a pair of shoes she had on. I placed my order and delivery was free and fast. My only concern was the description (color) on one pair of shoes I end up returning.

Everything I have bought from this company, and there have been several pairs of shoes, have been exceptional. I keep saying I wont buy any more shoes as I have an abundance of them. I keep getting drawn in by the incredible great prices!

I love the fact, that you have a phone number and a live rep to order. A couple of my orders did not go through the first time on line. I had the ability to call and speak to a rep. which is rare these days believe it or not.

S'all very good, EXCEPT: Shipping box arrived open because only a single, thin tape strip held the box top together. Another strip or two of tape would have prevented the degrading and opening of the shipping box. What prevented the loss of shipping box contents was that the single item I purchased was beneath a layer of bubble packaging.
Please improve shipping packaging next time.

Unable to track my order. I had to call customer service to get a tracking number, and delivery estimate. When I tried to track my order on the website, I would put in my name, order number, zip code, or email, and I would get a response that my order did not exist.

Fast, efficient, and was given a tracking number. I should have gotten info on website by inputting my order number.

Wear it. And what better of a way to purchase them. Absolutely delighted with my experience that Shoebacca provided. I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived a day EARLY, paid a great price and item was exactly what Shoebacca described it being. Thanks for the great service and fast shipping. Will purchase through Shoebacca again. And again. And again.

From the moment I hit the "check-out" button to the moment my order arrived at my door I totally felt you had my back! I was kept in the shipping loop and was even notified when the delivery person was on their way to my house!

My recollection is the checkout process didn't allow me to verify the correct size. I believe the confirmation didn't have the size information in there as well I could be wrong but that's my best recollection.

My order was everything I expected and the turn around time for receiving my order was very fast. I am quite pleased and I would definitely order from Shoebacca again. Very reasonable & good quality merchandise.

I made a one digit mistake typing my address, and although I realised this almost immediately my efforts with Shoebacca to rectify my mistake failed. I shall pay very close attention to my typing in future.

I found the shopping experience to be great. The price was good and shipping was fast. I ended up returning the item I ordered, because it didn't fit right, but even the return process was fast and easy.

I was looking for really affordable shoes and found them on the site. The shoes that I bought was white Chucks, they were much more affordable than if I was to buy them from the actual Converse store.

They had a wide variety of boots. They had the boots I needed in the right size. The site also offered a discount code, which was great. Shipping was faster than expected, arriving a day earlier than estimated.

I was hesitant to order the shoes because I was unfamiliar with Shoebacca and the price was unbelievably low. They were also the only site that offered the shoes in the color I wanted. How lucky for me!

These shoes are perfection!
They are super comfortable. True to size and they are the color and style I wanted.
They can be worn inside and outside due to the quality of materials used. The soles are thick and the upper shoe is flexible!

I never review items but I felt like doing it because this site has so many bad reviews. I was scared when I ordered from here because I read many bad reviews but their right the customer service sucks but when I did get a hold of them they were nice and give me the tracking number and the shoes arrived earlier then they should've and they came in the original box and they were cheaper and they're authentic and they fit perfectly

The running shoes were different from what i saw in the website. Different color. I would like to return it. How can i do it, what do i need to sent the running shoes back and get the refund for it.

I was shopping online and like most sites offering specials I was skeptical about Shoebacca. The site navigation was easy to traverse and the site worked exactly like a site should. The pages loaded quick, the discounts also worked as they should and the checkout process was painless and surprisingly easy to do. I would definitely recommend and will be back as a return customer.

Overall I am happy, however, I found that the colors on your website were not vivid enough or clear enough. I ordered what I thought was a dark tan and got gray and ordered what I thought was light tan and got a medium tan and then placed a second order for again what I thought was light tan and got the same ones as I had ordered. I like the gray anyway as well as the other ones and will use both pairs of the same shoes eventually so am not going to return them

I've always worn the size I've ordered and when these shoes came in I had to triple check everything to make sure the size I ordered was the size I got. Everything checked out. But the shoe is extremely tight. So tight I can't wear them. Which is odd, because I the same brand and size shoe and they were never like this.

Their website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find a good deal! I received order confirmation and shipping notification for my order. Shipping from warehouse was quick and no problems were encountered.

I paid the 25 for expedited shipping because the cost of the shoes was way less than expected. I was using the shoes for an event. Well they got here three days later than they were suppose to. Not sure how that worked. So I could have paid way less for shipping as the items were not expedited for sure.
