I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
Wow, if I would have seen these comments, I would have never ordered from ShoeBacca. I order a pair of shoes Saturday and got my shoes Wednesday LOL. That was the BEST customer service I EVER had. Sometimes you gotta take your own chances.

I couldn't wait to get theses shoes. They are true to size. I decided to return and go a 1/2 size larger to fit an orthotic. The customer service rep. Walked me through the return and emailed the label. I reordered the shoes.

This was a new name brand for me... I decided to try it.
The quality of one of the 4 pair I purshased was extremely cheap and at least 2 sizes too small. Another pair of shoes that was sent was mens instead of womans. Two of the 4 pair were great. I had no problems sending the two pair back to the store and not sure if I had to pay the restocking fee.

Placed my order, 10 days later still no shipping info, called 4 times - no answer, finally got a hold of customer service. Item was shipped, when I received it they had sent the wrong item in the wrong size. I called again, asked them for the exchange and they said no I would have to just send it back and reorder the right item... Went onto the website, it item I had ordered is no longer available. Save yourself the headache and frustrations! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Bought ASICS while on sale. The delivery was super fast only 3 days and they arrived. Well definitely buy from this company again. One pair was for my boyfriend and the size was a little small but it started that in the reviews and had to return due to being a little too snug for his feet. I bought another pair for my nephew, and he loves them.
The return was easy, they email you the shipping label take it to the UPS drop off and done. WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND BUY SHOES FROM. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN AND TELL FAMILY ABOUT THEM.
Will a restock fee be applied to return an item under $50 if the customer just didn't like it or changed their mind?

The Puma RS-100 is very lightweight and are put together very well therefore you'll be able to use the sneakers for a few diffrent purposes. The size it true to fit and the insoles are gel type with heel pads within the sneaker. As for color seen in the photo, the color is a Royal Blue and leather color is a few tones lighter shade of Royal Blue.

Fly kicks, always on time. Get my blue cheese up and double it everytime to get some new shoes from here. I would buy more if they reloaded the sizes faster on shoebacca.
Found running shoes size I really needed at very good prices! Got to choose from a decent selection considering needing extra wide at 9.5 so that was nice.
