Shoebacca

Purchased 3 pairs of name brand shoes, they arrived very quickly. One pair already had a tear in the tongue but it could be easily hidden but i couldn't get over the fact that the third pair i purchased came packaged with TWO LEFT SHOES.
I dont even know how that happens.

I tried on the nurse mates align women's fitness shoes. They are most comfy when you are constantly in your feet. Worthwhile to purchase. You won't be disappointed.

I've ordered 4 times from Shoebacca, and this is the first time they've f#*k up my order and they wouldn't even fix the situation. I have to resend the boots, then wait for my money to be sent to my account, then I'll have to reorder the boots, why couldn't they have kept the money and just send the right boots instead! What a waste of time!

Item was delivered in a timely manner. It was as described with a high-quality construction. I would suggest that the shoes run about 1/2 size smaller than stated.

Buying shoes online is always risky due to sizing. I have to return/exchange 1 pair for a larger size so hopefully this continues to be an easy experience.

This was a hard-to-find item, at least in my size. Search engine helped me locate it here. Order and receipt of item went without a problem. Very pleased.

Ordered a pair of shoes, wrong size arrived, trouble getting return label, returned and now they want a restocking fee. Charge back credit card and foil these fools!

I was shocked at the low price for pair of Saucony running shoes. These were very expensive looking ones, not the generic gray or black ones. Multiple colors.

My parents ordered a watch for my con via Amazon to Shoebacca. The watch arrives it didn't work, the packaging had been opened, it was clearly someone else's return. I know this, because her shipping information was STILL IN THE BOX>>>. So they violated customer privacy, sent a broken product... TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Unfamiliar with Shoebacca, I was hesitant to turn over my credit card info and place an order, especially at the height of the holiday shopping season.
My hesitation quickly turned to comfort as Shoebacca did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date by literally informing me with each step (verified product was on-hand, being picked, picked, packed and shipped).
The product received had been packed with care and was received much quicker than anticipated AND WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED.

This is the second time I have ordered these boots for my 14 year old son, last ones lasted over a year and he still wears them. They just have normal wear and tear.

I bought a pair of Muck edgewater boots, the price I paid was very good and they came super fast. The day the boots came i noticed the rubber was coming apart around one of the waterproof boots. Sending things back is very hard for our house hold so I'm stuck with it now, I'm not happy with the quality of my MUCK boots but I'm happy with the service from shoebacca so I'll order another brand next time.

I needed navy blue shoes for an October wedding and found the perfect pair! Not as comfortable as I had hoped but lovely all the same! Name brand at a very affordable price point!

I bought my 12 year old his new kicks at Shoebacca. My plan was for him to open his gift on his birthday but with the shipping and delivery they arrive two days later which was not so bad.

I ordered the wrong size shoe for my husband. I returned the shoes and the company was great about doing that. The website says you'll receive email 2-3 days after they receive the shoes about your refund... LIES! Customer service said 5 more days, which was 2-3 after I got notification they received my package! Then another 5 days for it to appear on your credit card. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since they received the shoes, and I still don't have a refund! I contact customer service every few days... and they are no help at all. This place appears to be a FRAUD! Never again would I order from them. They say they only give full refunds for over a certain amount. I should be getting a full refund, but I have NO confidence in this company whatsoever!
Update:
I finally got my refund. It was 2 weeks after the company received the shoes. It really felt like the run around though. I won't order from them again! Be careful - they sell thru Amazon too. If I see they are the seller... move along to someone else!

Winter was pretty good in New York. But just as I ordered my Parka the snow fell. And more may come.

The wind breaker and pullover are excellent addition for work and play.
